[ROM][April 18th] Motoman234 Inspire 4G Remix V1.0 (2.2.1)(Themed like Sense 3.0)

Motoman234 Inspire 4G Remix
(Based on latest stock Inspire 4G 1.80.502.3)
I use to cook for the HTC HD2 but I recently moved to the Inspire 4G so this is my first ROM for this phone. If there is anything you want in the ROM please don't hesitate to ask. I'm always open to suggestions . I decided to do this specific ROM because I love the way the stock Inspire 4g ROM runs but i wanted something nice to look at too so I'm sharing what I've been playing with lately.

Idk if this is a bug but in the web when you click on the url bar it will pop out and behind is another blurry one. Will keep looking so far so good!

It's supposed to be like that. That way when you are scrolling on a page and then hit menu, It's transparent. Usually when it's black you can only see the one bar but when it's transparent you see what's going on behind it lol.

HTC Inspire 4g on Cm7

This is my prayer to everything. I love the Android Revolutions 3.5, but I felt it was missing a few things. This, is all I wanted, in one. Thanks!!!

Volume Hack
Thanks for your contribution! I would love to see the 20% volume boost added. The revolution HD ROM has it and the ringers/notifications are very loud. Hope to see this!!

This ROM plus the Ingersoll kernel does a pretty good job.

i second that on boosting the volume.i wont flash a rom thats not boosted and i want to try this rom.

could i get the circular color battery with a percent in the center? thanks, im downloading this right now to test

Try a kernel with sound boost. I'm not sure which ones have it but I think lee's does.

Try the UOT kitchen. I haven't tried it personally (on this ROM) but it should work. If it doesn't let me know.

i used the cleardroids mod pack and it worked, this is a nice app, although i lost the original wallpaper after i set it up( the language and everything)
also have you tried out the working cm7? there is a screen off animation(kinda looks like and old tv turning off) was wondering if you knew how that works or if you could get that to work thank you, this is great btw i deff recomnd it

Every kernel I've released has a 20% sound boost. Just compiled a new version with more tweaks + more sound fixes + 25% sound boost. I'll pm you when final is done

Go to HTC wallpaper and choose the first one (the colorful one) its the original one. It just has the wrong preview for some reason, I'll fix it. As for the screen off animations, its only possible on Gingerbread unfortunately.

ok ill do that once i finish my restore of apps( i use avg antivirus( it restores sms, call logs, contacts and apps, i think its underlooked)) but that sucks, oh well
and thank you it looks nice now,and what REALLY IS the difference between this, and gingerbread? besides the sence, and not being sence Is there even a difference, well obviously a different framework since it isnt backward compatible so to say

This ROM is a split between Sense and AOSP, carrying over some of my favorite aesthetic features of vanilla Gingerbread while maintaining a Sense base for a unique experience unlike any ROM available for the TMOUS Sensation.

Currently its not possible to use the AOSP apps because they use different frameworks from sense.

does mms work? what kernel? can we Over and under clock? Im looking something SENSEless...until optimized in future..since its still too heavy and not helping battery...and RAM needs help ive tried all roms of SENSE...and somehow cant go past more than 100mb of RAM on a 768RAM phone lol.

mms works. Stock kernel. When you flash a kernel you can over clock underclock. with that launcher and keyboard its semi senseless. Also running this on my e3d i get about 400mb of ram free.

Other than that, a pretty good daily driver I think. Let me know what bugs you find, so I know what to fix. If you'd like to be part of the permanent beta testing team, please PM me. Be prepared to know what adb does and have a dropbox account ready This is not an "early accesss" program, but a way to improve the ROM by having people actively test early builds and reporting back on issues.

WOW! NRG hits the evo 4g! you and sharkie made it hard to leave my tp2 lol excited to see this

Aw snaps! What's up NRG, I missed you from my touch pro 2 days. Glad to see your doing your thang still. I will be downloading this when I get a chance and I hope you continue your work on this Rom and other works. I recently decided to dive into sense 3.5 and like it. I just wish the Rom was a little more stable and complete. In time, hopefully it'll get better.

I shall never download this rom after that post for sense rom. And in third post author said that it's for Inspire not DHD. Maybe it will be better to move this topic to inspire thread

What a amazing surprise exactly on my birthday ! I sent my touch pro into PDA heaven a year ago and here it comes.
Is there any theme from theme section compatible with this ROM, as I dont relly like the Android-like theming of tray icons?

We are pleased to announce the first release of Virtuous Infinity.This ROM is the first ever which brings the full Sense 4 experience to your favorite WVGA device.Thanks to great effort of our M10 team (including Cypis, Diamondback and Flemmard) we finally cracked the new m10 format to bring you the lastest HTC software!It is based on the 1.11.401.110 release RUU of VilleC2. Installation Guide:
You must be rooted, have nand unlocked with the latest Clockwork Recovery installed. If you have not done this yet there are many device specific guides around to help you but we will not cover it here.
Perform a nandroid backup of your current ROM, in case you change your mind or encounter issues.
If you are coming from another ROM with the same exact base (i.e. same version of Sense), you may not have to wipe data. I obviously recommend wiping data the first time you install Virtuous (since it will eliminate any possibly bad/stale configuration), but the update script will not do so automatically during installation. Use your best judgement to determine what works best for you.
Wipe cache/Davlik cache
Wipes are NOT required for any upgrade to/from any release with the same major version of the ROM; downgrades are a different story. Versioning schema is Major.Minor.Revision.
Apply the zip via Clockwork Recovery. It has not been tested with any other recovery.
Expect the first boot to take anywhere from 6-10 minutes. During this period, your phone will sit at the boot animation; just be patient. Subsequent reboots should be significantly quicker.
This occurs because the ROM is deodexed and numerous Market-originating applications are installed into /data on the first boot. If you are curious about what the phone is doing, fire up "adb logcat" and you will see a continuous stream of messages as it boots (reassurance, if you need it).

Many of the other forums for the supported devices have already had a Primadonna thread in their dev forums. Also i have stated i take no credits for this rom. I am just posting this here as i know many desire s owners are looking for diffrent sense 4.0 roms to try out. Its best summed up this way by a forum administrator:

If you check the Desire Z forums, the admin there has allowed the post of primadonna as an informational thread. by no means am i taking any credit for this

just wait till they find out. they'll be all over you!!!!
edit: good job posting it here, i like the rom. i use it 24/7 since day one. its a little laggier than prox's but is stable and fast enough. the known sense 4 bugs exist though(cam, tether etc).... i hope virtuous team will change their mind and come back to xda. rootz wiki is... dead... there is no activity there...

Wow finally i can post in the development threats..
So what i found out, the problem with the softkeys in the launcher can be solved by using another launcher. Eg Apex,..
Realy like the Rom, its quite fast, smoth and stable. Looks very good, reminds me of Android 2.3.5
What i'd love to have are more options on the Rom like Ice Cold Sanwich..
