iPlayer flash border problem - HTC Desire S

Hi all
I have a strange problem playing flash video mainly on iplayer and BBC Live streams
Problem is that it creates a semi-transparent thick line on the right hand side of the flash video like some kind of overlay and it looks as if it is shifted and is really annoying as only on the right side the image is clear but the rest of the video seems like covered with this transparent thing
Please see pictures.

more playing - http://i52.tinypic.com/10zcxon.jpg
another one - http://i55.tinypic.com/do8d5e.jpg (obvious in this one)
everything else works fine on phone, its just this that is troubling me and one of the main reasons for getting this phone was that it supported flash vids, if someone can help solve this please?
I have also updated flash to 10.3 from and still no luck.

Yep, I get the same. I think it's endemic, not a problem with your phone.

You Tube app, no videos

Anyones youtube app working?
Not loading popular, featured, cant search.
Or just me?
Access the internet using PIE (not Opera). Minimize (keep it running), then rerun YouTube.
I had a similar problem after flashing a cooked ROM. Youtube app installed but just sits at "Connecting" when trying to view a video. Installed Irus' youtube fix cab file and now it works great.
Thanks Irus for the fix! Wish I knew what you did you actually fix it.
Youtube not working
My issue is somewhat different so here it is. My friend has an iPhone we both went to the same website "www.bodyguardz.com" and clicked on the link to play the Youtube video of a television station's test of of the bodyguardz protector. The iPhone plays the clip my Fuze does not. Just a blank area where the video should be.
I tried this fix
http://www.modaco.com/content/rapha...app-is-installed-functional-on-the-at-t-fuze/
for the problem but it still does not work. To me it seems as though WM6 does not have a file association for Youtube. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Tyrbatt

CROMi-X seems to dislike a specific website...(this and video problems: choppy stream

I am having two weird problems with my tablet since I installed CROMi-X
The first is that one site stopped showing in all of my browsers (stock, Chrome, Firefox and Dolphin), except Opera in "Offroad mode". It just affects one site (www.terra.com.br ) : when I was in stock ROM, the site appeared as in desktop version. Now with CROMi-X, it just shows a derranged menu in plain text, and nothing eles: is not browsable anymore. Opera only reads the site as mobile (what is also bad to me, a lot of content is not available on mobile).
Thing is, Terra is one of the main news portals of my country, and I am really missing it :/
The second problem: it seems unable to display video in lower resolutions. I am trying to watch some live streamings, and it locks on a frozen image with only audio running or choppy images with no audio, and crashes soon after. In my mobile phone (Sony Xperia SP, rooted, stock ROM), I am able to watch the videos, as when the quality falls for any reason, it seems to "re-calculate" the displaying, and keeps showing the images (just in a smaller screen). In the TF700 it got impossible. I am using the very same player in both devices (MX Player). Android player also gives me the same in TF700 running CROMi-X (can't compare here as Xperia uses a specific player from Sony).
Perhaps is just a small tweak, a thing of settings that I am missing, but I really don't know what sort of adjust should I do to have things working again around here. Somebody have any idea about what I should do?

I'm sure I already responded to you somewhere else:
The first problem is probably related to the adblocker. Disable adblocking.
For the second look up how to get a logcat and then post a logcat of the issue.

Nexus 5 Screen Artifacts/Bug When Watching 360° YouTube Videos in Google Cardboard

I seem to get weird screen artifacts when trying to watch360° YouTube videos using Google Cardboard. The 360° videos work fine in normal viewing mode (i.e can look around fine by moving phone) but as soon as I hit the cardboard icon to switch to 'cardboard mode' (split screen video), the video has strange starburst artifacts.
It's fine when the phone is on a flat surface (looking down) but when you look up or around the artifacts appear.
I have uploaded a screen recording of the problem to YouTube but can't seem to embed video (or direct link) as a new user of these forums. Use the URL below to view:
youtube.com/watch?v=hINprrc3jnU
Android version: 6.0
YouTube app version: 10.43.60
Anyone else have the same problem?
found this thread through google and also saw you posted on Reddit. Having the exact same issue with a Samsung Note 5 and newest Youtube

Well it's the weirdest thing but it is no longer occurring for me! I'm not sure what has changed, Android & YouTube app version are the same. I did fine tune my cardboard settings by creating a custom QR code at:
google.co.uk/get/cardboard/viewerprofilegenerator
but I had already tried that a couple of times before and it didn't fix my problems (though it did seem to reduce severity of artifacts). Perhaps I just stumbled across the correct config 3rd time around? the default config that came with QR on the cardboard version I bought was terrible – double vision etc.
Same problem here with a Galaxy S6 and a BoboVR Z4 headset. The weirdest thing is that I started to see these screen artifacts just a few weeks ago, for no apparent reason. Everything had been working fine for me on Youtube 360° videos until then. By the way, I've tried several different profiles (QR codes), to no avail.
Same problem here with a Galaxy Note 5 & Dream Vision Pro I'm going to try some of the previous APK's of Youtube to see if I can get one working. It sounds like Youtube went and fixed something that wasn't broken again. Anyone else have the Magnet button stop working as well?
After a recent update of the app, I'm not noticing these screen artifacts anymore. Looks like it's been fixed.

Question Video screen not complete

I have looked but not found any answer yet so I'm trying my luck here.
When looking at a video (can be self made video, something someone sent me and even YouTube videos) the screen basically cuts 2/3 so I'm left with just a small part of the screen. It happens very randomly, some videos have it and others don't.
Anyone had any similar experiences and a solution to this very odd thing? I'll add some screenshots to show exactly what it is. Thanks!

Technical Support needed

Hi, I was linked here through the MX Player app on my Android S9 Plus. The MX Player was working fine years ago, so I believe these past few updates must have triggered these issues below I am hoping you can help me resolve.
1. The icon should stay on my lock screen, but it keeps disappearing after some time. Restarting the player does not help at all, the icon just vanishes for some reason. The only way it would reappear is if I stop using the player for some time, as if the player needs some kind of rest or break, this never happened in the past.
2. The videos I watch now show titles so big that they don't even fit entirely on the top bar of the videos, looks very strange and inconvenient. I checked again and again, over and over, in the settings but found nothing to change the font of the video title. Again, this is also something that never had to be adjusted in the past, the title would look perfectly fine and fit perfectly in the top bar with its default settings.
Please help. I really appreciate and love using MX Player on my Android phone, in fact I have been using MX Player for years now, so I really do hate it when new updates come in just to screw things up randomly. Honestly if those are just optional improvements I really shouldn't have updated the app accidentally, I mean really everything has been working nicely up to this point it's just so upsetting. Help please, thank you
