Then install custom recovery with rom manager and then flash zip files from recovery

Yes it's rooted and rom manger Not works

If it tells you that the signature is invalid, then it probably is: Most likely your download was corrupted, or your SD card, or ... well, it could be any number of things:
Try redownloading. If you can locate a checksum for the download: Use it!

Means which recovery ? How to download signature verification recovery ?

It's not a tool, it's an option inside ClockworkRecovery.

Where to download clockwrok recovery ? Can u tell me which thing I need ? I don't about this ? My phone is running on official stock 2.2.1 android and it's rooted .. Now I just want to install custom roms .. So can u please tell me what to do now ? Step by step

Ah, there's the problem. You need a tool to install the ROM... the standard recovery tool will only allow you to install firmware signed by the device maker. The usual order to install a custom firmware is this:
1. Root
2. Use root to install a recovery tool, for example ClockworkRecovery, via ROM Manager (you can find that in the market)
3. Use that to bypass the vendor signing requirement and install the new ROM
But I've got to ask: you're having all these problems already... do you really think a custom ROM is the right choice for you? I'm struggling sometimes and I have years of IT experience.

Change your thread title to something usefull...

in order to install a rom you need to have a custom recovery installed first witch is not the bootloader. there are several guides on how to install roms on the milestone so i suggest you start reading around in the motorola milestone forums. Also if your new to all this i would defiantly not recommend miui as your first rom.

[Q] Does Creed's Rom 1.7.2 support Adobe Flash Players ?

Hey,. I am a relatively new android user,..
I want adobe flash player on my Samsung Galaxy Fit
I first thought of flashing FitDroid,.. but many with DDKQ5 seem to have erors !
So,.. I thought of getting the better one,.. i mean Creed's ROM which is exclusively for my DDKQ5 !! (Hurrayy,...!!)
But i want to know the following (please reply to all questions !! )
1. Should i root the phone to install a custom rom ??
2. Can I install CWM without rooting ? (pls give DownLink)
2a) What and how to use ODIN ? (any forum ?)
3. Is CWM and Rom Manager Different ? (sorry for being so nooby !)
4. Does Creed's ROM support Adobe Flash Player,.. if so which version??
5. Where can i get the stable flash player for this rom ??
6. Will Google apps work in the custom ROM ?
I will thank all those who respond (thats the least i can do,... )
yes i think all roms support adobe flash players. To install see this
adobe flash flayer thread
yes u can install CWM without rooting just switch off your phone and press and hold middle+volume down+power button then you will be in download mode then use odin to install it
here is the link
cwm 5 by tj styles
CWM and rom manager does the same job.but our phone is not supported in rom manager and if u will use it u might will brick your phone so dont even think about using rom manager
regarding google apps, yes they work in custom roms
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1405672
but this says that u should give admin privileges to adobe flash player !
for that it is necessary that we root the device right ??
and can we follow the same steps to install CWM after rooting ?
Also,.. How can we root ?
You need to root the device because in order to install Flash Player you will need Root Explorer (Which requires root accsess). For root information try searching the forum..
You can use super one click to root,it the easiest way to root.

I suggest you don't use the ROM Manager in the market..
Coz many of GalFit users have been bricked their hh after installed it..
Just use the CWM by Tj style and then you can flash any other roms with it..
You have to use Odin to flash CWM to your yg..

In fact, I urge you NOT to use Rom manager in the market. I have hard-bricked mine with that !

If your phone is Rooted, you have to choose what CRom's you want, Go here --> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=22423403&postcount=2
Then follow the instruction in the OP, usually in the 1st Post of the thread.
When you rooted your phone there is a CWM Recovery with it.
all you have to do is to access this by doing 3 combo key, Hold volume up + Home button + power button, just count 5 sec and then release. you will boot on CWM recovery.
There is easy way also, all you need is to download ROM manager from the Market and there is an option there that you can boot to recovery.
Goodluck

Don't download ROM manager from Market, It officially doesn't support Galaxy SL i9003 , if you download from Market!
I will like to know How have you rooted your phone and which version of android you are running? 2.2 Froyo or 2.3 Gingerbread?
If you have rooted your phone using CF-ROOT like AMIT Bagaria's or may be the one provided by Ganesh then you will be having CWM installed already! ( Clockword Mod Recovery)
As the other friend has told you how you can go into recovery, follow the same process which is mentioned in the ICS thread, you can use ICS Alpha 13 by Dheeru

[Q] How to port LG Optimus One P500 for custom roms...???

Hi Guys..!!!
You guys are so great, doing all those development, tweaks, porting and all that...
:good: Great job..!!!
But here I just got stuck in my stock ROM...
:crying: Please help me to get out of this boring situation.
ABOUT MY PHONE:
Model Number : LG P500
Android Version : 2.2.2
Kernel Version : 2.6.32.9 [email protected] #1
Build Number : FRG83
Software Version : V10e-MAR-28-2011
My device is rooted.
Please suggest me what to do???
It's rooted, good. Next steps are to install custom recovery, and flash a ROM. You need to decide which custom recovery to use (I think most use CWM), and most importantly which ROM to use. You want CM7? CM9? CM10? Some variant? MIUI?
Other thing to consider is that you're currently on old baseband (V10e). You will probably need to upgrade to new baseband (V20) to use most ROMs. Do this by using the official LG update tool.
Edit: Use LG update tool to upgrade baseband before you flash new ROM.
Also, read this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1152306

But little confused...
To upgrade to new baseband (V20), I need to download P500-v20G-baseband.7z OR P500-v10E-baseband.7z
v10 = old baseband
v20 = new baseband

So your installation via ROM manager isnt working
so you'll have to do it via your pc or fastboot
just read the instructions properly
http://www.addictivetips.com/mobile/how-to-install-a-custom-recovery-to-an-android-phone-device/
or i would suggest you follow the method posted by post-mortem,
i think you will find this method easier
Get this app: Flash Image GUI. Also get the recovery zip file of your choice from this page, and extract the file "recovery.img" from it. The recoveries in that link are only of Optimus One. If you are following this for another device, use a supported recovery and get it's *.img file. Put it on your sd card. Run the app, select recovery image, and browse to the .img file on your sdcard. The app will flash the recovery. This will work on the O1/Optimus T. This will also work on the Optimus V/M according to app's market page, but if you have any problems you can also try method 'd' given below.

custom recoveries are the base for rooting and installing custom roms. I am quite surprised by how you managed to root successfully without installing a custom recovery.
My kind advice dont do anything without proper knowledge.
U can find clockworkmod recovery on the playstore
u can find all ur answers here in the xda forums
so read well before u flash
