I've had to restart from scratch as I was stuck in a boot loop.
I have followed the instructions from this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1010568&page=19
Click to collapse
and unlocked and rooted my US wifi Xoom and now in the about tablet section in settings shows
2.636.3Tiamat_Xoom-V1.3.0.......
Click to collapse
which is all cool. I can't seem to find my sdcard2, neither can I create one, when I restart my Xoom it dissapears after I try to create it!
I do have root explorer, CWMR & obviously Superuser.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Figured it out. Needed busy box.

Have a look at this thread, it seems to describe the same problem you're having: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2153906

Hi all:crying:
Description :
A1: The system.img.gz you applied, wasn't suiting to the firmware version installed on your tablet. Download latest Acer firmware update, copy it on a micro sd card, plug it into your Iconia, go to recovery by holding Volume up and Power button while device is turned off. Then choose apply update from sd card.
A2: If you cannot apply any Acer firmware, because you always get a partition error while installing, you should do a reboot after you get the error. A user reported that this made her/his device boot into Android again, showing the new version in settings -> info. Good luck
A3: If the A1 and A2 didn't help. Send back the device to Acer. Tell them you tried to apply an update from sd card and ended up in this bootloop. Sending device back to Acer over UPS is free. Good luck!
I failed root my AIT A1 and now im trapped in bootloap (my fault,RTFM fail.) I try find somewhere *.zip with official FW to apply it back trough recovery. Got any one advice how solve this issue? On acer.com is nothing usefull.I know how fix but cant find files witch i need....Ty for your time and LINKS...or Ideas

Have you unlocked you tablet? If you have, why not use a custom recovery (TWRP for example is a powerful yet simple to use recovery)? If you haven't, then it was a bad idea trying to root your tablet.
Please reply so that I can help.

I have similar but can still go into recovery. In recov the internal sdcard won't mount, so I just think the memory is fried...
Unless you're prepared to solder stuff or replace the MB I don't think there's much we can do...

I honestly have no idea. I would search for partnumbers and order stuff in China (eBay)
I'm a sort of newbie regarding android. I have ZTE N909 and while trying to format the external SD card, I have formatted the ROM of the android handset(Android 4.1.2). Now there is no recovery option being displayed even if I press and hold Power+Volume up/down button. As I'm really desperate to get it back, I have downloaded the ROM for it from the "needrom" website and also the OneKey tools to recovery.
Can someone please help me to get it back? :crying:
I do not need any data, just I need my phone running again. Please Note that before death it was a Chinese Firmware and USB debugging could not be checked.

So i wanted to root my Wileyfox swift, i got the zip and installed it.... the bootloop/stuck at boot.
So i tried resetting, reinstalling, etc. etc....
The i wanted to reinstall the os from cyanogenmod website, so on and so on. Needed to do it with zip file but my recovery wouldn't open zip from sd, and i couldn't get it on main storage. So i try to install cwmr and some other recovery via fastboot, but the only thing that gets me is that the bad but working recovery i had installed stops working or gets deleted or something.....
So i try every guide on the internet to install cyanogen, recovery, and other stuff. but with no luck. Then i find this guide:
community.cyngn.com/t/wileyfox-swift-update-gone-totally-wrong-partially-to-phone-and-incompetent-owner/1132/2
and i do everything it says. Type: Fastboot reboot
aaand my phone stops working... my pc makes the "connected " sound when i plug in in usb. but hte notification lights are out, and the screen is out... also when charging..
So smart people at xda forums what do i do?
note that the phone was bought from amazon.co.uk and i am from denmark so i don't think i can get a repair from there.... plz help!

Greetings and welcome to xda. I am not familiar with your device but we do have a dedicated forum for it here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/wileyfox-swift
there should be plenty of experts there to help you. I did find this thread though that seems quite relevant to your issue

ok so i got the firmware from the company that sold me the tablet. is there a way to convert the img file so i can use it with phoenix card?
no software will work for me because the micro usb connector is loose and it won't even stay connected long enough for my pc to recognize it.

Please send me a file that I could download and firmware my device Yuntab B102.
