Ooops, sorry - asked question in the wrong forum! (re-posted here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=25033200#post25033200)
Probably better if you post in the TF201 section. This is the TF 101 section (original tf).
** First time flashing a ROM so I apologize in advance for being so Newbie Green **
I'm hoping someone could help me with an issue that I'm having with my Asus TF201 stuck in a boot loop after flashing to the cm-11.0-20140907-crombi-kk-RC3.1 build. I followed the "Upgrade Instructions" guide in the forum containing the ROM.
I did the following:
1. I unlocked my TF201 pad
2. I successfully installed the omni version of Team Win Recovery Project (TWRP) Philz ClockWorkMod Recovery
3. Within TWRP I was successful installing the cm-11.0-20140907-crombi-kk-RC3.1 ROM (After install it said successful install)
4. Did not install Google Gapps because it says no longer needed
5. I went ahead and installed CROMBi-kk_TF300_Wifi_ROM2SD_Patch
It appears that the mount points are my issue as I'm receiving the below error messages when the device is posting. I'm thinking it may have to do with the ROM2SD patch I installed.
Detecting Filesystem...
mmcblk0p8 /data on internal (UDA) --> not present
mmcblk1p2 /data on micro SD (for Data2SD / ROM2SD) --> not present
mmcblk1p3 /system on microSD (for ROM2SD) --> not present
** I attached a screen shot of the error
Hi,
Once you get to 10 constructive posts, you can ask for help in the development sections... In the rom thread.
But until then, here is the place for help with your device...
> Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime > Eee Pad Transformer Prime Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Good luck!

Thanks for your reply and sorry about that. I did read the posting rules and though I was in the Q&A section when I posted. I'll look in the Eee Pad Transformer Prime Q&A section but I need to post for help can I post within that section for help?

After you have 10 posts, the rom threads are the best place to report issues.
Hi There,
I have a Asus Memo Pad HD7 and the user superdragonpt had created a Thread with lots of useful Information on recovery and Rom installation here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2503668 something has happen and he has closed all his threads and deleted all the useful information is there any way of restoring this?
Please post the query in Android General so that someone else can provide right alternate source.

Hi,
Here is you device section. Roms can be found in the development and original development sections. Any other questions can be asked in the Q&A section, after registering on XDA. And the general section will have useful information.
Asus MeMO Pad 7
There are likely different model numbers of your device, so be sure to only use roms and files made for your exact model number.
Good luck!
Hi Guys,
New here. Have been looking to sign up for a while so i thought why not!
So to the point. I recently inherited an Acer Iconia A501 tab. Its old, slow and running 3.2.1
I have never upgraded a ROM before so I'm just wondering how i go about it and whats the best ROM to use.
Does this involve rooting? If so, same thing, what and how!
I hope I've posted in the right place, sorry if i haven't.
Thanks Guys!

The following area of the Forum may reflect the A500 but, it also has been used as an A500 Series. There's a ton of threads regarding the A501 for you to see.

Without posting this thread again there, you can ask a Moderator if this post could be moved to the Q&A area there.
Good Luck!
