actually as long as you are S-OFF it should work any ruu.i don't know why you got that error

Pergaps you should set super-cid?
Is your phone branded?

[Q] some places touch screen not working HTC Desire S

Hi everybody,
i have HTC Desire S. I have problems with touchscreen after flashing official ROM,really ROM been flashing twice before,after first you can see just white screen with HTC logo,but after second works good but no long time later showed problems with touch screen,this man in Mobile phone shop said need change digitizer. Ok, i replaced the digitizer yesterday,and he started working a bit better,but anyway some places(usually bottom part) sometimes screen respond,but from maybe after 20-30 touches times. In the center works good, maybe i need make downgrade to previous version ROM?
i have now: RUU_Saga_S_HTC_Europe_2.10.401.5_Radio_20.4801.30.0822U_3822.10.08.04_M_release_219480_signed
and now menu looks:

unlock the bootloader through htcdev , and flash a Another Ics rom, if problem is still there, then flash GB rom

GB => Ginger Bread (Android 2.3)
Check this gude out.You can unlock the bootloader using thiis and flash any rom you want.

The ruu must corresponding with your cid and region in order to have a success installation
Otherwise it will throw you error
Also post your bootloader details

ok first you can use any ruu because you are on S-OFF
are you supercid?
check with fastboot getvar cid

I have a question about making s-off. I unlocked my HTC Sensation already by HTC Dev but I want more (S-Off) Is there an other possibility than using Juopunutbear?

NO i think its OLD update 3.19.401.101 , but i purchase new with S-OFF and Super CID.
