flashed my LG GT540 previously with the KDZ Updater. Worked fine. Now, when I try to flash my son's LG I am starting the KDZ Updater but I can't see it running on my pc's screen. In processes I can see it is actually running but I have nothing on the screen. Somebody knows what's going on here ?

Okay soooo, SPECS.
- Android 2.2 froyo
- LG P500h (Koodo)
- Standard Rom
- KDZ won't open
Now, what I did, it was stupid. I wanted a black notification bar so I downloaded a file, it replaced the original framework file in the system files of the phone, I tried to open an app and it force closed so I restarted my phone and guess what? ANDROID BOOT LOOP!
First instinct. Re-flash the firmware with KDZ.
KDZ won't open? I don't know whats wrong... Someone help, please
.:EDIT:. Resolved, I updated throught the LG Update Tool and now im on 2.2.2 but I can't downgrade cause KDZ still wont open so i dont know how I'll be able to root again
After the LG updater failed, and about 10 tries with the KDZ updater, my G2x finally has gingerbread, but now I have no signal. Under baseband it says unknown though. Does anyone have any suggestions/Know what to do?

Have you tried updating via updater tool?

Mine completed "successfully" with the LG Updater tool and I thought everything was great. It has gingerbread and all, but I have no baseband information and no connection except for wifi. I tried to run the update tool again, but it stops at verifying connection to phone. Not sure what to do now.
I had a problem on my lg when i tried to flash a new custom rom, using a rom flasher not sure which one it was but all of a sudden it rebooted and the lg security error apeared and cant get it to start tried hard reset but didnt work. I also tried the lg mobile support tool. I did get it to sw mode aparrently i already have installed the newest version so it wont upgrade because there is nothing to upgrade. Also tried to upgrade recovery but it pops up that there is no items to fix.
Note: it is rooted. Has cwm installed but the one i downloaded was for an older version of android so its not compadible. It is unlocked if that helps. Everything can be recovered so dont care if data is lost just want it to boot up aka work!! Would really apreciate any help on getting it to work.
After using cm for a long time, I wanted to use lineage os. But after wiping and installing the rom on my phone (lg g2 d802) I get a boot certification verify error. Now the problem is not that i can't get out of it, I just use LG flashtool. But I can't install the rom.
I noticed that when installing the rom, the line : detected filesytem ext4 for ..... appears 2 times. I think it has somthing to do with that because when i installed cyanagenmod that line only appeard ones. Does anyone have a explanation or better yet a sollution?
My device is a Lg g2 (D802)

Hello, so i tried rooting my phone with firmware i installed the laatest version of LG UP bound my phone with it downloaded the .kdz file and everything worked fine when my phone rebooted after the installation in the download mode i werent able to use the touch screen anymore i am now stuck in the screen where i can setup my phone again and i really dont know what to do now. If anyone can help would be really nice
Reflash phone's Stock ROM to get rid off of all modifications you applied so far.

Yea i would do that but i heard that LG use special software and when i open the LG flash program it keeps saying cannot run this program its called "LGFlashTool"
