HOW TO: Install rom using ClockworkMod
WARNING: you need to have root and ClockworkMod
WARNING 2: this rom is for optimus 3D aka p920, don't try on other devices
1. Copy WaterBear v1.0 by [email protected] .zip to sdcard
2. Go to ClockworkMod (power button & vol down)
3. Make a Factory reset: wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition
4. Install zip from sd card,then select choose zip from sd card: select WaterBear v1.0 [email protected] .zip, finally yes
5. Your phone will reboot at the end of process.
I'm not responsable of any damage to your device

i've put it on my sd card. shut phone down. hold down + Power, to get into recovery. wiped everything + dalvik cache and battery stats. then flashed the rom

did exactly the same. i configuere it, get a black screen than a reboot.
display shows green android an turns off...i push the power button, display turns on android shows...nothing happens

pretty nice ROM you got there...the GO team has been churning out pretty cool stuffs, and it's nice to see someone appreciating it instead of using launcher pro all the time

its simple:
click on first touch on the left of display, then click "preferences" and you enter in settings about go.launhcer.ex, click on change theme....and you decide what theme you like, or click on default theme!!

Nice battery meter, nice Go apps. Would love to see them in my language.
While many people try to port the Arc launcher, this launcher do the job 10x better.
This ROM really surprised me, only have to remove some apps to free memory =)
*** There's only one thing worrying me: when the screen is locked, it tooks some time to go back, even when i click the power button 2-3 times. Do you know how to solve this?

To remove some apps i just have to remove them frmo /system/app ? (facebook, busybox installer, camera 360, car home, task manager (stock), gtalk, milestone overclock (i use only setvsel), tasks (i use astrid))

when you have flash this rom, after you can flash the fin deblur 2.2.1, and uk 3.4.311 without problems! this i try me personal, with oter rom i dont know! sure i dont come back at eclair rom!
Is there a way to change the animations?
The original animation is cool, but it's a little tiresome after some hours playing with the phone.

yes, you can change the folder anim , in the framework-res.apk, drawable, use 7zip
or flash another theme if for you its most simple!
Hmm I still really like this rom and I want to keep using it but the camcorder seems to have become dysfunctional...the camera also wasn't working but I was able to fix it by force closing it and then clearing data.....this didn't fix the camcorder tho
..as soon as I click the camcorder app or launch from camera the screen turns black.
My camera is ok, take 12 photos today with this rom, and recorded 2 videos of 1min~

I got this too, sorted after default recovery wipe.
Sorry I was able to fix my camera problem, turns out it was due to flashing the 720p update zip from somewhere in this dev forum. I fixed it by flashing the system file of the Cee Go Nandroid. Yay
In other news... I am fully able to download and install apps from the market using this rom... Looks as if the shoe is on the other foot.
Maybe something you guys did besides installing this rom?

i am having problems trying to flash the motorola defy. before i flash it with the rsdlite and the official rom i first rooted the phone with superoneclick. then i tried to flash with rsdlite and it seems that it can't be flashed with the following error ''unable to retrive initialization values from INI file. (0x7029); phone connected'' can anyone help me on this?? does anyone knows anything about this?? i want to flash any rom that includes Greek language.

5. After install , clear cache and reboot.
Now If u stuck on Startup Screen , Just give time max about 5 mins.; if nothing happens pull attery out and insert it again
Voila you are good to go..!

nope , it take few seconds(ie)2-3 seconds delay to lock ,overall a great rom with fast response and awesome lockscreen . few glitch here and there like chinese language in lockscreen(date ,calendar and something written below that sorry as i dont know chinese couldn't make it clear) and also in the keyboard some chinease language

---Installing ChainFire3D Gaming MOD---
0. Before starting, you should know that I am not responsible for any damage of your phone. Before this process, take 10 minutes to backup the ROM in case the process goes wrong. This is still under testing, report any bugs, etc.
1.Download modded apk and plug-ins (mediafire) and unzip it in a folder on the root of SD-Card
2.Download Chainfire3D from PlayStore (the free version, you can support devs later)
3.Open Chainfire3D and install the driver, then reboot
4.After reboot, uninstall Chainfire3D.
5.Install modded apk provided, then open it (SU rights needed)
6.Then close Chainfire3D and open it again from PlayStore
7.Close it and quick reboot (with ROM Toolbox maybe)
8.After quick reboot you must reboot (normal)! After reboot you can't open Chainfire3D (that's normal) that's why you must reinstall Chainfire3D (modded apk)! Then you open Chainfire3D and install the plug-ins. After this you must fix the Market Settings then you must reboot
9. That’s it. You must tweak each game to work as you wish: smooth and HD.

For some reason launcher does not show...happened to me..i full wiped then reinstalled.. the launcher should work...install the latest version

Sorry but I've prove it yesterday for 10 minutes and I don't like it so much (I prove the stable version, no BraviaX) and I don't know why you put the name of Bravia, I'll think that is for you put something like SE phones, but after install it I don't see much more a different app(Music FX, or something like this) all are exactly(apparently) equal than the @subspike ROM, with the difference that he performa really god the ROM and it has more speed. So I don't use your ROM Sorry for my English :$

the first think that i saw on this ROM is that my phone not working on 2g(no signal) i'm from Poland any soultion?
Rom link is working, just downloaded. Only thing if you're trying from your phone, you need to select option "Request desktop site" to be able to load the website

I've been using this ROM for couple weeks, all running well.
But today, suddenly it's just dead! cannot turned on.
charging led on (orange), but when pushing power button, only vibrate then do nothing.
please help
update: trying button combination power + vol-up while charging, led blink from orange to green twice, but nothing happened, release the button led off then vibrate, still nothing happened.

Either that is a hardware failure or not having a good recovery...
anyway try pushing down power+vol down.. make sure you have the correct ENGLISH recovery for VC
then try delete all (dalvik, cache, and factory reset) and reboot

You need flash boot.IMG from zip using adv from pc. Sorry for bad eng.

Its not take so long.
If ur VC wont booting, u should try to flash boot.img
