[Q] Internet Calling on 3G/H

In stock roms, Settings>call>use internet calling, which is the native VoIP application, is limited to be used only with wifi.
Does any Custom Rom has it enabled on 3G/H ?
(The should not be confused with T-Mobile wifi calling and like applications)

One of the custom roms I had with my old HD2/android had it enabled on 3G/H.
I think, but not sure, that it has been one by CoreDroid. That's why I still think it is doable, but I do not know how to do it.
Internet Call (VoiP)
Hi,
i'm still on HyperNonSense V1.4 and have setup internet calls in Phone app. It works on any network (WiFi, 3G,...)
The only thing i had to do was to copy framework.jar & framework-res.apk from V1.2 to /system/framework folder.
I hope i could help you with this information

I use CoreDroid and the option is still in the latest V4.1
There is the option for
Use internet calling when data network is available
I have never tried this so can't provide any accurate info on if it works or not

[Q] Wi-Fi Calling on T-Mobile

I would have posted this on the [DEV] thread about it (but I'm too new), but I was wondering whether the update to ICS brought along an update to the RIL that enables Wi-Fi Calling to be added?

[Q] WiFi Calling

Anyone found a way to get the Tmousa WiFi calling app to work on a JB ROM?

Wi-Fi Calling

Has anyone found a way to get visual voicemail as well as Wi-Fi calling to work on Verizon phone running unlocked firmware without having to go back to the VZ Fw
There's a way to get wifi calling and regular voicemail indicator.
you have to load Verizon firmware to have wifi calling and vvm without any problem.

No way to get Wifi Calling working with non-network phone ?

Hi,
I found one short thread about this. But are we sure that there is no other way to use Wifi Calling ? I have a non-network phone, an LG G7. I don't want to change it ATM. Why do the networks tie Wifi Calling to the firmware like this and is there any way round it ? Cheers.
With my carrier, Wifi Calling only works with its SIM on any phone with any firmware on which Carrier Services runs or can be installed. No SIM no Wifi Calling.
You can look for services that will connect you via vpn and allow WiFi Calling, but you are always identified. Calls cannot be anonymous.
