[Q] Little Trouble updating to 2.3.4 Galaxy S II - General Questions and Answers

I am trying to update to the Stock Firmware of the Galaxy S II because my 2.3.3 with Lite'ning Rom is really crazy, as I restored from a custom firmware that came with the phone (carrier one) the phone misses the Browser and many other normal functions!
My question is, where do I put the files that came in the Samfirmware download? There are like 4 files that I need to place in the right place inside Odin, and can't misplace, what do I do?! AHHH ahahah, thanks in advance!

Place the files rigt in the root in folder of firmware.

Cincinnati Bell Stock Nandroid Backup?

Does anyone have a stock nandroid or stock unrooted ROM backup of Cincinnati bells Nexus S? 2.3.4 i think it is.
I am having to return it to cincy bell for another and i would like to return it to its original state before i do.
I found one on ROM manager but it is a TMobile stock rom...my bootloader now says "carrier-tmb"
any help would be appreciated!
i have cincinnatibell and i tried loading a custom rom the fone failed to root correctly and bricked, i couldnt find any instructions so i was a smart ass and used odin to load the nexus s 4g os. it was the sprint one so it had 2.3.5 sweet! but i didnt have service. so i had to search everywhere for a different stock rom. i found one and it loaded everything worked! use odin v 1.81, find ghr78 stock rom on google. extract and hopefully you have the boot loader, csc, and pda file like i did.

Help for bricked Samsung Armani I9010 - firmware problem

Hello guys!
I need you help, I've Giorgio Armani Galaxy S I-9010 and I was trying to update the firmware. There was 2.2 on it and I wanted to update to 2.3.5 which is the latest official for Galaxy's.
Anyway; it's my first Android phone, that's why I didn't know how to do that. So I started to play with Odin, Samfirmware etc. As you could easily guess; now my phone is BRICKEd and I can not use that.
Now I need your help and directions. Otherwise I'll have to throw my lovely phone away. I want to restore all the factory firmware and settings back so I installed from samfirmware.com -all the necessary files. I got I9010XXKB2 file which has GT-I9010-CSC-MULTI-OXA902407.tar and I9010XXKB2-REV00-ALL-low-CL909299.tar. And I also have GA3_add_hidden.pit file.
As I read forums, I need to put I9010XXKB2-REV00-ALL-low-CL909299.tar and GA3_add_hidden.pit to Odin and it should have worked but always gives errors. I tried different combinations, I installed older version of Odin as well but can not do!
Also Odin has other parts such as PDA-PHONE-CSC etc. In that case, I use PIT and PDA options, not CSC and PHONE. Because I downloadad latest firmware from samsfirmware and there were only 2 files in zip.
Other than that; in that zip file, in that case again, I use I9010XXKB2-REV00-ALL-low-CL909299.tar and other file; GT-I9010-CSC-MULTI-OXA902407.tar -where do I have to put that?
AS you see, I don't know too much and I need to be directed. Could you please help me about that guys? I 'really' need that! Thanks in advance

Galaxy Stellar 4G (NEED STOCK RECOVERY)

Hey all,
I dug up my old Galaxy Stellar and I've got it to the point where I can get the 4.1.2 OTA update, however I can't flash this because I have TWRP recovery. I have an LH2 .tar that will bring the device to Stock 4.0.4 but it doesn't override the Recovery. I need a stock firmware for this device and I cannot find one. Billard412 had a lot of these files on Goo.im, but since that died, I'm afraid the files are gone with him. If anyone knows Billard412 and could get me in contact with them, I would be greatly appreciative.
Thanks!

Taking whole image off android phone and putting it on a new one

Hi,
I have a samsung galaxy s4 mini on android version 4.2.2 (using a Brazilian ROM, was the only way to backdate it!) I have the device rooted and some startup scripts running. What i want to do is to now replicate this across a couple more s4 minis. Is there a quick way I can pull off the whole image of my current S4 mini to speed up the process and then just put it straight onto the new phones. I have tried making the boot.img and recovery.img into md5 files using a custom script but putting them on the new phone does nothing. If anyone has any idea how to solve my issue I would be very grateful!

No this is nor advised. As doing this will change things that are device dependent and you will end up losing things like with imei which prevents you from connecting to networks.
Also the md5 is only a checksum number. It is not a flash able file.
