any sugestion ow to make start what file i need what thing 1st to do...
things to xda and to the person will guide me here
If you want to learn about installing roms read "Beginners GUIDE:Rooting a HTC Dream(T-Mobile G1) and Installing CYANOGENMOD 6 (FROYO)"
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=727688
As you already have an old Cyanogen rom, your phone is already rooted, so you can skip the 1st part of the guide (you may want to read it anyway for a better understanding of what was already done on your device).
Once you select the rom you want to flash, you can post your questions on installing that rom in that rom's thread.
Happy flashing!

Usually NOT (changing your rom doesn't unroot your phone).... and this is the development section! Next time post in the question and answer section and we're all happy.

"flashing a ROM" means replacing the stock operating system that came with the phone with a custom one.
It can always be totally undone by flashing the stock ROM back on the phone.
flashing a custom ROM has many advantages such as putting Sense on a phone that didn't come with it or putting AOSP (stock android like the Nexus phones) on HTC devices that ship with Sense.
If you follow directions you're usually safe doing it.

You can install that rom, but you'll need to learn a little bit about android, bootloader and so. You'll have to boot to the recovery and flash your current system with that one. Make a nandroid backup first. On Nexus S forum you'll have guides about this

How what? All you need is to unlock bootloader, flash custom recovery and then you could flash whatever ROM you want.

No there isn't a pure google based rom yet for the oneS . Your best option for now is the cyanogenmod 10 rom, which look very close to stock google.

To sum up what was mentioned...
No, there is not currently a pure, stock, AOSP rom for the 1S. Cyanogenmod 10 is the closest you can get, as it looks and operates the most like stock, however has many additional features (both visual and performance wise). Here is the link to download CM10 for our device http://get.cm/?device=ville .
Note: CM is releasing "nightlies" which means pretty much everyday an updated rom is released to fix or add features. As of right now, the rom works great, however there are some issues with the camera (video camera does not work properly, although there is a fix).
If you have not flashed a rom to your 1S yet, you will have to do quite a bit of research to get it done. This requires unlocking your bootloader through the HTCdev website, and downloading and installing several files before you can install a new rom. This guide can help you http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1583427 .
Hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
BTW, yes Q&A would have been the correct section, but don't sweat it. Brandonrz is apparently disturbed in some manner.

HTC Sense Official ROM for Evita

Hi everyone!
I just have one question, is it possible to reinstall the offcial HTC Sense ROM for my HTC One X?
The thing is that last month I almost brick my HOX, you guys helped me to recover it, but I did not get any back up for the original ROM, can I reinstall it? Cuz I've been looking for the official ROM online without result. Mine is EVITA.
I'd appreciate your answers!
Thanks!
Firstly, this should have been posted in the q&a section. I'll ask for it to be moved.
You can find stock ROMs in the Android Development section.
If you want to go fully stock (ROM and recovery, no root) you can run an RUU.
