hi forum users...
Is there any automated apps updater avalible ??
- the only apps updaters i have found, still need me to decide if i want to update or not...
Some weeks i get a message that about 20-25 apps can be updated, but it would be great if they was just updated in the background without my "help"...
The same question goes for backup software...
Is there any automated backup-software avalible, so i don´t have to push install 60-70 times to install all apps ??
I use titanium, and it works fine, but it is not automated when restoring...
After i once have decided what to restore, it should by itself restore the apps decided without my permission any more...
I recently installed an androlib custom rom to enable a2sd+ however since doing so maps version has reverted to 4.4 and i am unable to update to the latest version.
Appbrain reports the update is available but when shifting to market i am only given the option to open!?
Am I missing something obvious??
Best,
Darren

Your post reminded me that I had a perfectly good updated copy sitting as a backup in Ti Backup!
Restoring it worked perfectly, cheers for the prompt!

Hello, i've recently rooted my stock froyo rom (and also installed franco.kernel v18.1)... I installed Titanium Backup also, and there are two LG apps (com.lge.wmc and com.lge.ers) in the list and they are with strikethrough lines...
I also installed Root Explorer to search this files that are stored in /data/data/, and both are with "rwxrwxrwx" permission
The question is, what are these apps?? what they do?? they are safe to delete from /data/data folder???
thnx in advance
Anyone? I'd like to know too.
Echo... Echo... Anybody...
I have the same problem too...too...
Yes update your phone. You are still in froyo...

They are useless shortcuts available only in selected countries, hidden until certain conditions.

com.lge.ers
I have some issues with my phone after I rooted it and uninstalled some annoying apps because my phone was running out of memory even if I installed only a few apps (it has only 128 mb). I know it is rather old technology but I got used with the keyboard and the long battery life...
Anyways
So I took a backup with Titanium backup which seems to be useless cause now it appears that there is a file that was uninstalled with one of the applications and the backup does not have it
The file is com.lge.ers and there are probably others because my phone buttons don't work and I cannot put the phone on silent mode
Is it possible to download only those files?
Is there any other solution that would help?
Thank you so much and I would appreciate your help
Dear all,
I have i9500 and yesterday I upgraded to 4.3 and rooted the phone... regardless of all hussle with rooting and warranty things...
Some of you - like me - might faced a problem with Titanium backup. Whenever I restore any app data with Tb. The restored app will no longer work and crashes... the only solution to make it work again is to uninstall and install again... clearing app data/cache just don't do the trick... making Tb almost useless with the 4.3 update
The developers of Tb already aware of the problem.. and trying to fix it in 3-4 weeks

But thankfully there's a temporary solution that just works.. I found it in the Note 3 forum as they have the same problem...

Hey everyone! After restoring data with titanium backup, simply execute this from the terminal emulator:
su
restorecon -R -v /data/data
And all the problems would be fixed.
Click to collapse
I tried it and it worked... restore with Tb and do the above and it will work...
I hope this will help any body having the same issue...
maybe have a kies connection problem!Always Say Connecting...
is anybody same problem??
what about:
su
setenforce 0
? after applying this command i could run titanium backups if i remember correctly - it swithes SElinux to permissive (until reboot ofc).
i've found some applications that do not work even after applying both those commands... like most wanted or dead space - for most wanted you must run game once and create saves then simply copy savefile on top of new saves and it will work
I had no Problems so far came from 4.22 to Echo V5 (4.3).
I restored first the Apps and than the Data. All Apps are working fine.
Why are not all 4.3 Users affected ?
or you guys can simply use this app

Hello all,
I've been trying to backup this application ( http:s://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=securecomputing.devices.android.controller&hl=en ) titanium backup and my backup pro do not seem to work between flashes. Does anyone know of another way to back apps? When I flash a new rom and try to backup the application I no longer have my token? Hopefully someone has figured a way out.
Hi! Did you manage to find a solution for this? We're using SafeNet mobilepass too; have tried backup with adb and helium (non-rooted) and no luck so far
Found this on twitter: sbudella.altervista.org/blog/20180128-mobilepass.html
It seems that the guy managed to dump the key from memory and then backup it.
