Adding another language to XDA

I would like to ad a language so that my Xda will be able to read text messages written in other languages.
The languages i'm refering to are hebrew and arabic etc that don't have Latin letters
My Xda runs on WM 5

[Q] Question especially to french guys

I have been looking for a while for a french dictionary that can run offline (data downloaded to Sdcard) but i haven't found any! (I need dectionary french-french, not a translator)
Please can somebody point me to a offline french dictionary!?

bonsoir,
you can use ColorDict which is available freely from the market, it's supports Wordnet, StarDict dictionaries which are also available freeley from the web. You can learn about it here

there you can find instructions about where you can find dictionaries and how to install them. I've downloaded some french dictionaries and the app is working beatifully

Dears,
I downloaded wonderful and professional dictionaries from:
Mobisystems website
The Dictionaries are as follows:
1. Oxford A-Z of Grammar and Punctuation.
2. Oxford A-Z of English Usage.
3. Collins English Dictionary 30th Anniversary Edition 10th Edition 2009.
4. Collins Thesaurus of the English Language 3rd Edition.
5. McGraw-Hill's Dictionary of American Idioms and Phrasal Verbs.
6. Dorland's Medical Dictionary.
7. Cambridge Academic Content Audio Dictionary 1st Edition.
8. Cambridge Audio Dictionary of American English 2nd Edition.
9. Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary 3rd Edition.
10. Cambridge Audio Advanced Learner's Dictionary 3rd Edition.
However, the problem is that all the above-listed Dictionaries are for 7 days trial only. And need Key to unlock it.
Does anyone know/have a keygen/crack/serial or anything that might help crack these dictionaries?
PS I have HTC HD2 using Android Gingerbread.

dictionary data backup
does anybody knows how to backup offline downloaded data for these dictionaries particularly dorlands and oxford medical dictionary without root access
previously versions of dorlands dictonary downloaded their data for offline use to internal sd card in folder named MOBILE SYSTEM....now with newer version i cant figure out how to backup the data.....
i did tried with titanium backup but i want to know the location where this data is stored so in future i can just copy/paste the dictionary data to that location and install apk and use the app offline without downloading offline data all over again

[Q] Speech another locale language

Is any hack which enable speech with another system language?
I have CZ system language and I want english speech.

have you try to send langage cab (from the 7004) using cab sender ?
or else when I flashed my phone with an old rom in order to unlock it I choosed a rom with more languages and they work fine (collateral damage) it's probably use a rocket to stun a fly but lack of a better...

I have multi language ROM, but I have CZ language and for this language is not supported speech. So I want activate English speech with this CZ language. If I choose EN language, speech is working.

TTS remove some languages

Hi there.
I was wondering if I can remove some of the "pre-loaded" TTS languages.
I would love to see as TTS on my phone's screen, only english and Greek.
I will never activate Russian TTS or Slobenian TTS.
I wish to remove these languages, because my GPS (Genious GPS) sometimes, changes language to "simple greek" without TTS.
In this case, I have to scroll down all the languages until I access Greek.
Is there any way to remove these TTS files from my phone?
