Imm new to tmeming for android and wanted to start by theming sence 3.0
Can someone point me in the rite direction to a how to forum or kno which apk's I have to edit and where there generally located at on the Inspire?

are there any roms for the Inspire 4g that allow rosie to be rotated ...I know there is a port of the HTC Flyer rom , but it seems to still be in development or something ...so i was wondering if there is a rom out there that already has the feature , or is the a .zip file that i can flash to do it automatically , I've tried looking into recompiling but ended up yielding negative results , maybe a more simple tutorial on how to recompile , because all the tutorials that are already made are extremely confusing
hi im working on making this great rom a pure gingerbread rom, iv made most of the modifications i was looking to make but i have two sticky points i cant figure out,
1. i want to remove the extra reboot options basicaly make it a stock boot menu. im sure its in the coding somewhere i just dont know where to look so i could remove it.
2. im also trying to hunt down the homescreen tips widget the gingerbread version all i keep finding are mod ones which are funny, but im looking for the stock 2.3 pro tips.

Can anyone post a guide, or mabe a link r even point me in the right direction, on how to port sense widgets from a newer sense rom to an older one?
Specifics:
PORTING FROM: sense 3.5 rom "bliss rom" (i think newtoroot was a part of that project but unfortunatly idk all the devs for it so i cant give them exact credit). Im trying to port the quick launch widget and the facebook chat widget.
PORTING TO: sense 2.1/3.0 rom "optimized shift" (newtoroot)

I'm kinda new to the world of Android mods (Yes it means im a noob) yesterday I had a help of a friend who managed to help me get Android Revolution HD on my HTC Sensation XE.
I've noticed the threat with over 300 themes but I keep getting confused in the mods and roms.
What rom/mod is best to use to be able to install those themes?
ARHD has mods for it in its own thread, so i'd suggest that.

Hey all,
Well today I decided that I wanted to get more into Android Developing.
I know some java, not much but I know **** about bash scripting etc.
So I decided if I could cook a fully functional rom together before I really started developing stuff etc.
Now here's the actual question:
I have a HTC Wildfire and would like to make my first custom rom for this device.
Is there a way to have just the stock android froyo with the drivers for HTC Wildfire?
Or how do I strip the stock rom for a HTC Wildfire from Sense so I have a basic froyo rom with the drivers for Wildfire included?
