[Q] ROMS that does not remove bloat ware? - T-Mobile LG G2x

I'm looking for a great ROM that doesn't remove bloatware. Mainly I want the games that came on the phone, plus TeleNav. I like, TeleNav better than Google's. Does anyone have the link to the ROMs that didnt remove all bloatware?

It really doesnt matter which rom you choose. If it doesnt have what you are looking for you can just add in what you want from the original apk's that are posted here.

Just look for a rooted Stock ROM.

Just extract the apks and install them on whatever rom you want.

Extracting and installing the APK's I want sounds perfect. The problem is I'm a Noob. I've used ROMs a lot on my old Vibrant and Nexus 1. But I dont have a clue how to extract a APK from my phone.

Download them from the market

Installing desire apps on samsung galaxy?

Hi,
I have an HTC desire and a samsung galaxy. I found that there are many applications in the desire that are not available on the Galaxy i9000 like the calendar , the clock widget, the people widgit and there are no arabic characters in stalled for the browser. Can someone please tell me how to install those manually without having to flash an entire custom ROM? I already rooted the device and I have android SDK
Thank you,
same question?
how can we get the apk files (if any) from one rom to another
Use adb pull command to extract .apk files from a Rom ur using, or from an ruu .exe file you need to Google how to extract update.zip from it, then look in system/app or data/app in update.zip.
If you find apks with corresponding .odex or .dex (cant remember which it is), you will also have to research odexing/deodexing.

One more thing... I think the HTC stuff might also need specific other stuff (libraries... whatever the hell they are)... worth a try though, have a play.

i was going to ask what's wrong with your market, but like you said you don't have access at the moment.
Ok i just downloaded it from the market for you enjoy, let me know if it works:
Much appreciated. I am not trying to waste anyones time. I don't have another Android phone here to grab it off a working market with.
Just to explain I have the ICS beta 4.1 loaded up but I need to run a script using this tool to fix the marketplace.
Ooh cool.. looking forward to that fix. Good luck.
Try this as well

[Q] Help getting Mail app

Hello,
After rooting my phone I decided to pull the system folder from my T-Mobile One S and mess with it. I was in the process of deodexing the apps when i relized that i haden't backed them up. The mail app no longer works and I have deleted the deodexed one. Too many mistakes I guess.
Long story short I need the Mail.apk and Mail.odex from /system/app from a T-mobile version. These can be gotten even without root using a file explorer like astro or something.
Thanks,
Rsotbiemrptson
I think this one's deodexed already. I dont see any odex files for any of the apk's in /system/app. Then again, I'm running Black Magic 4.0 ROM.

Hello,
Do you have a link for the rom. I looked in the Ville Shipped ROM Collection thread and all those roms are for European versions. The version on my phone is 1.53.531.16 710RD. For a T-Mobile US version.
Thanks,

There was a link floating around somewhere. I've got it bookmarked on my laptop but I have no access to it right now. :/ Just Google for safe to remove Samsung apps or similar. If not, I'm sure someone can point you in the right direction.

Debloating will not make your phone faster or yield a better battery life rather than just disabling apps in "All apps" section in Settings/Application
If you go under devlopment section and than search for dev Mohan, you will find that he has a stock, dexoxed, zipalign rom allready for you to flash via cwm or whatever recovery u have. This is the best method to debloat properly. Here is the link...

ATT's IM app

I am looking for the ATT IM apk, i have tried downloading the stock rom and pulling it, but i am not finding it in the file. Can some one please share the apk with me?
Do you know what the application is called? That might help someone find it.
Sounds like stock mms, but if your running custom Rom then touchwiz frame work dependant stuff aint going to do it for you

I saw it on my dad's Skyrocket. On my old captivate it was called im.apk but I have not found anything like it.
I'm running the stock rogers 4.1.2 rooted and deodexed. I have downloaded both stock ics and the leaked att 4.1
