NexusOne Clock APK?

is anyone awesome enough to edit the clock apk from the nexus one to not force close on any of the buttons hit? I really like the clock 100% better than the htc one and it is all I can do until we get root lol

i would also really like this clock

Stock G2x keyboard on CM7

Attached is the apk for the stock keyboard for g2x, i really liked it and want it on CM7, i am curious if anyone can get it working.
i currently have the O2x port on my phone, and want to compare the two.

if we can somehow get that into a zip (not really good with that stuff) ill try i too have the lg keyboard well on fauxs and cm it worked on both also i noticed when i installed it the gingerbread keyboard kept force closing i didnt care tho cuz as soon as i picked the lg keyboard i was good but did u expierience that? i love the lg one tho should be in every rom the stock one is nice too

I would also like to know if stock keyboard can work on cm7

I'm checking it out right now,... I dont have the CM7 nightly anymore I'm on the GB 2.3.3 leak but regardless I"m gonna play with it.
Also you shouldn't need to zip it, you can just drop right into the directory and run.

I didn't spend any time trying to fix this but I can tell you that it will need it's lib file for that keyboard. (libjni_latinime.so) I think the would be the one as I did a very fast search. Also CM7 might have a lib file by the same name but has different code.
I don't think adding that lib will make it work though as I am sure it will need fixed to work on CM7 if it will at all.

[Q] themes on non rooted evo shift?

is this possible? and if so how? my girlfriend has a stock evo shift and wants a pink theme without having to root, any help will be greatly appreciated

You can download an alternative launcher like adw or launcher pro. I believe there's themes for those in the market.

You'll need root in order to fully theme Sense but if her phone is running Gingerbread you can use skins. Check the general theme section and do some googling there's a lot of nice Sense skins.

Features Missing on G2X?

I just got an LG G2X with GB 2.3.3 update installed stock.
1. I've noticed the 1080p/24fps option is missing on the video camera settings.
2. The touch focus is not working either. It's supposed to focus while recording video and you touch the screen.
I bought the phone because of these features, so Im very disappointed they are not included. Any ideas.

All those features were present with Froyo. So what you really want is the LG camera app. After the Gingerbread update it was replaced by the Google camera app.
But you can flash your phone with Weapon G2X 2.5 which has the LG camera app included.

Why would LG do that? I mean, why put a rom which disables the features that give value to the phone such as 1080p video?....Not only that, like I mentioned before, I bought the phone for the features and now what?..
That means that a person that doesn't know how to flash a different ROM is screwed...so they end up returning the phone...this is really bad business... If LG needed to flash a new ROM to fix all bugs, they shouldve given us a complete ROM which would have all the features the phone has.
i dont want to go install the old rom due to all the bugs it has. So, in other words.. this phone is most likely going back.

I know, I would be dissapointed as well.
What you can do is either what the previous poster said or you could flash a Froyo ROM which would have all the features that you bought this phone for.
If you need help PM me and I could help you flashing your phone and doing all those good things

Well.. I know how to flash roms.. I just need to know where I can find them and which ones have the least bugs..I would appreciate it if you can tell me where to find them.
I just dont want to flash an old rom which is the reason LG had to update the G2X due to all the bugs froyo has.

Thanks dude... do you know anything about recording 1080p/30 fps on the g2x... someone told me that somewhere in xda there is something about it?
And how come you have 2.3.5 CM7 nightly..is that better?

With the Gingerbread google camera it already allows you to record in 1080p HD 30/fps its just not showed as 1080p.
I like the CM7 2.3.5 only because i think it's a more stable ROM..but you won't be able to flash the LG camera app. For some reason the LG Camera app is not compatible with 2.3.5 or CM7 base ROMs.
But i'm actually now running Eaglesblood 2.3.5 which is a CM7 base...so i have the best of both worlds.

what about touch focus?... does it work with your rom.. like.. when you're recording and you touch the screen does it focus on a close object?
also...
what about Netflix..does it work properly for you.. It plays for me but fast speed.

And there are some really cool themes for the weapon rom in the themes section, or follow my sig.

Touch focus on video doesn't work for me but it does for camera. And honestly i have no complains except that i don't have a choice of storage..whether to SD or Internal.
Haven't really tried Netflix yet...but i will.
And just like what mmapcpro said...Weapon has some pretty sick themes.

I get a black screen after flashing the kernel..it wont boot up... I wiped cache. any ideas?

Did you wipe Dalvik too? If not try that as well

I also noticed it is missing a portable kegerator with some type of high speed low drag sup-space link to an endless supply of Sam Adams. Oh well guess we can't win them all

Flak0 made the original lg can app for the ota update. Works 100% except the ffc cam is buggy

Same scenario here. I don't think there is compatibility with ICS.
Let's wait for the official game on GPlay. I heard though it's going to cost around 13$

I remember having a resized version for QHD screens and it worked in Gingerbread, but when I tried it in ICS (The first versions HTC leaked) it would start to work slow and when you started to fight it force closed.
Great game, but no online multiplayer.

The prob here is ICS, on EVO 3D works perfect on GB but on ICS shows a white BG and FC's

The same thing on Nexus S with ICS.
Will they ever release it? I will buy it, no problem with that, but it should be out now...

not working on my LG-P935 Telus
I upgraded to the leaked 4.0.3 ICS for the LG Nitro HD for AT&T and I experienced the same problems as the others. I downloaded mine from the LG SmartWorld and it will play the intro fine and lets me select players fine but only shows a white background in any stages and will FC if I press on the direction buttons...

ICS is the Problem
Anybody want to take on the challenge of getting it to work on ICS? :fingers-crossed:

For white background, you can use chain fire to load quancom plugin before play game, but still FC when use direction

Multiplayer problem
I have got a HTC Sensation 4g on ics 4.0.3 i have got street fighter and it works fine but there is one problem there is no multiplayer in it and the same for PES 2012 can anyone help
