This is a super simple app I developed for viewing RSS feeds/News from The Star Online, a newspaper service in Malaysia.
This is my first time sharing an app with the public, so, be gentle on the comments!
I won't spend much time on doing major improvements or updates on this app; well, first I don't have the time (I am not a professional developer); second, I made this app simply because I wanna read the headnews from Malaysia using a much easier way; third, I have never thought of posting this app actually, but since I already made it, why not just share it? =P
Note: This app can help you preview all the headlines and news summary from The Star. However, if you want to view the full article, you have to tap on "Setting" and tap "Go to full article". Then, the Browser on you phone/tablet will launch to show the full article. I can't show the full article directly in the app due to several reasons, mainly I do not have the right to make an app for The Star Online. =P
Enjoy!

Hey guys,
I'm not the dev for this one, but it seems like an interesting app to show application analytics from data available in the developer console.
Would be interested to know who's using it/how accurate people are finding it.
Here is the appbrain link:

Cheers,
Daz.
It literally uses your developer console it just hides that via page scraping. Its pretty slick though, however, it does have some draw backs such as you can only see comments in your language, right now it has issues seeing more than 9 apps according to the comments, and if you want to track comparisons between your app and apps from other developers this has no way to provide that for you.
Overall its definitely a solid app right now.

It does more than simply screen scrape the developer console. It saves HISTORICAL data. That means it shows you day on day changes in downloads, ratings, and active installs.
Anyway, it's working well for me, and highlighted that someone has spammed my app with 20 1 Star ratings in a single day!
Well yes but thats not how it works thats just what it does with the data after its retrieved. Sorry for the confusion. ;-)
Get notified on every sale via Google Payment/Wallet for your apps or games!
(Sorry about posting here, all other apps are dead, mine is the only working one!)
New Google Payments Page is NOW supported (formerly Google Wallet/Checkout)!
Get notified on new sales from Google publisher/developer page.
Check out your application sales or other products. Trends, pie chart, daily/weekly/monthly summary and much more!
You can filter your results by product, date and country.
These filters can be combined in the diagrammes and order overview!
You have to login with your Google account.
Hint: The initial loading could take some minutes (depending of your order count)!
Further updates fetch only new orders and are very fast. Maybe you have to click manually on the top refresh button for the first time.
Functions:
■ Chronological overview of your sells order by product
■ Pie chart: Sales by products
■ Pie chart: Sales by country
■ Pie chart: Status of sales
■ Bar chart: Sales per weekday
■ Bar chart: Sales per hour
■ New Homescreen widget (> Android 3.x) for today sales added (works also for lockscreen!)
Old merchant accounts are also supported.
Thanks devs for your good feedback!

Hello,
On android i published 2 applications, both of them only have 50 downloads.
and i must say 50 downloads is awful, i thought that they would get at least 1,000. both apps are free with no ads. I had my friend publish an app on WebOS.
And that app got over 2,500 downloads, on freaking WebOS! i thought android was better...
here are both apps

and
https://market.android.com/details?...sebianoti_feed_nu&feature=more_from_developer
I'll try the second Wish I could write apps

what kind of app is it
hope this gives you some exposure
edit: after trying the apps I find them unappealing. what's the deal with the large "N" and major nelson logo next to every news article?
can the article name be bigger? maybe include a brief sentence describing the article?
remove the horrendously large logos and fill that valuable screen real estate with something more valuable to the end user like more information or even a pic of the item the article is about
Try changing your app category type to something else. Also, try promoting it somehow across related communities.
it can be broadcast on zeno too
Are they safe ?
ok let me start off by saying we our proud to finally release our version of videotonez,

I hope everyone enjoys it, and can take a couple of minutes of their day to give us some feedback on any issues or errors you get.
The app is Ad-Supported which obviously makes it free!
To find the app in the Android Market just search for "Muz"

It will not be one of the versions that probably go down in history this 3.10.9, which takes the place of the previous 3.9.17, but, no matter how small, the innovations introduced are numerous and we're not sure appreciated them all.
We start from the section recommended for you. Whether it's app or books (advice on music yet they are not), or even if you are on the homepage of the store, blocking the slice with the Google personalized recommendations you'll notice that at the top there is a new voice, "improve these councils, "which allows us to add people you know to find out their tastes and also receive recommendations based on them (or so says the description of the function). Good theory, too bad that the vast majority of contacts proposed were complete strangers from the other side of the world, with which (we checked) we did not even vague contacts on Google+. We look forward to a future refinement.
Then continue with the translations. Some apps now have a button "translate" at their description, which basically will only call into question Google Translate on the fly to change the text in a language more understandable to us. In this case the theory is good, pity we did not understand when and when not to appear: comparing different applications, different languages, some of them had the button translate it and other were completely lacking. Also in this case we are confident in a future refinement.
If these two functions must be short andarsele a little 'to seek, we turn now to a thing you will see rather often. You will all familiar with the installation of new apps: you choose one, went on his page, click on install, accept the permissions and you will be thrown back to the description of the app while the progress bar will indicate the percentage of completion. Not any more. After accepting the permissions, and then return to the description of the app, you have inserted a new page, which you can see an example on the right. The aim is to highlight related app and installed by others, but the match as you know is not always the best, by clicking on "back to shopping" you will still be redirected to the description of the app to start. We did not find a way to disable this feature, which basically requires a tap in to install any new app. Annoying.
And finally we come to the last news, the only one on which we could hardly rely on something: it is now possible to remove items from the wish list by tapping on the icon in that list, without having to open a description of each app. It is the same method used to delete applications from the complete list of all the ones we have ever installed and certainly saves us a few more steps. Nicely done.
After then the description of the new features, I leave you the link to download the Play Store:http://d-h.st/ZZB
Thank you for the hint!
Thanks for letting us now

We already have a thread with same topic
So I did some searching on the forum and noticed that its been a long time since anyone mentioned a weather app of any kind. Its been at least a year since the last mention, so I thought I would bring mine up.
My app is called F-Chops WeatherPod. Its a full featured weather app with all the same usual stuff as everyone else. I don't put my weather info on top of a pretty picture like Yahoo does, I don't have a lot of money to back it like The Weather Channel does. What I do have is a smart ass remark with each forecast, and the Stinkin' Badges check in game.
I put in over 200 smart ass remarks, and depending on the current weather it will randomly pull one up with the forecast. You don't get "its ****ing hot outside" when its snowing like another app I know does. Some of the remarks do contain adult language, but not all.. I'm just sayin.. but nothing too over the top or tasteless. More for humor and effect.
The Stinkin' Badges check in game allows you to earn points and unlock badges. Think of the old FourSquare check ins, only these unlock depending on the current weather, as well as a few other special cases. It's a way to engage the user into the app and make checking the weather interesting, if not even fun. Weather apps are typically as boring as the weather, and I try to change that.
The forecasts are fast and accurate, you can check the weather for anywhere in the world, the interface is simple and clean.
The website address is https://wtfsoftware.us ..can't post an outside link yet because I am new.. so copy and paste away.
I invite all XDA users to visit our website for a free promo code.. simply click the red "Special Offer" badge. Watch the videos for more information. Check out the app and please feel free to leave me feedback here. Suggest away, I am here for your help in improving my app.
