My LG optimus L4 ii has been soft bricked. When I switch it on only LG logo comes.
when I open it in recovery mode only "the-repairing android" logo comes up.
It does open in download mode but doesn't get flashed.

Hello everybody! I have a problem with my LG E460 ( Optimus L5 II ) .. He doesn't start, he was freezing on LG logo. Last time when i used he was rooted and also has recovery installed. I'm thinking he's bricked , but i don't know how to install a new rom's on it. Please help!! ( sorry for my bad english )
