If you are talking about 2.3.3 so far, eb kernel is good enough. Devs can't make any kernel since no source code has been out for that.
Sent from my Calculator with Android.

thank you but i have 2.3.4 and am looking into a faux kernal hopefully....

Has anyone's G2x died from overclocking at 1.5?
Other then battery life this phone seems to run great at 1.5.
Other phones are not stable if you max them out but this phone is fine.
Only issue I'm having is restarting the phone with the Faux 0.1.3 kernel.

BLN kernel for infused v2.04

Hello everyone, I just got my infuse today and have gotten around to rooting and flashing the infused rom. I looked in the development section and could not find a GB kernel with bln notifications. Does anyone know if such kernel is available that I might have missed?

Not for Gingerbread. The Froyo implementation had lots of wacky problems, the Gingerbread version had far fewer problems, but the problems that remained with really nasty (kernel panics - aka spontaneous reboots).
Myself, LinuxBozo, and a few other people were testing it and trying to get it reliable this past week on the CM7 kernels. If it had gone well I would've kanged the patches over to the kernel tree for Samsung-derived ROMs such as Infused v2.
Unfortunately, it didn't go well and LB tore out BLN. We're going to focus on other things for now - it's just not worth the time and effort to try and make it reliable when there are bigger fish to fry (like Bluetooth on CM7.)

Thanks devs and to all associated!

You guys at Xda rock! I've been trying to find a thread that thanks you guys for all the time and effort you put into making these roms, and kernels. So thanks! And of course thanks to the people putting up the how to's for rooting, flashing and recovering. I wouldn't have been able to root without those. I can't name any names cause I've got a horrible memory and I'm doing this on my newly rooted phone. I followed a few guides on how to flash and recover and my 1st ever root worked like a charm! It was so easy! Almost to easy! Did it on the 1st try and now I'm getting great battery life and no reboots! THANKS AGAIN!

You are using weapon g2x kernel on cm7
1. Weapon doesn't have its own kernel
2. If it did it would never work on cm7

An Eagleblood g2x wrote this.....

[Q] What kernels can be used on Miui by Siulmagic

I love Miui for its sleek looks but I do not want to compromise speed. I want to still be able to overclock as I did on cm7 nightly 199 but I do not know which kernels are compadable. I used Trinity on cm7. Sorry if this is a noob question, thanks for any help.

ROM Question

Hey guys, I have a couple of questions and I am a newb here so please bear with me.
I had a friend of mine put the DlevROM on my phone and all the trimmings that go along with it. I was wondering how I could wipe my phone or try another ROM as I really like Dlev, but I haven't seen anything else to compare it to.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to a guide / post to help me through switching ROMs on my phone once it's already been tampered with?
Thanks!
Edit: My main reason for wanting to try other ROMs is I would like to overclock my phone and even using CPU Master (Antutu) it won't let me go over the stock 1.2ghz. In addition, my WiFi and signal seem very wonky... which I am not sure if those are affected by the ROM itself. Any solution to these would be awesome.
If you want to overclock just flash the infusion gb kernel....I clocks to 1.6...
