Installed recently LG Phone software tool, but when I try to attach phone and update it with that tool, it shows message:
Problem with communication between cell phone and PC
Please disconnect the cable from your cell phone in order and remove and connect the battery.
Power on your cell phone and press the Restart button to resume update.
I also have all usb drivers installed + I can't see my sdcard via usb connect when I use "Turn on USB storage", is there any possibility to fix it?
Drivers installed when I plugged phone:
USB Composite Device

LGE AndroidNet NDIS Ethernet Adapter
LGE AndroidNet USB Modem
LGE AndroidNet USB GPS NMEA Port (COM8)

Install LG PC Suite 4! That fixed the same problem I had.

that LG Suite 4 recognize my pc and I can sync calendar and stuff, but can sync video/photos, becouse when It does, it shows that I have to make sure mass storage is on, I have tested and it is on, but still it says that there is no Mass storage enabled :/ is it that my pc or phone is faulty? or maybe microsd? when I attack microsd itself alone to PC , it works like a charm
i have lg pc suite 4 and it tells me the problem with communication
any ideas??

I have triyed already with different cable and usb port, already found 3 driver on device manager,
1. SAMSUNG Mobile modem
2. SAMSUNG Mobile modem Diagnostic Serial Port (WDM) (COMXX)
3. SAMSUNG USB Composit Device
After that I917 (Focus) Not connecting with Zone Soft on Windows 7

Your phone is in Tethering (USB Modem) mode. You need to put it back in Zune mode before it will sync with the PC. On the offhand chance that you got it into tethering mode by accident, there are instructions on the forum for how to change between the modes. Note that USB tethering is not the same as the WiFi "Internet Sharing" feature that is built into the OS; I believe that USB tethering uses the Diagnostics app on Samsung phones.

I try to connect my LG PRADA 3.0 (Android Phone) to PC via usb cable in windows XP SP3 and Windows 7 but i can't
When I plug phone to the computer there is no message and I've also check device manager but there is no device to need driver for installtion
I've test with any option of "Default connection mode" in setting>connectivity
also enable usb debugging in Settings>Applications>Development
I was install LG Pc suite and in pc suite,I am enter Device>Device connection>Usb cable connection but there is no action and sometimes Error appear that say can't connect
(tip:before i bought this phone I had Htc HD2 and i was installed NAND ROM to this)
Maybe it's a damaged wire....

I recently got my LG into bootloop, but i luckly can access Download Mode. I connected the phone in download mode to PC, and this is what i got:
USB Composite Device - Ready to use
CDC ACM Communication Interface - No Driver Found
Unidentified Device - No Driver Found
(those 2 drivers coudln't be updated by Windows in Device Manager, and i couldn't find them on internet either)
After i installed LG drivers i got:
USB Composite Device - Ready to use
LGE AndroidNet USB Modem - Ready to use
LGE AndroidNet USB Serial Port (COM3) - Ready to use
(notice that drivers i now successfully installed are not same as those from first attempt)
I thought i fixed drivers. LG Software Update Program is constatntly checking connection between cell phone and PC. After the progress bar gets to about 1/4 it gets stuck, and then it resets entire process to 0 progress, and tries to "check connection" over again and over again.
Also if i try to run update program it always gets Phone-PC connection error. Is there a way to fix this?
need usb driver for accessing data on pc using usb cable.
If you have Windows 10, it should get them from the net automatically.

As the title suggests I've updated my 8T from OO11 to OO13 and now my phone isn't recognised in my computer at all
Nothing comes up in device manager when I plug the phone into the computer
I've tried
- 3 different usb ports
- 2 different usb a to c cables
- USB debugging is enabled
- Installed oneplus drivers
- Installed google usb drivers
- Switching default USB configuration to MTP
- Using MTP, PTP, No data transfer
Still nothing is showing up in device manager
The phone charges when connects to the computer, it doesn't prompt me to allow USB debugging on my phone, despite revoking old usb debugging authorizations
I need to use adb commands to enable volte using the Shizuku method but I can't do that as the phone isn't recognised at all
If anyone could help that'd be great, otherwise I'll have to rollback to OO11 and use the pdc method
