[THEME] Xperia play Stock Gingerbread - Xperia Play Themes and Apps

CREDITS TO : ADAMIT for making this theme.
Note: I did not make it this theme. I just wanted to post it in the xperia play section so people can get it easier
Go here ---> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1088564 It's a stock theme for the xperia arc that works on the xperia play.(Closest we can get to a stock android 2.3.3) You should do everything it tells you except for the settings.apk That will not work well on the xperia play. Settings will crash alot, trust me I did it myself.

Really like it

CM7/T-Mobile Theme Engine on Froyo?

Hey!
I've been wondering if the theme engine can be made to be usable under Froyo. I know it's possible because there's a ROM for the XPeria Mini called FroyoBread here ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1079463 ) which has the theme engine included.
I've tried to port it to my Magic ROM but it doesn't work. I've gone as far as to have the app up and running, but the phone crashes into bootloop if I apply any theme. It seems the problem is with some not found functions in libandroid_runtime.so or libutils.so. However, everytime I replace those from the XPeria ROM to my Magic ROM, it doesn't boot (well, duh!)
I was wondering if there was a way to port such a feature. If doixanh made it possible for a Froyo ROM for XPeria Mini, I'm sure it's also possible for a Magic, too.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance! ^^

How to install theme AOSP?

Hello as you can see I'm new around here and as for the Xperia Play team so I have this doubt. How I can install the theme on my XPlay AOSP?
You try once by the method of recovery but when installing the theme and restart phone will not start, it stays on the "Sony Ericsson" and then restarts.
These are the data of the phone:
Model: R800i
Android Version: 2.3.4
Number of compilation: 4.0.2.A.0.58
I hope I can help.
If so let me links to download all the tools including the subject.
thanks
If you're talking about the ICS AOSP theme by thomassafca, it's not for stock gingerbread.
Also if you had bothered actually reading the thread, multiple users already confirmed that it doesn't work on stock, so you would have known anyway..

[Q] Rom mit theme design

hey
I'm pretty new to the rom szene but I already have some experience,
at the moment I try some roms on my Xperia Play R800i (for excample
TrueAncestor v1.6
or Xperia NXT Light Edition & Xperia NXT 1.3)
before I started with custom roms I had a normal stock rom
with go launcher ex and LockBot Pro so I had an unique phone ^-^
pros:
- the locker allowed to pull down the notification bar
- fully customizable home
cons: not really compatible in all - sometimes a bit stucking but was ok
so I hoped to find an all in all answer in an rom, but I'm a bit slayed by the floot of roms
so could you recommend some roms to me?
(only found ICS MIUIv4 want to test it tomorrow,
I'm tired >.>)
ps: sorry for my bad english ._. my school sucks

[Request] - DoCoMo Statusbar

I Recently bought my Xperia L, and, for now, I do not see the need to use a custom ROM or another kernel, than Stock. However, there is a feature in the Xperia L Clean 'n' Tweaked ROM I would love to have in my stock ROM! (Stock Rom with Stock Kernel, but with unlocked bootloader, deodexed rom and rooted phone).
- Docomo Status Bar (SystemUI) with integrated Honami ToolSettings (toggles all working) -> Link from Xperia Z forum DoCoMo Status Bar v8 & Task Switcher
I've searched in the Themes and Apps session on the Xperia L subforum, but, didn't find nothing! (Sorry if I've missed)
I appreciate if someone can help.
Thank's in advance

Just take a look at Clean 'n' Tweaked rom thread, and read its features!

Yeah...i saw all the features there, and more's coming! Great job there serarj
But! I just don't want to get the same way that I've had with my last Xperia (Neo V). Getting updates almost every week, and sometimes...full wipe needed!
I just want to chill now! My Xperia L has "almost" all the things I want, except that StatusBar!
Thanks anyway.

Xperia J - Gingerbread ?

Hello,
I'm forcing to using Sony Xperia J, i have stock ROM with deleted unnecesary apps, but with google services, which i can't live, the phone is realy slow, and often have some lag issue.
So I would like to install some custom ROM like Cyanogen, to keep my phone more reliable.
But Xperia J android development section it's realy dead all the ROM links are down I found more alive links for ROMs to my old HTC Wildfire S than to Xperia J...
I was thinking also about gingerbread like CM7, becouse the old android before 4.0 release don't force me to install the newest google services and google store, becose they dont support such old android, and the gingerbread supported google apks are designed for old android like this one and apps work fast.
But is it even possible to run Gingerbread (CM7) on this phone?
If someone have any light and fast ROM that will be work on my Sony Xperia J, (does't matter which android version) share with me please :victory:
uhm, no need for any custom rom! just use L Speed Performance and Battery tweaks! I really love this app! why you didn't use this? Use it now to make unbelievable speed and battery saving! here u can find this : https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/l-speed/tweak-l-speed-v1-0-02-02-2015-t3020138 Gingerbread makes your device crawling like a turtle than ics.

Don't forget to hit all thanks to Paget96!!!
I'm trying this L-speed but it's hard to say did i see any differences in use. I have mark all what i could in this app, because there is lack of explanation what particular option actually do.
