http://es.m.androidzoom.com/android_themes/ringtones/theme-xperia-play_bfhve.html
Just in case you like the stock theme and want to bring it to Go.

THIS APP IS GONE
Unfortunately, as this app is no longer available on the Android Market, it can't be downloaded. Seek out related apps.
-.-

sony launchifier can be used on the superior launcher,ADW!

You could just use the Sony Ericsson launcher. Here.

no its terrible! terrible folders, terrible drawer, forgets the apps in folders that ever existed, app drawer is bonkers when in MSC,everything about it is BAD!!

2.3.4 Screwed my Go Launcher themes, anyone know of any themes that still work on this version?

Sony phonebook apk on free x10

Is there a way to run the phonebook.apk from the stock firmware on free x10. I am really found of it. I am sure som1 can edit it to get it working, that would be gr8.

i don't think it's possible, i think i read that the only way to run Sony apps is with the source code for each app. i don't know much about how the software works, so i would love to be proven wrong.
i too am fond of the stock Xperia phone book, i liked many of the stock apps, even though it took its share of resources, i liked timescape a lot
I'm not saying its not possible(Its highly unlikely), but its useless, it wont be able to pull up the background picture without the framework and your running a different ROM for a reason, right?...
(sorry to hijack your thread) but what about the keyboard? I like that as well...
Phonebook i'm not so sure... its linked to Timescape right...the status updates and stuff

[REQ] Sony Ericsson apk's (Arc launcher, life.contacts, etc

Hi all, just installed Arc launcher version 1 on my HTC inspire and i think i like it more than sense(!) I found somewhere on this forum the v2 of Sony Ericsson Launcher apk and i installed it as well but it keeps crashing.
Haven't someone thought to port all these apps to other android phones and most importantly all those rom makers who using third launcher to make their rom's interface suposedly diferent why they havent used sony's UI?

[Q] Android launcher that can order apps by "most used"?

Does anyone know if any of the Android launchers have an app drawer that can order apps by "most used"? The SE Xperia Ray (and presumably other SE Android phones) have this, which I got really used to, and now back on my Defy I miss it! Hoping to not have to install each launcher to find out, cheers!
try go launcher. one of the best out there. just hold the home button and it will appear for most recent.
Thanks volsdeep, but holding the Home button is just the standard task switcher, which shows the *last* used apps. I want the app drawer to be sortable by *most* used, like Sony Ericsson's launcher.
I've installed Go Launcher just in case, and it can only order the app drawer:
alphabetically, by latest install or by earliest install.
Found this thread via google.
I've found one app drawer that can sort this way, but it's for ICS only... (Apex Launcher)
I'd love to see one for devices < ICS... the search continues...

Have you tried Go Launcher? I'm sure it can sort them in that order now.

download Go Launcher buddy, it can sort them in that order
Yep, since Nov 8th 2011 when I last checked, Go Launcher seems to have added "sort by most used", happy days, thanks all!

For anyone else who finds this thread in future, Go Launcher's implementation of this feature (at time of writing) seemed poor, as you had to go to the options and select "sort my most used" to update the launcher's grid of icons, it did not happen on it's own, or dynamically. Also it seemed to miss one or two apps that I used heavily and left them at the end of the grid.
Apex Launcher on the other hands seems very accurate and updates the grid by most used on the fly, and seems much better all-round. It is only for ICS and above though.

Haii there
How can install different launchers from other phones, like the xperia launcher, or HTC sense, and could you link them for me?
Thanks for your time <3

Download the .apk, when it says 'Download complete' in the notification tray click on it and it should install (or browse to it manually in a file explorer). Use the search tool and find the launchers yourself, I CBA but AFAIK only the Xperia and possibly TouchWiz launchers are available for download on other phones. Sense doesn't work.
Ahh, okay -.- , thanks for your time pal

Current favorites are:
1) GO Launcher
Tried it once a long time ago, I forget specifically what I didn't like about it.
2) Zeam
Haven't tried it. It is the newest popular one. Supposed to be super lean and fast.
3) LauncherPro
I like 5-columns of icons on my desktop. LP does this, but it won't stretch the widgets to match (in the free version), so that's a deal breaker for me.
4) ADW
Still my favorite (once properly configured). I like the "Black Glass" theme (with custom icons turned off). I also like a scrolling App Drawer (with scroll position memory) vs paging.
I have heard many people say they prefer something over ADW for this feature or that feature, but other then custom widgets that I don't use, those features are always in ADW, they just never played with the settings.
My widgets are: Google Search, Power Control, News&Weather, and FaceBook. The first 3 are safe (low memory, no lag), and the last one I just have to have or I'll never look at FaceBook at all. I don't trust any other widgets as they always seem to slow down my phone.

Xperia timescape

So, Google search led me to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1896161
After looking in the zip and seeing that there was nothing life threatening, I went ahead and flashed it over hatka (with Xperia launcher keyboard and walkman installed prior. It actually worked to my surprise. Some of the widgets came up in current Xperia launcher that is included in hatka but not Timescape. The launcher in the zip works and so does Timescape with that launcher but the launcher seems to be off center and shrunken on our screen, which makes sense since it is a port for a phone with a higher resolution than our HOX. Seems like this would be a simple fix for someone with skill in the department. Anyways, I'd live to use the Timescape widgets. Anyone care to port it the rest of the way or point me in the right direction of how to do this myself? Like I said shadvance!simple since it's 90% done and just needs the resolution corrected. Thanks in advancea
