Change font size globally ? - Windows Phone 7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I've been asked if I know any phone/OS, that lets you change the font size "globally".
i.e. larger font in text application, email, contacts etc etc.
Plus large font in browser, or decent text reflow.
Trying to google some info, but not getting very far, and was hoping the members here might be able to help or point me in the right direction.
I'ts for someone whose sight is less than perfect, and they are not looking for a high end phone - but easy to read/write text, email, phonebook and browser are a must (and pretty much it really).
If anyone can help or make any suggestions it would really be appreciated

WM could do it system-wide. But not many 3rd party applications used the settings from system.

Does that mean that system apps like email and text message can use the bigger font ?

There is some news about it?

[Q] How do I remove "Contacts" on google+ messenger?

How do I limit them to actual contacts/google+ friends?
It seems anyone who I emailed even once appears there. Well I don't want to contact them again and if I do, I'll use email.
Tried removing but I can't see any options.
Thanks
I'm facing the same issue?

This idea just hit me:
What if i create a group in my Contact say "MyPhoneContacts" , add the required ppl to that group & under Contacts in my phone i set to display only above group, this shud work. I'm gonna try that when i get home & get back to you.
seems this is a "feature" of google+ messenger (http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/google-plus-discuss/veJJQnUbobM). Google in their infinite knowledge decided for me who should appear on the people list when I open up google+ messenger.
My friends don't even show up!
beginning to think, the grass is not much greener on the other side when I decided to switch to Android. (I'm almost sure the problem persist in the iOS version but it's google's attitude that's pissing me off)
forgot to try this
I'll try today w/o fail, else deleting my G+ account seems to be the only option

Skype and Facebook alternate application?

This current application from Skype has very ugly design and I was hoping if you guys knew any other application for Skype IM? Same goes with Facebook, Facebook in the other hand has better design but it's ugly as well and it's hell of a lot buggy.
no
I understand this isn't the answer that you want, but no, you can not use an alternative.
However something you should try/look into is Google Hangouts and Hangouts Dialer. Let's do VoIP calls like Skype, and instant messaging to anyone with Google account. 2 Birds with one stone kinda thing. Your friends probably have google plus accounts, so should work just fine.
can't make video or phone calls via skype and viber
hello!! i can't make video or phone call via skype and viber!!can you help me?anyone have the same problem??
You can't get a copy of Skype reskinned ! I use kakao talk as it's crystal clear and my wife and I love the emmotions packs. Beware you can spend a fortune on them, though there's no need. Calls and messages totally free and no limits. It's battery friendly too)

First off, what phone?
Second, do you have a front facing camera?
Third, have you tried reinstalling both?

Are there any good unthreaded/inbox style SMS apps anywhere?

I used EasySMS (previously Pansi SMS) until Kitkat, when MMS didn't work on my S4 Active anymore. Since then I have used Go SMS Pro, which is less easy (takes a few steps to get to the inbox style folder window), but still works. And now, with version 6 those "%¤"!&%!¤&%# morons (read like a very mad Donald Duck!) have messed up that and mate it into an SMS app for idiots who only wants a fancy theme. No folder view anymore. Are there any other apps worth trying? I really, really, really hate "conversation mode", I don't have conversations in SMS! I get an SMS, answer and delete. Showing what I said before (since I have deleted the received ones) is just annoying, and I want all SMS collected in one view. With my mail warnings I get 40-50 SMS every day, so I just need a very neat and clean interface, and the ability to send SMS and MMS. No fancy theme or bull**** like that. Does anybody have a god tip on an app for that?
New messenger from Google is great, better than stock SMS app and hangouts.
Thanks! Is it possible to do that as a pure "received SMS list", old school? And is it possible to use it without any other Google stuff than a Gmail account (which is only used for Android purchases)? I am hysterically unsocial (no Facebook, no Twitter, no Instagram, no nothing except for forums and mail), so if it requires Google +, use of Hangouts or any other stuff like that I'm out.
Nah man,you just install it and you're good to go,i think it doesn't even require gmail. I too don't have anything like that,im just browsing g+ and XDA. And i don't understand what you mean by "recieved SMS list" ,but in general,it's the most simple and clear SMS app i have ever tried. Just search google for it.
I may be dense, but I can't find it. I found Hangouts, but that's very far from what I'm looking for. It has one window, and there it shows all conversations, also my sent messages (because the received messages are deleted). What I'm looking for is one that has a traditional folder structure, with an inbox that only shows messages in, and nothing else. And preferably no threaded messages either, when I answer. So when I answer one, I only see the one I'm answering, not the message history of that contact. Do you understand what I mean?
Yes,ill paste the link

Thanks, but I'm afraid that isn't what I'm looking for. It seems like it shows sent messages as well in the main list, and I want something that only shows received messages in a list, nothing else.

Stock Text Messaging App - Group Message Replies

Hopefully there are some that actually use the stock text messaging app. I actually like the layout of the app a lot, but have had issues with Group messages. For the life of me, I could not find a setting that would allow me to respond to the group with a single message. For whatever reason, the default is set to respond to each individual separately. Does anybody know how to change that, whenever you receive a group message, where I can reply to the entire group, rather than send an individual text to each?
As of right now, I'm using Google Messenger as my stock text messaging app because it allows me to reply to the entire group as 1 message and keep the group message together.
Same here, anyone know?
Open the Messaging app, advanced settings. All the way at the bottom there will be a Group MMS option.

I cannot find groups management in contacts, I have oreo Crb7 stock
When I go to contacts options there is no button for groups I cannot edit my groups, wny advice?
_EDIT:

Groups management gone in new android update?!
So does that mean we can no longer create/delete/edit/change ringtones of our Groups?? Every time Android has an update they take other useful stuff away! First text message tones for individual contacts, now this....!!!

There is a quicker way to get to groups in Oreo. Just press and hold on either the contacts icon or the phone icon. You will see groups there and immediately click into it!

Was it removed in edit contact. Seems to me it's more trouble to have to add a contact then go to groups or Labels and add the person. WTF. It's supposed to be easier not harder. Labels was an option when you edit a contact. Now it's gone. How do I get it back?
