[Q] On screen Asus keyboard volume - Eee Pad Transformer Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everybody.
Is there any way to change Asus on screen keyboard volume? Android stock keyboard is controlled by stardard volume control, but Asus one no. At midnight is quite annoying that high volume and I have to disable it to not wake up my wife.
Thanks in advance.

[Q] On Screen Keyboard Volume (typing sound too loud)?

A coworker recently purchased a Transformer and I noticed that his on screen keyboard is VERY loud when he types. It's so loud, that it is actually annoying. By comparison, mine is very quiet/subtle. We have compared the volume in apps/videos and they are the same.
Is there a way to adjust the volume of the clicking sound of the on screen keyboard? Is anyone else having this issue?
Thanks
As far as I can tell the Asus Software Keyboard only allows you to disable to sound entirely. You can do that by going to
Settings> Language and Input> Configure Inputs Methods> Asus Keyboard> Settings

I KNOW its pissing me off. it's either on and blasting at 100% or off. Hope they post a fix or also you to set the volume lvl.
The volume rocker broke on it? Mine can lower the volume just fine.
Grab Audiomanager from the market. It enables you to set the volume of many things that aren't exposed in the stock settings.

What keyboards are you using? I've noticed that Thumb Keyboard has ignores the volume setting of the device sometimes. I haven't had the problem with any others that I sometimes use though.

Audio feedback volume adjustment for the touch input

Hello,
I activated the audio feedback (but also the vibration) for the HTC touch input keyboard. I don't understand why it has now a low volume and it is noticeable very few.
How to increase the audio feedback when typing letters on the keyboard?
EDIT: I've just solved installing Audiomanager Widget from the Market and restoring the System Volume to 2/7 to 7/7. But I'm still wondering why this volume dropped down.

[Q] Touchscreen problem after using volume rocker

I encountered a problem with my transformer's touchscreen today. After adjusting the volume with the volume rocker the first touch after the volume alteration is not recognized by the tablet. Afterwards it works flawlessly again....Anyone experiencing the same issue or a solution? I don't know if the problem was existent on the stock 3.0 firmware because I upgraded right away to 3.2.
Not a bug.
The Volume notification persists for a few seconds to allow users to touch it and adjust the volume with their finger as well mute and adjust the folume of notifications and alarms.
ok thanks, still it's kind of annoying when I want to change volume let's say in a game and immediately need to do another touchscreen input afterwards...
