There isn't usb mass storage option in XOOM, I believe it's only MTP.
But I was able to mount mount USB with ICS Eos Roms, but thanks, but thanks, I will try to flash it again

Usb Mount

Have previously mounted usb using the custom cable which i made...
Gave power to the usb sticks from external computer or charger...
This allowed me to mount usb using "usb host controller app" when i was on rooted ginger bread back then...
Currently im on unrooted stock ota of ics...
Is there any app using which i can mount usb on ics urooted atrix2?
Sorry to trouble you...
Could you please guide me in rooting my device on ota ics 4.0.4....
Thanks a lot in advance...

Here.
And all you had to do was search. XDA isn't a service/support site, it's for reading/researching/learning -only thing we ask is that you do the "leg work" on your own...

Nexus S cannot supply enough power to external devices. This is because of old hardware.
Even if you connect a device, I doubt if you'll have a good experience using USB OTG.

USB OTG

Hi guys,
I know this question has been asked, I know it's supported on some roms but is it supposed on venom rom? I'm using elemental X kernel too..
Anyone?

Yes, ElementalX kernel has OTG support built-in, you may need stickmount app if you want to connect external HDD or flash.

Use bam Android Rom. In latest Release it Support otg
I'm using elemental X it doesn't support it from what I can tell because it's not working even with stick mount
And I like venom rom really don't wanna change!

I know unknown Rom supports it as well as stock. I think bricked kernel also has it built in.Try flashing bricked since both viper and unknown are sense based it should work.... make sure you have usb helper installed too
Hmm that's strange USB otg helper worked.... Stickmount didn't

Try connect USB mouse. If it's work, but don't work usb flash, you need format your flash usb with low format utility. It's problem on Android 4.0.4 - 4.1.1. On the Sense 5 and Android 4.2.2 you can connect different flash without problem

No issues here.
I just tested a stick as well as my wireless mouse, both work fine.
No problem for me. Was able to restore my titanium backup from my usb stick.

are you guys using the OTG drive or the OTG cable?
Working fine.
I used a 2 inch otg cable with a 32gb thumb drive.
