I just flashed the Android Revolution HD on my Sensation and flashed the 'Remove HTC Lock-Screen for Android Revolution HD 3.0.x' mod - is it possible to revert this mod, or do I have to flash the ROM once again and start all over?
(No I did not backup my ROM before flashing the mod and yes I'm a noob and yes I searched without any answers and yes I should have researched what the mod would do to my phone)
I cant ask the question in the Android Revolution HD-thread cause I'm a noob but I hope somebody can give me an answer in here
(If the thread is in the wrong place, just move it )
O M G !!! I'm SUCH a n00b.. Just had to flast the RESTORE HTC Lockscreen mod to get the lockscreen back.. Jesus christ I'm really sorry for wasting everyones time.. lol
On the other hand, now I will definitely make a backup lol..
Please use the Q&A Forum for questions Thanks
Moving to Q&A

i installed cyanogen but I want original android back. can some one give me a detailed step by step on how to do it? Please help
thank you and I'm sorry, I just broke down and posted. is there any way to delete the thread?
try the "unroot. get back to original firmware" thread..
I know i have been guilty of posting questions without searching sometimes but a question like this is not only in stickies but also common sense, just flash the official donut build the same way you flashed cyanogen minus the whole double flash crap you gota do now with cyanogen builds because of google but thats besides the point. You may have to do a wipe too but i'm not sure.
another n00b thats being stupid and posting Q&A in the dev forum

You asked for these replies by putting your first post in the developers forum. Nice job noob.

good day to all this is my 1st time to use this phone i bought this from a friend the unit is already cynogen mod 2.2 but i want to try the froyo version which is 2.2.1 because i encountered a lot of fc in my version
any sugestion ow to make start what file i need what thing 1st to do...
things to xda and to the person will guide me here
If you want to learn about installing roms read "Beginners GUIDE:Rooting a HTC Dream(T-Mobile G1) and Installing CYANOGENMOD 6 (FROYO)"
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=727688
As you already have an old Cyanogen rom, your phone is already rooted, so you can skip the 1st part of the guide (you may want to read it anyway for a better understanding of what was already done on your device).
Once you select the rom you want to flash, you can post your questions on installing that rom in that rom's thread.
Happy flashing!

Usually NOT (changing your rom doesn't unroot your phone).... and this is the development section! Next time post in the question and answer section and we're all happy.
Greets
can any one can put the cm7's phone on the sense rom and can use it ???
it is because the sense rom's phone are very easy wrong touch to end the call.........
i want to change it to cm7's phone on it.............can any one help me or share some???
there is nothing like cm7 phone or sense phone. You can chose whatever u wish to install in your phone. look in desire hd development section and read how to root and then install custom roms( custom roms = cm or sense rom) . you have a lot of reading to do . try asking questions in the appropriate thread rather then making a new thread.
You are kidding me???!!!
How many places have you asked this same question??
I've answered your question in the general forum.
Do NOT cross post.

ask it in the rom's thread or in q&a section
arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
First u remove this thread from here. Later u can think whether to remove the ROM or not
OK. 2 things......
OP - Be sure to post in the correct section. If you are having problems with a particular rom, please post it in that roms section so other users that are using it/have used it may help. There is a Q & A section also located here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1252709
where other users and senior members would love to help you out.
Other members - Try and be a little more polite. XDA is a great place for info and lets not try to scare a noob away. You never know, that noob may one day be the next great dev for you guys. We were all noobs once Just try to help and nicely point them in the right direction. We are all family here.
