Finally full Arabic Android for HTC Desire HD

Hi Guys
Finally A new Arabization for the newly released device from HTC, Desire HD
It is also compatible with ROM ported from Desire HD to HTC Desire

we need to push the lib file by the Recovery mode
but i think till now we dont have full access for the recovery mode
we can puch the Lib files by adb
so we need help from our develper to do it

would it overwrite the original files? if so how to revert it?

its for the normal desire not desire HD.
But I will experiment with it and give a full guide soon

Update...
only tried copying libwebcore.so
attempt number 1 failed trying to factory rest now..
Factory rest failed !!
Warning Don't try to copy lib files!
trying to know if i bricked my phone or should i re-flash stock ROM
these files are NOT for DHD and they could harm your phone and if you already did copy them and your phone wont boot download the attachment from this post then follow this guide

Yes that is what i did, S-OFF and Clockwork MOD recovery. after that just push the zip file
the attached pics are from my Desire HD after doing what i mentioned above

BTW it's not full Arabic ... only read write capability in Arabic

1-you need permRoot and S-off
2-You need clockwork mod
3-Do a backup with clockwork mod just encase.
4-download file Arabic Android_Plus_libs_for_HTC_Desire_HD_Z_Sense_signed.zip then mount USB from CWM and copy / past from your computer into Sdcard.
5- unmount
6-install zip file from sdcard and chose
Arabic Android_Plus_libs_for_HTC_Desire_HD_Z_Sense_signed.zip
7-go back and reboot
this should enable writing/reading arabic right to left and everything you need

Oh man, is there ANYway this can be ported to other devices like Samsung Captivate (Galaxy S variant) or Galaxy Tab??? That would be awesometastic.

Doesn't work with on htc desire hd with LeeDroid v.12 custom rom..after installation device failed to boot up. Had to restore with clockworkmod recovery...phewww...lucky recovery worked..

Works 100% for me, even on leedroid. When installed, the first boot up can take up to 2 minutes with a black screen (then every bootup afterwards is normal). To write in Arabic you will need to download an Arabic keyboard though.

for those with weak english and GREAT PATIENCE to listen to 26 minutes on how to root your phone and make it able to read arabic, these links are the BOMB "great quality and literally the guy is going through every detail SLOWLY, you can sleep, wake up and miss NOTHING"
should help a lot if a step is unclear or so
i got my father's htc desire HD working perfectly with arabic fonts, was making spaces between letters and sometimes reversing numbers when switching from numbers to letters ... etc, i just wished for all the files needed to be collected in a zip file or something with some stupidly written text to have it done faster, collecting the files alone and downloading java, SDK ... etc .. took me around 90 minutes
clearly i need more posts to be able to paste links in here, may be someone with more posts can paste them and help the guys in here

Multi Language keyboard

this is gingerbread keyboard with Russian,Ukrainian, English, Hebrew,German,French,Spanish, Italian included.i used it on many phones before without any problems. just installed on new galaxy s 4g and it not appears nowhere but only in settings.
any ideas how replace samsung keyboard to this?

no spanish.....sorry i just copied language list from somewhere else, i use only english, russian and hebrew.... don't know if any languages updates available.

I upgraded my girlfriend's Galaxy S to the last firmware - PDA:JP5 / PHONE:JP2 / CSC:JP5 (HUI) - with Kies... before update (Android 2.1) in keyboard language list She could choose many languages including Russian, now with this version the russian is disappeared and i can't get it back...

I thought you were kidding asking such a question. Why would someone call an RUU, ARABIC? Because it was designed by an Arab? Because it can be installed only by someone who speaks Arabic? Because that ROM's passport reads "born in UAE' ... OR .... BECAUSE THAT ROM COMES WITH ARABIC ENHANCEMENTS LIKE ARABIC KEYBOARD?

RUU's are Odexed , meaning the APK's consist of two Parts " not like APK's in Custom Roms which are de-odexed "
in the de-odexed APK , the dex file is included within the APK itself
so in order to extract the keyboard APK , you have to de-odex the RUU to extract a suitable APK that can be used with custom Roms
Also in system\ lib " not very sure " you need to add / replace both libjni_parfieldbigime.so and libt9.so from the ARA RUU , and maybe other lib as well
you can ask ehabFG " an Egyptian Developer " for that in htc Incredible S section , he might help you
try multiling keyboard from the market and download the dictionary , it can predict Arabic / Persian words

Arabic ROMs can only be installed within boarders of a middle-eastern country; otherwise, Interpol can arrest you and you'll go on trial in Egypt.

[Q] note 10.1 official Arabic keyboard

I bought the note 10.1 from Germany and I live in Egypt I cant find Arabic input on the stock Samsung keyboard I don't want to root or download a keyboard from the market I just need to add Arabic on the stock keyboard and I cant find Arabic in the settings and keyboard settings. Please help

it works arabic and english and without any apps just pure rom but it is on screen keyboard not qwerty keyboard i will try to make a tutorial for that

when you see the keyboard icon in the status bar tap it and turn physical keyboard off and change to arabic or english as you wish
