Can't beat Devil-kin's CM10.2 ROM. I love it!
I got this device from less than a week and so far I tried 3 roms
-Stock ROM with latest update 4.0.4
-SVHD 2.1 (It's really amazing to be a ROM based on Sense)
-MIUI v5 3.11.29 (Just Installed and testing).
So far I prefer MIUI because I always loved it, but SVHD is a really good ROM, now gotta check out about what you guys are talking about :3
Some link may be useful.

ok so im a bit new to the inspire(longtime g2 user) and noticed basically tons of sense 3.0 roms so i had to ask, which one is the best. im talking about speed, one with the most free ram, best preformance enhancements. and full sense 3.0 roms not sense 2.1 with 3.0 parts. thanks in advance
There are none that are the best. They are all good. I personally use virtuous. Its an awesome rom. Try it out

There is no best rom thread. Only best for you. I could tell you that X rom is the best but it runs bad for you. Try them out and take your pick of the one that works best for you. If you had searched you would have seen this.

Endymion IMHO

I personally recommend Hyperion if you are after a stock experience, with tweaks..
Sent from my HTC Desire S using xda premium
Both very good roms with top class support. What I did was installed and setup both, took a nandroid backup of each that way you can flick between the two and decided which you prefer.

I'm using Endymion. Very happy with the performance and stability....

Yeah thats the one!
For sense 3.0 or 3.5 itll be worth using hboot 2.00.2002 also, and if you used revolutionary youll want to change from the revolutionary hboot anyway as if you get into problems like bootloops in the future, the revolutionary hboot is harder to overwrite...

What's the difference between sense 3.0 and 3.5? I prefer using the hyperion sense 3.0 but I found that it lag a bit sometime... and its battery sucking!! Omg.... :O any other 3.0 stock Rom and android 2.3.5 with less mod? Like without custom boot animations xD and of cos, less bugs, fast, less battery sucking, best? Lol thank you very much

There are no custom boot animations on Hyperion V2.1, and the base look is completely stock on the last version. The RCTweaks come pre-installed, which can mess with the look of Rosie and the status bar, but you can configure them to behave stock-ish.
Anyway, what do you mean by "less bugs"? To my knowledge, there are no bugs.
One thing, and this should be made a sticky (hear me Ben?):
If you unlocked your phone using HTCDev, you are still S-ON, and the kernel is not being written when you flash the rom. Any rom. So you have to manually flash boot.img from the rom you want using fastboot.
If you try a 3.5 rom and it doesn't even boot, this is the problem.
Cheers

In my experience Hyperion is marginally better for battery but there is not a huge amount in it, but, Endymion wins in all other areas.
So the best sense 3.5 Rom is endymion?

i want to ask you which rom is the fastest sense 3 rom in your opinion?
what points would you give the rom for speed, stability and battery life? (1-10, 10=good)

I think that CM are the best rooms. used on : hero, desire , desire s. now i have sensation with official test ICS leak. i wait for beta CM9 to try it out.
Elegancia, revolution hd and black ice are the best roms, its my opinien.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen
CM7 Alpha 10 was amazing...I've tried TripNIce and was using that as my main one while I wait for CM9 to show up...
From my point of view and my experience, InsertCoint is the most stable rom. At least until IceCreamSandwitch version. The 2.3.5 is a very smooth, stable, and clean rom in my opinion...
I have never tested any high customized rom, because i always look for some rom that really appear to be a stock rom.

Personally I feel that TripNRevised's and Virtuous is the best for ASOP-like builds.
However If you are finding ICS Sense 3.5 Builds, ARHD is still the best.
According to MIUI China, both sensation and galaxy s2 official miui v4 will be released on 29 feb!!!

I assume they will have the cameras working? Otherwise, what's the point?
But is it still going to be based on the sense leaks ? I remember reading that. If it does I wonder if when there is a stable cm9 or aosp if they will base it off that

yes!! thanks for all who voted to get this on our sensation =)
This is great news!!! I have been using miui since the original Droid days. But I have to say, in terms of design and usability of ICS, it will be hard for Miui to find places to makes changes and improvements.

Because MIUI said in one of the post that it would be based of the official ICS ROM of the phone, that only phones with official ICS roms could get a port. I might have read wrong though I'm going to look for the post
