There are two threads/ variations of faux kernels. One is for GB like this one and the other is for cm7 based. Use the other kernel 050b1 i think.

I dont think so cuz at that time cm7 wouldnt work with new BBz, dunnno if he patched it up(his kernel) later on.

Just looked into it. Apparently 050 is for Rc2 only.

OK, I got it working. I flashed my old favorite Trinity kernel. I really didn't expect it to work, but apparently it does.
The Eaglesblood ICS release 3 came with Trinity Kernel and had UMS support They just updated to Supporting the V21Y baseband. going to try Harsh and see what happens

I running T15-G2x-06022012 with CM7 RC3 OCed to 1400 with out issues
For Faux's 014b2 kernel, which do you recommend when running Kwes' modified stock ROM (v21y)? I see pre-UV and stock voltage versions. I'm leaning towards stock voltage, but is there a major advantage for the pre-UV? (I'm not even really sure what is meant by pre-UV -- pre-under voltage?)
Thanks!
EDIT: pre-UV is pre-under volted. From a little more reading, I found that pre-UV means the kernel has a -50mv UV already. So if using UV/OC tools and apps, you need to take into account that -50mv already.

Both v10 and v14 are linked in my sig. V14 is on kernel manager. With kernel manager you don't have to worry about recovery flashing issues and what type of recovery your using. I'm going to try out a few different toolchains to see what will work best to compile a updated version.

SimplyCM10.1-v1 Kernel
These kernels are basically the stock versions of the CyanogenMod 10 and 10.1 Linux kernels, with the addition of Voodoo Sound and optional Voodoo Color. I've also added a few minor patches to get it to compile with the Linaro 12.09 GCC 4.7.2 13.06 GCC 4.7.4 compiler, which is supposed to make it faster. It uses my new AnyKernelEpic method of flashing, so it doesn't affect the ram disk your rom uses to boot, meaning this can be flashed to a wider varity of roms. For example, the CM kernel doesn't always change when a new nightly comes out, so this will still be flashable to new nightlys without me having to rebuilt it and you having to redownload it. This is also could work on CM9 / MIUI / AOKP / etc, but this is a 3.x kernel and I haven't tested it on any of those, so try at your own risk.
Look's like this isn't likely to boot on any roms other than Cyanogenmod 10 due to a recent change in the display driver there. See this post.

I used to be a big fan of it on ICS and earlier, but stock color looks much nicer on JB to me for some reason so I don't really feel the need for Voodoo Color.

I don't think its possible right now for one kernel to work with either modem, so I would have to maintain two branches for that. Since I only use the stock modem, I wouldn't be able to test it so that probably wouldn't end well.

If there is a SimplyCM10 Kernel version with Voodoo Color in the future, could there please be one without? I can't stand Voodoo Color, personally.
So I Odined FC09, flashed ACSRecovery5-1.0, to flash CM-9.1.0, & I flahed SimplyCM10 & everything seemed cool, but in the end it would not boot passed the Sammy/Cyan screen.

I put the GB Eaglesblood rom on my friends G2x and as of this last week it seems to freeze up overnight while on the charger. I thought it might be the cpu locking up on it's lowest speed so I bumped up its speed setting but no luck.
Anyone know what it could be?
noted for future reference on my Note 2
Go to development settings and choose "stay awake while charging"
It might be under a different group, but it's there

Iconia A100 CM10 PRIVATE BUILD, TabletUI, Updated to 11/03/12 Source; godmachine v2.0 kernel
I'm sharing my latest kernel for the S4 based on stock MJ5 source code with merges from CM10.2, Intellidemand (ala Faux123), and my own hotplugging based on Thalamus' generic ARM hotplugging.
Supported ROMS: MJ5 and MJ8-based (MJ6 has some weird screen on delay, and MJ7 is untested).
- Loki'd
- FIOPS and FIFO I/O schedulers
- Intellidemand governor
- iX Hotplugging
- Dynamic File Sync (Faux123)
- Fast Charge (Faux123)
- Sound Control (Faux123)
- exFAT
Overclocking or undervolting are NOT planned atm. Personally don't see the need. My primary focus is stability and battery savings balanced with performance.

Thx for heads up. Haven't tested on MJ7 yet, but tried dirty flash earlier from his 9.1.3 and definitely didn't like that at all. I lost root when I went back to 9.1.3 and just flashed chainfire su apk.
