Did you already try searching for the error code listed, or clicking the links in the error message? The error code states that you have some essential services disabled on your computer that help with the updating of your system. These should be turned on.
Try a Google search for tons of solutions.

Not the download button, the microsoft support link, or punch the error code into Google/Bing to get a long list of results and solutions.

clicked on it already, but it just keep on directing me back to download the 2 installer setup that i showed in the pic.
any solution?

You have update services disabled.
If your Windows is a pirated copy, as you seem to be suggesting,
"btw, do we have to install zune on genuine window?"
you probably have the update services disabled to hide your illegal copy from the Microsoft servers. Unfortunately, you need the update services to install certain windows options and services, like ZUNE.
I suggest you get a legal copy of windows.

[Q]How to get apps back after hard reset?

I recently did a hard reset and all my apps are now gone, which was expected. But I thought Zune would sync all my apps back but that doesn't seem to be the case.
I purchased some apps through zune, and they are in my account history. Is there any way I can get them back? I can't buy them all again... (some of them were paid.)
Thanks
Have you connected your phone back to your pc running Zune? Those programs installed with the zune software should auto install when you sync, any others you installed via the phone MP will have to be reinstalled manually but you wont be charged again, when you try to "buy" it again you will be advised you have already purchased it and if you would like to download it again.
Thanks! I didn't know the phone Marketplace did that.
I am curious about this as well. I had a app fail to install properly (doesn't show as installed, so can't uninstall, however it nags me to update, which I cannot do as well) and would like to full reset.

You are good to go, anything you buy is either auto installed when you sync after a reset and you can manually reinstall the others.
Is there a way to tell what apps or games you had previously purchased? I had to do a hard reset because the upgrade wouldn't work for me without a hard reset. Now I don't have my apps or games and I can't remember what I bought.

You can see apps you had purchased on your destop in Zune. Settings - Account - Purchases if I'm not mistaken.

Is this the case with apps purchased via the phone Marketplace instead of the computer software?

What version of Zune are you using? Zune should show "Quick Play", "Collection", "Marketplace", "Social", and "Phone" in that order.

I think I am using older version, its 4.7.1404, my Zune dosent have Marketplace and Social.
When I check for updates using zune software it says I am up to date and when i try to reinstall from website, it stops at 'Checking for Updates' window..
That is the latest version. Have you signed in with your live id? Maybe that is necessary for the marketplace and social sections to show up.

try change ur PC's region to US, should solve the problems.
Or
go to zune.net and login with ur Windows Live ID, there is also a possible that you're not completed the account registration at Zune.net
OMG thank you sooo much.. I changed my region to USA and now it shows up.. so much easy to browse apps and install.. thanks!
That shows all purchased apps and music bought using your account regardless of where you bought it.
Did you sign in from desktop Zune software using your Windows Live ID?

[Q] 403 Play Store Error

Hey all!
I have been reading about that 403 Play Store error that pops up every time you are trying to download an application but I didn't manage to find a solution yet. I didn't wanna also bump old threads that have written about this issue, because most of the stuff mentioned there I have already tried them...I am an owner of a Huawei Ascend Y300 and am trying to download apps from my home network wifi.
So here's what I have done..Since I first experienced it I tried to clear my play store cache in settings, forced stop/clear data in google service framework while all these were done under airplane mode just in case. I also tried to clear my google accounts, try entering alternatives google details (total of 3 accounts with my main one) and none of them managed to download any apps while i was logged in with it in play store. I have also checked my APN settings and my proxy server is at "Not Set". Also tried to clear search history in Play Store just in case again there's an issue. I read also in various threads/sites that this begins after you purchase a paid app from the store? I never bought something, I haven't even linked my card details with it. I wasn't able to download any app from my pc too as well. In the end I desperately proceeded for a factory data reset and I lost all remaining apps I had already installed and the error would would still be there saying hi to me every morning..
Any suggestions on that matter, cause I am reading various stuff, tried everything I read and I nothing so far.
Thanks in advance

Are you rooted? It sounds like your ROM maybe could have had a bad file. I'd re-download the ROM, check the md5 hash, install ROM and try from there. If all else fails, you could try installing Market Unlocker and changing from one market, then back to another.
I believe that the Freedom app can also cause errors like this, so if you have ever used that, this is also a possibility. If you have used Freedom, reinstall it, click start service, then stop it, then uninstall.
Force stop, Clear data and cache for :
-Google Play Store,
-Google Service Framework
-Download Manager
be sure that those services are not inactive!

No I am not rooted. I haven't tried rooting any phones I had although I was thinking doing that soon enough to my current one just to experiment myself with it. Should I root my phone and try troubleshooting that way? I don't know what doors open in front of me with this though and if I will solve anything, so any suggestions are welcome

[Q] Is my phone infected?

Hi
I recently downloaded dSploit from their website, but after I found it on Play Store too, I just downloaded that one instead.
I saw that my date was 1-1-2015, so I thought that it was a malware. I deleted it and then tried open Play Store, but was not able too. After waiting for Play Store (as I just thought I had slow internet) two messages popped up. One that said something with an program trying to connect to Play Store and another saying Google Maps could not work/open or something like that.
I fast turned off the phone and opened it again. After that my date was normal and I could open Play Store. I downloaded 360 security and ran a scan and it said my phone was clear.
But just to be sure, is it possible for malware to hide on Android, just like on an PC? Also, is their any way I can check if it's still there, as I dislike an malware being able to spy.
Thanks in advance
No there is no maleware in your device(uptil I know). And the reason why your play store was working is because of the date and time. Play store does'nt works if the user does'nt enters the date and time correctly.
Please press the thanks button if you think I helped

Well kind of, but you still get a thanks.
The thing was, that the program I downloaded from Play Store changed my date and didn't allow me to surf the web without getting redirected and so on.
So what I was curious about, was that after deletion of the program, am I still infected or can malware hide on Android, just like on windows? Or when then app itself is deleted, so is the malware?
Thanks in advance
Well I think there is no maleware but I still prefer you to run an anti-virus check so all of your doubts are removed

Brand new phones not registering with play services

Hi folks,
Two of my friends are facing a precise issue. They got new oneplus one phones in India and they are not able to download any applications air updates from play store. It fails with connection failed error. Even a factory reset did not work and they requested for a replacement phone and the replacement phone too has same issue. Another friend is facing similar issue on his brand new Moto G 2014 and Asus zenfone . This does look more like a generic issue happening with phones across brands. Any pointers please?
Regards.

Usually there should be an error number associated with the Play Store error. Since you've mentioned "Connection Error", I did a search for "google play connection error", and found loads for stuffs online. The first hit being this page on XDA with the following solution:
**ROOT IS REQUIRED!**
Here is a short fix for the No Connection Error on play store. It may not work on all devices.
1. Download Total Commander from Play Store or HERE .
2. Install it in your Device.
3. Open Total Commander and goto Root of System. (/ )
4. Open the etc folder.
5. Find the file named "hosts", and hold it for 3 seconds. Choose edit file, and choose Total Commander Text Editor if prompted.
6. Delete everything and paste this at the first line: " 127.0.0.1 localhost". Copy it exactly, dont modify anything.
7. Save the file and overwrite if needed.

You can try it, or you can search for a better way to fix the issue.

Play app tried downloading updates/new apps and after 10-15 minutes, gives error 495. Tried everything, including hard reset. play store is accessible, apps can be listed but installing apps or updates is where it fails now.

Try to clear cache and Data of google play store and google services framework. Then remove all google accounts, restart phone and then add one account and check.

Tried every single solution. No use. Even did a hard reset, created a gmail account while registering the phone and that too was of no use. Should be related to play store and network I guess as after connecting the phone to my home Wi-Fi, other phones on the same network started facing the same issue.

Package Parsing error on jojo edition docomo phone L-06d. (It’s an Lg Optimus vu)

I bought a limited edition jojo docomo phone (L-06d) and it came out in 2012. But whenever I try to update any of the apps it will not let me and will keep saying “package parsing error”. Due to this I am unable to use most of the jojo exclusive content on the phone. It will not let me log into google play even after making a new account, so I was thinking of trying a vpn. Also it says no Lg software update’s available (in settings) but a docomo one is Available. But it will not let me update it even using wifi unless a docomo SIM card is inserted. The seller I bought this from had everything working but for some reason they factory reset it, making all those cool things shown in their listing unusable until I figure out how to fix what’s going on with this phone. I don’t care if I can’t make calls or text but I really want to play to f mega game but due to none of the apps even the game installer not working/updating I can’t. Any help is appreciated thank you

thanks but it won’t even let me install a vpn although somehow YouTube worked over the internet. I was told this by someone on another site: “It's because the phone and its OS version are woefully out of date. It probably doesn't even run the Play Store, and is stuck on the old Android Market. I don't think there's anything you can do about it, unless someone has created a custom ROM for that specific phone based on a more recent version of Android”. So do you think there is a way to fix it? Or am I screwed unless I go to Japan? Because I was thinking about returning it to the seller to get a refund because unless I can get some of the stuff working it’s basically a paperweight
