Has anyone seen the pinouts for the shift for docking? How would one obtain these from htc?

Do all htc devices follow the same pinout? I fount a pinout for old htc devices and it mentioned the G1 and G2 in the list. Biggest question is what are the triggers for the modes? I remember a thread somewhere in xda that listed resistance as the triggers. Is this standard across the platform?

My question is at the end of this post.
Okay so I have a PS3 dual shock controller and I have it synced with my phone via Six axis(app from Android Market). I am now able to play game emulators quite comfortably with my fingers not in the way anymore. But then i had an idea to hook up my phone up to my HDTV, so I did via HML but it didn't work. I jumped on my computer and did a little bit of research and I found something that said that AOSP roms do not support HML which sucks because the Six axis app does not support most HTC roms and the Sensation is one of them.
Right now I am on CM7 alpha 10 and i was wondering if it was possible to get MHL support on AOSP roms?

Thank you for giving me an answer. I was sure HDMI was supported but then I realized I obviously do not have an HDMI port.

The Evo 4g lte? If so yes, only diff is larger batt by 200 mah, a micro ad, and a kickstand, oh, and a dedicated camera button.

It will be interesting to see if we can use kernels from this phone on ours but I think the different bands for LTE will be a sticking point.
That would only be the radio, which is different than the kernel, kernels "should" work. We will have to wait and see what the devs think. But it is the same all around besides the radios, and the changes listed above.

Hmmmm. The only reason I ask is they have the start of cm9. So would it be an easy port??

There is a post in developement, one of the guys gets to the cm9 boot logo, but no farther, but that's a great start.
I can't find the thread now, I was going to link it.
Found it, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1686564

Is this possible on the Inspire? It has been implemented on the Desire.
I wasn't aware this had been achieved for the dhd as I have not seen any info on this. If it works for dhd though then it should also work for the inspire. Could you provide a link to the info on who got it working? Or on what Rom. I am curious as this has been an ongoing effort by many and no one that I'm aware of has achieved it.

I thought it was a clear no. You mistook sensation development for DHD. Its not currently possible and with the device age, devs have moved on. I wouldn't expect it to be done ever.

sorry, I'm not an HTC guy, just looking into it for a friend.
Thanks for the info.
No worries.

Hi, I've had my phone for a while now and it's starting to show. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good website that offered a wide range of HTC One S cases and accessories? I've only managed to find very limited selections and bad quality.
amazon has a loooooot of cases ..you can find hundreds of them .and most of them are under $10.

Does anyone know whether our phone has the necessary hardware to run the ANT+ radio and protocol?
It seems likely that we do but HTC has not enabled it.
I believe there is a compatible wilink chip on our board. Does anyone know?
It would be a great boon for this function to be enabled for fitness equipment software like heart rate monitors.
