Is there a way i can get a notification of some sort to confirm i have sent an email without actually going back into outlook and making sure it sent?
Something like the sms one but obviously with email..
I recently downloaded handcent to replace the stock messaging app and I like it a lot, the only problem is that when I try to send a picture message, it only shows that I sent one, but the person receiving it gets the same picture two or three times and I'm not sure what the problem is. Any advice?
Use the regular messaging app to send an MMS
Ya even before I knew about that problem I sent pictures throw the default messenger.

Has anyone else using a Pop 3 account had trouble sending email? I've noticed the problem on about all of the 7-8 replacement Thunderbolts I've had. I took it to a Verizon store recently and tried it right before and after I tried the Nexus and it worked fine on the Nexus but not the Thunderbolt. It said that the account settings are incorrect when I know they're not.

I'm set my smtp email to my active ISP, not from email domain...
here for an example:
my email [email protected]
yahoo smtp was [email protected]
i'm change it to my active ISP
smtp.smart.co.id
and voila, my email sent smoothly
I used to be able to send a text using ok Google but it's suddenly stopped working.
I am not rooted just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this?
When I say ok Google send text to whoever is comes up ok even says its sent but when I check my messages it's not gone. I know you have to wait a little while after the message sent message before closing down but still no dice.

Really weird but it sends to some people but not others. If the persons number comes up +44 etc it won't send but if the number comes up as 07 etc it does?
Tried putting all numbers back in my contacts without the +44 however sometimes Google still shows it as +44 and won't send

Anyone else not able to send MMS messages or gifs when connected to WiFi using Google Messages?
I've been using Google Messages and Gboard forever on everyone I've owned but with the S8+, while connected to WiFi, messages just hang. Sent messages always say "sending" and messages sent to me show constantly as downloading. It's not until I toggle WiFi off that the messages come through.

Totally sucks. I spoke with at&t and they said they have communicated with their Samsung rep and it's a known issue.

I had a weird issue with Google Messages, when I'd send a screenshot to someone, they said it was perfectly clear. However when I was in the messages thread and clicked on the screenshot it came up very blurry. (Sprint version) The original screenshot in Gallery looked fine and it did on the device receiving the message. Kinda strange.
I use signal and haven't had any issues. You sure it's not google related?
I can't send or receive mms while on WiFi calling. Stock message app or Google s message app. Got a ticket in with t-mobile now. I've gone back to factory twice still not working.
I also have this issue. I can confirm as told by an AT&T rep on the phone that it's a known issue apparently . I was told they were looking into it, but no idea when an actual solution is coming.
Glad I'm not the only one.
Yea , all of us are in the same point. It's an issue with the phone not properly handing off the connection from WiFi to data in order to send the MMS message while you're connected to WiFi. We're all hearing from our carriers it's being investigated so let's hope a patch is due sometime soon?
