[Q] Unbrickable Dream! - Samsung Galaxy Fit GT 5670

Aloha! Fit fellows
Just went through this thread for Captivate...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1206216
Was wondering if this could be possible for our fit....
It is possible to convert any processor or controller board to a developement board.....but got to specifically know what exact changes to make on the board...
i mainly play with microcontrollers and dont have much experience with smd boards and processors...if someone could try this....would be great.....
Unbrickable phone = Hardcore development

ok lets try unbrickable dream with brick mobiles

Ok, I just ordered my Cect P68+ so I still haven't recieved it yet. But, I have been trying to learn all that I can about it. It looks like only now is someone possibly able to break into it. I use this forum, http://p168.myfreeforum.org
It is great (just like xda-developers). the OS is called...probably won't say this correctly...Neuclues OS? Think that is how you spell it. Anyways, it does not have Java which is what everyone wants to be able to do applications, it needs an embedded java to be added to it's OS to run the types of apps everyone wants. It looks to be a fun iphone clone, and reasonable @ only $160.

TyTN II - Driver Details

Hey All,
This is mostly for general information as to how the driver writing process works for this device.
The chip inside is a Qualcomm and ATi on the same chip, which everyone probably knows by now.
Most of the chip is qualcomm with the ATi for the 3d portion, Qualcomm is just the 2d portion. The ATi guys write up the their part and send it off the qualcomm. Then Qualcomm packages it in their driver... and depending on the customer request choose to enable or disable the 3d pieces. (Think X800 v X850 on a software level).
The roadblock is between Qualcomm and HTC. HTC needs to get together with qualcomm to produce a set of qualcomm drivers with it enabled. From my understanding it's a case of HTC needing to ask and they will likely receive.
Oooooooook....

... You know what? from my understanding You don't understand much, do You?
afaik there is no chance that qualcomm will give extended support for it's chip to htc for free..... I believe that with full functionality this chip would be much more expensive resulting with even more expensive tytn II devices.
think about it.

In a certain way we have nothing more than a tytn I with a new coat on.. thats the way i see it.
When i got my tytn II in september i was a little disappointed to see that its almost the same and there wasn t really anything new except the internal GPS and his new look.
And its was costing me 545 euro without VAT
Seriously- Could you be more rude? If your so smart then come up with a solution. Otherwise, just help out and don't flame.

yupp.... sorry for being a bit harsh and ruff on edges.
next time I'll suggest to close such a pointles thread instead of trying to explain anything to op.
I thought, that at this stage every xda-dev member have knowledge of the situation (if not then read/search before posting) and the fact, that nothing in this world will probably make qualcomm or htc give us a free solution.
You know what? I'll stfu and now let's trash this forum bit 'mo... :/

Memory Mapping

I'm wondering how do you guys create one of these??
Raphael Memory Map
Did you guys use a program or a command...sorry if it's a noob question because I've just got into this whole "hacking" scene.
A group of us are trying to port Android onto a LG CT810/incite. I know this site is more catered to HTC devices, but it's worth a shot!
Much thanks in advance.

[Q] I need help so I dont brick my phone!

I just got an HTC HD 2 today from a friend, and it already has a version of android on it. I dont know how to replace the android files without messing up the phone. Can someone help or walk me through this?
i know this aint help but have u tried the hd2 section
also is your name from coheed and cambria lol!
I have looked through the section and I cant find anything on how to replace the files. Yes it is. The greatest band ever!
sry i dont know anything about the hd2 and yes sir you are correct i just saw them in dallas for the neverender tour 4 hours of nothing but coheed it was amazing my 3rd show i may add new orleans, little rock, and dallas!
you shld be able to ask the same question in that thread im sure someone will be able to help
If your friend was so generous to give you that nice piece of hardware I´m sure he can guide you to replace the Android OS with that Microsoft crap. Your friend has invested some time and energy in the modification of his phone so he would be interested in having you enjoying it, too, wouldn´t he?
To be able to help it would be useful to know if android rom is nand (ie has replaced the original wm6.5 os) or is running from sd card.
When you boot up the phone, does magldr load?
I would suggest you do go over to the hd2 forum and look at the sticky threads, tey have all the info you will need to change/update android to something newer or even change os completely to say wp7?
If your droid is nand, it is very simple to update, just head over to the HD2 nand forum
Cheers.
Thank you everybody for being kind and not throwing noob slanders at me. The friend who gave me the phone actually bought it off of someone who put android on it haha so this nice phone is a hand-me-down for sure.

[Q] Hey guys, help out please Huawei G7300

Hey strangers I recently bougth this new phone, Huawei G 7300, and I was just wondering if it's even possible to put SO Android in this phone.
I already searched but no luck in that.
Can someone help in this?
Does anyone tried this?
Do you guys think this is possible with an older version of android?
hope you or someone can help me
hugs
your answer
Hello um no its not possible your chipset would not even handle the android os i would honestly tell you to sell that and buy another phone as i mean some keypad flip phones have more features than that phone i dont mean to sound rude it was built to look pretty and very subprime internals 312mhz cpu you would need at least 600mhz cpu to run andorid platform and its just not set up to be a smartphone (in andorid)
sorry its not what you want to hear
ps if it helps please hit thanks
I don't mind to ear that. the phone is good for its purpose.
Thank you.
Can anyone help with the usb driver for this phone? i can find it anywhere and windows does not detect it.
Thanks
If you can know how to porting, and compiling from source code, you are able to port 1.5 version of android to your phone, but if you don't know or hard to you don't get started alone.
