Nice work.. I am using Insercoin V1.1.1 with stock HBOOT (250 MB ) system partition. Do I need to do full wipe to install this ROM.?
full wipe is always recommend when switching to another Rom, so yes make a full wipe but you can also try wipe dalvik + cache and you will see what happends, but for optimal run a full wipe is needed in most cases

It fit's on Internal memory, while IC is partially installed on ext partition.
I have 1 question though, after initial flash dalvik cache is moved to internal or ext partition?

Also another question: where are weather animations located? When i tap htc clock, weather app is opening but the background is black. (i can only hear weather sounds)

lockscreen icons are NOT included because then the rom wouldn't fit in the system partition..
about weather animations;it will be fixed in the next version...

This ROM will give your Desire the latest Sense HD feeling known from the DHD!
Please read the next carefully:
The ext partition will be used as your internal storage for apps and dalvik.
You need at least 1GB that everything runs smooth! (tested with EXT4 by me).
Don't be afraid when the first boot will take a long time. This is normal.
Also the first feeling could be that everything is a little bit slow, set up your phone as usual and give it some time. After everything is cached it will be "super fast"!
I recommend to do a reboot after you configured everythink and let the phone sync the first time.

Use GParted Live CD or AmonRA Recovery tool. The one allows non-destructive partitioning while the latter will wipe everything off your SD card ...

The HD ROMs use a lot of space because they contain a lot of apps, less than 1GB is not recommend.
I always partition with the recovery (Clockwork PSfreedom mod).
Set SWAP to 0 and EXT to 1024.

I was trying to reflash the recovery on my Desire with unrevoked. (I am now using clockworkmod). But it said: We didn't get root. This happens sometimes. Please restart and try again.
How can that?

Yes its your great kernel, you did a great job on that one
this rom is very good. smooth snappy and no lag. i have tried a few of the latest dhd roms and this one is the best for me. 1800 quadrant scores, very nice boot animation, rock solid so far. ext4 at 2gb working fine here.

NOTE: Existing themes and the like probably won't work as this is a new framework so you will have to wither make a new theme or contact the dev of a theme you like for them to make a new one
I'd recommend a FULL wipe before flashing this ROM but those coming from the previous version shouldn't need to (wipe dalvik-cache, though). I also recommend the latest radio but this is optional:

i did notice one good thing about this rom. htc finaly managed to reduce lag when comming to the end of list in launcher and contacts

Is there any way to remove the Recent Apps from status bar? I cannot use the recovery update that was for other ROM, which switches the SystemUI.apk
I noticed that there's a black stripe in Camera app where the zooming controller is. Is that possible to remove it and be transparent as in other ROMs?

1. This is a port from HTC mytouch4g and it has mysense 2.0. It's special but very nice

after restarts it laggs like hell

Okay, the rom is awesome, its exactly what i needed be4, but nobody did it (Froyo + a nice sense)
But when i checked the version under "About phone" it says "0.1" not "0.2" ?? Is that normal ?
And the status bar (When u drag it down) Its lagging like HELL!! every thing else is just fine.
Btw when i overclocked the phone to 1.90 it laged and kept rebooting (Soft one)
Took the battery off and overclocked it to 1.15, that worked fine.
And its a BIT laggy, not too much, a BIT laggy.

i like it very much!!!just a bit laggy during drowing down notification bar and lockscreen,but nothing else bug!no problem during calls and benchmark is 1450 with oc to 1.07.

flashed successfully on oxyr2 hboot. Had 240+mb free space on internal drive and is fast also. I only wish it was the newer sense but aside from that this is a pretty rom.

Lol, I mean no un-capped bandwidth, I only have a 500mb data bundle and why use that when I can download the ROM in under 3 mins.

Oh sorry.. I have no time to do it. I don't know if it works with gingerbread kernel. You can try flash kernel after flashing this rom. BTW try froyo kernel first and you may like it this rom is battery friendly, clean,stable and fast. no fc till now.

Wow, this rom is quick for sure!!! there's only one thing really important missing.... i'm missing a input method (keyboard.) i cant download one also because i cannot type something.
[BUG]
FC while importing and exporting contacts to SD card.
OOPS...I find that there are many fc in stock sms and contact apps cause by many system apps removed. I will make a patch or redo the rom later. As I use third-part apps to replace it, I am apologize about it.
