I'm not sure if you have the e980 model, if not use the firmware for your model, but this guide should help...

My LG optimus L4 ii has been soft bricked. When I switch it on only LG logo comes.
when I open it in recovery mode only "the-repairing android" logo comes up.
It does open in download mode but doesn't get flashed.

Hello everybody! I have a problem with my LG E460 ( Optimus L5 II ) .. He doesn't start, he was freezing on LG logo. Last time when i used he was rooted and also has recovery installed.
