I have gunbros and a couple of other games installed on my phone. I opened the games and download the additional data requiref and everything worked well, until today when I opened gunbros it said data not found. My phone is rooted so I used root explorer and went to the gunbros folder found in data/data/com.flu.android.bros and everything was there. Can anyone help me
I had backed up the game with titanium backup but the same message pops up while launching the game telling me to download the additional data

1. Uninstall the app, including using root explorer to delete any leftover directories
2. Reinstall the app from Market
3. Open the app and let it download what all data it needs again, fresh.
4. Go into Titanium Backup and do a Data Only restore of Gun Bros.
If you indeed backed up the game, you'll now have a fresh copy from the market and restored game data from TB.
Good luck!

Well from what I read it does not work right on the Captivate...It will uninstall apps but it can't reinstall them. I think the only way to get them back is to do a full restore using the method here...http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=731989
Hmm...I am not quite ready to mess with my phone until I would be able to find a noticeable improvement.
I found the backup files in the /sdcard/titaniumbackup folder. They were tar.gz'd.
I was hoping to find an .apk in the tar, but it was just a folder. How can I utilize this folder?
data\data\com.mobitv.client.tv
If it was an APK that was marked in red in Titanium Backup then TB considers it a system file and will only backup the data not that app itself.
Any insight on where to restore the information in the tar.gz's?
How can i hack blood and glory 1.0.2 with gamecih2 please help
thanks advanced
Well I found this savegame for Blood and Glory, and hope it helps.
All you need to do is copy all three files in the "glu.BnG.zip" to the folder where you store the backup files of Titanium Backup, for example mine is sdcard/TitaniumBackup.
Then use Titanium Backup to restore the whole App and Data if you want or you can just restore the Data of the game.
Congratulation, now you are a Great Gladiator with tons of great toys (full of coins and gold)!

Yo, the TB and TB patcher links are illegal dude, its warez so it can't be on this site. Do the right thing, and properly support the titanium backup dev by purchasing the app.!

First thing first, this is not Blood and Gore [NR] version.
1. Did you copy and replace the 3 files to the folder TitaniumBackup?
2. Did you restore the whole App and Date using TitaniumBackup?
If yes and still fail then I recommend you delete your own backup files for the Blood and Glory and repeat my instruction!
Oh well, my phone is Samsung Captivate though, perhaps the game app maybe different. So try this, after copying the 3 files to the folder TitaniumBackup, try to use your Market to install or update the Blood and Glory, then use Titanium Backup to restore Data only
If all fail, I am speechless! lol
There is no hack here.. I have restored it it is in Level 2.

I use my backup pro, it gave me trouble last time I used it but there has been an update for jb . Also heard app2zip is good, it make a cwm flashable backup.
Was it purchased through the play store? If yes, when you log in again it will show purchased and you can download again. But the data is gone. I have had to start games over because of that. You can also try Titanium Pro . It should store data too.

If you are just updating CM10 a wipe of cache and dalvik cache should be fine.
May be this work
Hi, this is just assumption will check in next rom flash.
the data game downloaded is in sdcard->android->obb->com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM this is folder which contain all data, to be specific in this one file is approx 1.3GB.
so to my thought i need to back up the app by any application like titanium backup or ES Explorer and copy this folder (In case i'm not going to format sdcard no need to backup)
then in next update all i need is to install the backup app (with the above folder intact ).
Working !

I kind of understand that you'd expect TiBu to backup the entire thing, but big games are usually in at least those 3 pieces (app, game data, state/save data). The easiest thing would be to use ES file explorer or another root explorer and just save the 1.5gb manually. I also don't know why it wouldn't be right where you left it after the ROM update, unless you are one of those people who wipe everything and then install a new ROM and then restore everything again.
TiBu will save your game state data, which will have your progress and saves in it. It will also save the APK, but it won't save all of the other game data, such as maps, worlds, equipment, art, etc.

Hi All
Was wondering if anyone has suffered this issue that I been suffering recently with regards to restore football manager.
I have a rooted android phone and regularly use Titanium backup and nandroid backup to take nightly backups of my phone. I am an android developer so I am always doing testing on my main phone so for me to have a backup is important so that I can revert changes back in case I mess up my phone after meddling.
I had to do this recently and I also have FMH2016 installed but found when I restored my phone or even just the app and data itself everytime I open FMH2016 it comes up with the following message:
"Confirm Data Download
In order to run football manager mobile the game needs to fetch the latest skin data from our servers, please indicate whether you wish to include player pictures (large download) or just the basic skin data required for the game."
regardless of whichever option I choose it just keep getting download error.
"An error occurred while trying to download the data, please check your connection and indicate if you wish to try again?"
I have tried to delete the app and data and install the game from the playstore again, the download from the play store is fine however when I open the game I get the same errors as above.
I am able to extract the whole data from the game from the backups and can see that I have 2 folders. I am assuming this is the folder it creates when it does the large player pictures download.
.external.com.sigames.fmh2016
com.sigames.fmh2016
All the folders like application_support, data, save_games and user_data are all contained under .external.com.sigames.fmh2016
I have folders code_cache, files, no_backup and shared_pref under the com.sigames.fmh2016
What I have found is if I do a complete wipe of my phone (back to defaults), setup Play store and reinstall the game then it will go ahead and download the files fine. I am assuming that must still be a file on my phone which is preventing it doing the full install again once the game is installed.
Can someone advise what this could be? its driving me crazy! Any help would be most appreciated.
Thank you
