Okay so I've been looking ALL over this site and have found noting and I am brand new so I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section but I can't figure this out. I just upgraded to Windows 8 and I installed chrome to phone and when I try to send a page it tells me to sign in (when I am already signed in) and I click to sign in and it takes me to a blank white page that says redirecting and just stays there. It's driving me crazy because I can't get it to work. Now I don't know if it is something with Google or with the fact I'm running windows 8 but I guess I'm wondering if this is happening to anyone else or if someone can help me figure this out I'd REALLY appreciate it. Thank you!
Maybe it doesn't work on Win8? Try it on Win7 just to make sure it's not an OS problem... which I doubt.
Just to clear things out... you do have the Android counterpart installed on your phone, correct?

opera mobile is better =)
Used this before on my rooted Eris and used had to used google chrome.

The stock Android browser is not the same thing as Chrome. 2 different departments at Google. You'd think they would be the same, but they're not.

Hi guys, I'm new to the site and I've tried to search for this but cam up empty handed. i also wasn't quite sure where to post this so I do apologize in advance if this needed/needs to be somewhere else. I recently installed XannyTech's EVOLUTION 2.3 rom in my HD2 and love it, however when I go into the opera browser some of it seems to be "grainy" or "pixilized" when zoomed in some. most of the text will look just fine but for instance the "google" logo on google.com will look pretty distorted..my question is, is there a way to maybe get a new version or overwrite the version of opera to see if I can get it back to how it originally was? Or is there an even better 3rd party browser I can get and start using? Something with pinch zoom and flash perhaps?? Thanks for any advise or answers it is very much appreciated and sorry again if I happened to post this in the wrong spot :/

I am quite pleased with Opera, try to install a different version and see if tthat fixes the issue.

So wtf... all of asudden I am no longer able to load desktop version of yahoo...
I normally use skyfire and have never had to redo the uas but now no matter what it just goes to yahoo mobile. Even on the ****ty android browser I hit about:debug choose desktop and its right
back to "m.yahoo.com." . Anyone else having this? My droid seems to be fine loads desktop version no issues.
BTW I am running froyo rooted and no I don't want gb.

Ok so its not just me... just tried the woman's g2x and skyfire and stock browser will NOT load yahoo as desktop...
Seems its just yahoo other websites load fine in desktop....anyone?

People probably don't use yahoo. I haven't for years. It sounds to me like yahoo is redirecting you there. I doubt the phone has much to do with it. Many mobile sites include a link to switch to the desktop mode. You might try asking yahoo to include an option for that. Opera mobile might be another option.

Yahoo has been dead to me for quite some time now
I have the same problem but it's not the end of the world.
scroll down to the bottom load it in desktop mode. yes, I tried in Opera it still load in mobile.

Did you use wireless or mobile internet?
If wireless try it from a desktop computer. Maybe it's a DNS fault of your provider. If it's not working ask your provider. If it is working it's the website itself. Maybe they are useing a special mobile theme which is not properly redered in your browsers or, what i think, the mobile theme is not implemented the right way. So try to swich your browser host-agent to desktop version (or something like that) and try again.

Thanks remat, i am using mobile internet and i have contacted with the DNS provider and they said everything working properly and i have also kept default theme but getting the same issue. BTW i didnt understand whats is browser host-agent to desktop version, can you tell me how to switch browser host-agent to desktop version. thanks in advance...

Hi all, didn't know where to ask this, so I figured someone can point me in the right direction.
I'm running Internet Explorer (IE 11.0.30) at home, and since getting back from vacation a week ago, every time i try to get into the forums, the web browser fails to load. I'm running Win 7 Pro 32 bit.
Before someone asks me "why aren't you using a real browser?", I would like to know just what could be the cause of this. Some setting, or that ads coming down in the background are just bogging it down.
Any help appreciated, and if this is the wrong forum to ask, apologies in advance.

Anyone here has an android ROM that's bootable from USB for this device?? I've been trying to find one that works and even found some that boots but touch is always broken, screen rotation as well, sound and trackpad are also always not working...
I've been wanting to move from Windows 10 to android on this device because windows 10 can't actually play any YouTube videos properly... It's becoming a real hassle to me as a musician and android would make a huge difference.. I think...

I searched in all their links and all I can find is the Windows only download.. They even have a link saying DualOS (WIN&Android) but the dropbox it redirects me sends me to a bios only download... :/
I've reinstalled windows 10 here with what they provide in their site, its extremely old and edge doesn't even load youtube pages.. chrome loads fine but after a while it starts consuming tons of CPU making the video lag... :/
Just to clarify and keep this post updated, I really want android or maybe chrome os in this equipment and I'm searching all over the web, even on those shady sites, for a way to have it.
I made a windows 10 home, fully updated with all the drivers working(except for the camera? When in the making that single driver was unsuccessfully installed).
It's working smoothly(most of the times) but video playback on YouTube on any browser is still laggy and sometimes everything just gets really slow.
A workaround I found was to install an app for youtube and that solves that problem.. but I still want android so, if anyone has any clue on how to install Android here, let me know!
If anyone needs, I'll make a iso for the windows 10 with drivers I made. It works normally right after install.

Could you make that iso. I bought a used Voyo VBook V3 and it has no OS on it and Voyo's web site doesn't have a working download link on there web site for the Windows 10 image or the drivers.

You're in luck, I found the drivers on one of my external hard drives
I'll make that ISO, it'll probably be done in an hour or so but expect it later in the day as I have to go shopping with my girl
I'll upload it do google drive and I'll also leave a RAR file with all the drivers.
