Is there an app to overclock without loading a kernel. I'm rooted and running prime 1.3r2. Any help is greatly appreciated.
TIA.
No. The system needs a custom kernel. Download the free version of kernel manager in the market. It'll make flashing kernels a breeze if you're nervous.

Is it possible to use the .29 blob file to make a stock deodexed ROM? Don't get me wrong I love CM9 and AOKP but I also like alot of the stock features/widgets.

Aw OK. So now I have to find a good rom..
U can always download stock rom (update) zip from asus website and flash it using recovery or wolfs method. But u will lose everything ;(

not sure waht your after mate to get back to stock just download the firmware from asus extract it once and put on the root of your tablet, then boot into recovery and wipe it the flash the stock firmware.
What's the method to get to recovery? I haven't installed cw yet but it should have stock recovery, right?

Yep it will have stock recovery mate, but for custom recovery you need to unlock your bootloader mate

I have just rooted my TF300 using Fastboot. When I try to backup my boot image I get the "Backing up Boot image" message but my tablet just sits there. Does anyone know what the issue might be?
What recovery are you using? I had same backup issue after I first flashed CWM recovery, couldn't get past 'Backing up boot image'. I flashed TWRP recovery and backup worked, not sure why it didn't work on CWM. Hope this helps.
Yeah I am using CWM. I will try TWRP and see how that works for me.
I think twrp works better, for me at least.
Cwm didn't want to make a nandroid so I switched to twrp

So my next question is can I flash TWRP over CWM?
Sent from my HTC One S using xda app-developers app

NO NO NO
Download - via Goo Manager
Installs via goo manager are currently unavailable due to different builds being required on ICS vs JB.

+1 for TRWP. Mine wouldn't make backups when running CWM either.
