Hi I have a tmobile galaxy tab and was just wondering two things.
First question, is there a port app for the tmobile tv for the tab, I know it comes on a couple of tablets but not this one. Wanting to know if there is a working port of this app because I used to love it on my htc hd2.
Second question, is there a flashlight app that uses the galaxy tabs led flash. I have tried many of the market apps and found none that really uses the led but only the whole screen.

I'm looking to get Android on this smartphone and I haven't found too many options by searching. There seems to be a lot of momentum for HTC phones but little for others.
I've found this app which emulates it, but I'm holding out for a full-fledged flash. Any information or hope for this?

Hey guys, I was just wondering ... is it possible to tweak Samsung Remote app to work with other non-Samsung TVs? And turn it into something like logitech Harmony Universal Remote? I'm dreaming too far?

I was just about to post the same exact question. It's really pissing me off that they're locking this to their phones... I have a spanking new Samsung LED LCD 3D TV (that's a lot of acronyms!) and I've been waiting for this app to come out... and then I find out only the Galaxy phones can even see it in the market? WTF...
There can't possibly be anything technical holding back non-Samsung phones from using this....
Hello, I'm fairly new to the Android OS (just got this GS4G last week, and it is my first android) so I'm pretty noobish to all of this and searching these forums and the web have only gotten me so far. I currently have a few questions that I did not find answered anywhere else (for this device at least).
I have the official 2.3.6 Gingerbread just released awhile back and realized that my TV out seemingly doesn't work (tried red, yellow, and white for video). I have no idea if it worked before I left Froyo but I'm just wondering is it supposed to work now (not really looking to troubleshoot this; I just want to know)?
Is there any Mods that allow the use of the Wii Controller? I know CyanogenMod is not released for the GS4G.
And, does the MIUI mod allow the use of a Wii Controller?

Can anyone who owns Samsung Ativ S share his info about this phone, i really want it (mainly because of the big screen) but because there is no extra custom made rom or similar things im no sure about it... Im HD7 user and purchased quite a few games from t market so i believe it's the right phone for me with wp8 but still after all the research ive done on t internet i would like to hear from xda-developers's users as well ... Im coming from an HTC ONE X with HTC Sense.
Now I got an Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with Touchwiz.
I like Touchwiz but there is one thing which I miss from Sense!
The Car Mode.
There isnt any good looking and updated App in the Playstore or something like that.
Only very old apps with very bad designs.
Can anyone start die develope an Car Mode app?
I would help in things like translating(GERMAN) and testing.
We can compare ideas and also but I cant program
