After the first 2 people said it, i think the point was made ;-)
It's only been said correctly once though. It's the SDK, not an API.

Okay, So I went to https://opensource.samsung.com/index.jsp and looked up T959v. I see the T959V GB Source Update1.7z. What kind of an "update" is it? Going to take a look at it when it's done downloading.
I believe it's the source for the actually gb kernel

I went through some of the code. I found some references in it from KD1. Atleast from what I saw.

That's correct from what I remember. I think the SGH-T959V_Opensource.zip was KC1, SGH-T959V_Opensource_Update1_Kernel.7z was KD1, and the last one is KJ6.

Any code a developer is working on should have a revision/version number, even if that code is not released. So it's possible to have a version of software that was never released.
What has my curiosity piqued is why it wasn't released. I might have to download it and see what the release notes (if any) say about the difference.

Is there BLN for ICS yet?
BLN, yes...the ability to insert it into a kernel without the source, no.
Until Sammy releases the Skyrocket source code for ICS they can't put in things like BLN.
