I would suggest flashing Clockwork with NVFlash and then trying to flash a rom through recovery.
tried that
nothing will mount in recovery.
not the cache not the internal
i havent got a sd card so never tried that but being that i switched script on file im doubting even if it would work

Recovery doesn't read any scripts you changed in the OS. In recovery the memory and sd will be as they are designated in the hardware. You should be able to flash from an sd card even if your internal memory is hosed. If not do the new NVFLash full GB recovery method to return your phone to GB stock. That will fix your partitions.
I second what jboxer said to do I would just reture to stock GB. Make sure that you NVflash CWM to the external SD card not the internal. Dont worry man this phone is almost unbrickable well at least permanently anyway. You will be fine. Good luck man

No need to, get a microsd card and use that.

I'm not quite sure I'm following you.
I thought partitioning the sdcard only effects the /data and /sdcard partitions.
Still don't understand what your real problem is.

If you did in fact get CWR reinstalled, you should be able to connect it to your PC, go to Mounts and Storage, and mount USB Mass Storage. That should allow you to copy your ROM image over to the device.
same problem

You can use ADB.
"adb push FILENAMEHERE /sdcard"
Thank you for this. You helped me big time.
G-Tablet Full Restore your Gtablet using nvflash - refresh to factory
Pensacola Computers has a step by step You Tube video on how to restore your G-TAB to Factory ROM. This is the best I've seen so far on how to flash your tablet back to factory ROM after you have bricked it. Hats off to Pensacola Computers.
I have a HTC Desire,
Rooted my phone with Unrevoked 3.31, everything went fine.
As soon as I got into recovery menu, Clockwork, I cannot mount my SD Card.
When I go to - Install zip from SD Card, and I'm trying to read my sd card to load the ROM zip, it says that Its unable to mount it.
I've seen a couple of posts with information and tried to follow suggestions, but no luck.
Thank you.
Plus 1
Same here. +1....
+1 I'm having this same issue. Been looking for a resolution for 4 HOURS now...
+1 for me...
Same issue here, was there a resolution?
Had this issue with my friends card as well. we ended up pulling the card out and throwing it into a computer. then we reformated it as fat32 put it back in the phone. and it worked. we also went from Clockworkmod 3.0.0.5 back to 2.5.x.x Alot of ppl ive talked to are having issues with 3.0.0.5 and some roms/mod/kernals cant be flashed with it.
Also make sure the sd card is not locked i know that sounds like a stupid statement but it needs to be checked lol
i also ran into this problem,, all i did was format my sdcard.. and if u have another card laying around try using it... if formatting through computer does not work, try formatting it through your android phone
Any Luck on the SD card issue
I have the same issue.
no ROM installed so can't boot.
Can't mount SD in recovery (got clockwork mod 2.5.0.7)
tried formatting SD, no luck.
Any ideas??

Anyone figure this out?? I had trouble flashing Kings Alliance ROM and I had to do a battery pull and then I wanted to get some dust out around my SD card so I unplugged it and not when I'm in recovery it can't mount. PLEASE HELP?!
+1 here. i formated in windows for fat32. after it i wanted to flash a new rom, but in recovery my phone tells me, that he canĀ“t mount my sdcard.
So my phone got dropped in water this week and I immediately got it out, pulled the battery and sd card, and got it in a bag of rice. Took it out two days later and the phone is working fine now, though it said the sd card was damaged and wouldn't let me format or mount it. I put it in my computer and it worked fine, so I pulled all the data and saved it on my comp. Tried putting the blank sd in the phone and it says its blank or an unsupported format, and again it won't let me format or mount the card. I tried with a different micro sd card and it did the same thing. I'm running Humble 1.42 with the OC kernel without voodoo on. Any idea on how to get a card to mount and get my data back on it? Could I possibly just load Humble 1.5 on the sd, update the phone to 1.5 through CWM and then have it work? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
did you flash the SD fix?
I had that problem the other day. You have to flash the sd card fix or it won't be able to mount it. I ended up flashing the full GummyCharged 1.9.1 Odin which included the kernel, recovery, and rom and it's running great right now.

You will need to put the card into your computer to put the fix on it. Then back into the phone and flash with cwm recovery. Check my sig for the link to the fix.
If your cwm doesn't see the sd card then you may have an issue with hardware.
I put the sd card fix and humble 1.5 on my sd card, but when trying to choose a zip from the sd card in CWM it says "E: Can't mount /sdcard". And if I try mounting through CWM, it says "Error mounting /sdcard!". Any other suggestions? Should I just reflash my rom/kernel/cwm through ODIN?
I backed up my storage and formatted storage from CWM to clean things up. When I went to mount USB storage to transfer zips of the ROM I want to use my computer doesn't see it. I tried with the SD card formatted as vfat and exfat. I'm fully rooted and all that. All firmwares are the latest version.
Can I get the two easiest options for putting a ROM back on here so I can use my darn phone? I'm not comfortable with adb. Thanks!
you can use another phone to put the rom on thru the sd card. and then put the sd card back on your phone and re flash it

Thanks for the reply. Not today I can't. I'm searching as I find time but it's a busy day today and going without my phone is like running going without pants.
Hi there,
I rooted my phone today and installed CWM.
I then wanted to perform a nandroid back up, factory reset, then install a custom ROM.
However i've been having a problem that's been driving me crazy for the last couple of hours
When i try to backup with CWM to my external SD card it says
>Can't mount backup path.
So i go to mounts and storage, try to mount external_sd and it says
>Error mounting /external_sd!
And even when i try to format it it says the same thing!
What can i do? i completely formatted my SD card and it still won't work.
Also another question. It will back up to my internal SD, but then if i do a factory reset, will it not erase EVERYTHING on the internal storage, thus erasing my back up??? NEED HELP BEFORE I GO MAD!
If anyone has had this or seen this before i'd really appreciate some help! I'm running on a galaxy S3 which is such a common phone i'm surprised i've got any problems. The sd card is a sandisk 64gb.
hopefully someone can give me a hand!
thanks!
