I've ordered one of these and the cost came to around £15 once converted.
Was ordered from: mugen-power-batteries.com/htc-sensation-usb-desktop-cradle-with-2nd-battery-slot.html
Free delivery to the UK and some positive reviews on the company, I'll be honest there was little reviews so they could be fake.. but for £15 I will take the risk and await its arrival. May be a while as they expect to get it in on the 22nd July.

If the older docks for HTC phones are any indication I'd guess the price to be around $32

I wouldn't claim no bulk. Its a layer of film about as thick as two screen protectors.

Don't know about the extra battery slot, I never carry 2 batteries but I did email them about having a skin on and here's their response, "Dear Aaron,
Sorry to let you know that HTC Sensation usb cradle will not fit if you put the silicone case on the phone!
Kindly noted!"
Now, the part of their reply that says SILICONE CASE is what throws me off. I asked about a skin and even provided a link for the skinomi skin because that is what I have. I'm hoping they misunderstood and it will fit. Either way, I would rather have this dock than my skin so I'm ordering one.

Anyone get one of these yet? I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on the one with the extra battery charger.....I just wish it had hdmi out...and maybe audio out too.

Phantom Skinz is very minimal (less than 1mm in thickness), so I am sure you will be fine.

Problems i have with the sensesation

1. Coming from my mytouch 4g running sense 3.0 the sensation is a bit more laggy
2. Data has random dropped out issues
3. Wifi has terrible drops in and out
4. Screen does not seem as durable as my preivous HTC devices had it for 20 hours been babying it and has a scratch
5.battery life is horrible but that is to be expected
I have owned all HTC since g2 and never have I had this many issues thinking of returning it to t-mo and getting my money back any idea's

What did you take a diamond across the screen? The thing is Gorilla Glass and it's doubtful you were babying the screen and got a scratch.

Working great!
I can say after owning it for only 24 hours so far it is a blast. I haven't had any problems. There was one instance where the data stalled, but it hasn't lagged or reboot, or even heat up since I have had it on. Been running great for me!

My sensation runs great lol glad I didn't get a dud get a replacement and if that don't work maybe u just expecting something that this phone can't give you goodluck but ill send back asap if I was you

It only takes one grain of sand ( quartz ) in your pocket to scratch it. More of an unlucky thing than a failure of the gorilla glass .

None of those problems here.
Wifi calling works great.
I like Sense UI except for a few small things like accuweather db bull****
Browsing is nice and fast.
Trying to figure out how to get the stock car home to install.
My power button is too loose and will sit crooked sometimes. If I can get them to send me a replacement before receiving this one I may change it out.

I think ill take the advice and exchange I'm in a 4g area with full bars and it took like 3 mins to log onto xda. Thank u all for your comments

The data lag that you're referring to is an issue. Exchanging your phone will not resolve it. I found a fix (at least it works for the most part) that I posted in the developer section. As for the other problems you named, I'm not having any of those issues.

Got a Problem with watching divx movies... After a few minutes sound is gone ... This is my second sensation with the same problem can anyone help me?

I thought I was the only person that had the crocked power button. Everything else is fine except the speaker rattles when playing music loud and with bass and that's pretty much and it heats up when charging and using it.

I had the exact opposite happen, I'd recommend Walmart over Tmobile. Why would you want to pay the full retail price tax instead of the Walmart price of 148.00? just sayin...

I just exchanged my sensasation For a new one. as soon as it booted up I noticed all of the difference holy crap this phone rocks I was only getting like 1500 on quadrant on my old one but this one is pumping out 2100. thanks for all of the advice I also got a screen protector

I despise walmart but I found humor in what you wrote. So you're saying that Walmart opens the devices and fudges them up, then sends them out "all whack yo"? You don't think it's more likely that it was just a bad device? The real reason why wally world can sell them so cheap is because it's bait to get you inside the store. Once inside, you're likely to do your shopping there and hence Walmart turns a profit. Most of these other retailers sell it at almost cost and make their money on screen protectors, and cases.

Anybody interested in a g2x with no screen bleeding? :-)

So after much debating I decided to finally get rid of my g2x since I've been using the sensation more and more. I was planning on selling it about a week ago but the vibration motor died out on me. Today I finally received my replacement from tmobile and to my big surprise the one I got has no light bleeding at all!! So I figured I would post it here right away before posting it on ebay seeing as pretty much everyone has been complaining about the issue.
I will upload some pictures later since im using the phone app right now. I still have the original box and everything that came with it plus two cases that ill throw in there for free.

I'd be looking to sell also same price as this poster as to not to compete with any potential buyer from him. Yeah I would pay $200-250 for an extra G2x but no more really. It would be tempting at that price
I've been thinking about getting a backup one for a while now. *hint hint*

I bought mine on eBay for $255 plus shipping in excellent condition. The ones that were in mint condition only went for slightly (maybe $20) more. $300 would be the ultimate top end if you got super lucky.

I pretty much said $320 for negotiation purposes lol. Probably will end up going for around $300

Well I saw his post and figured I had two options make my own which would still be a form of hijacking...his then mine and if I undercut in mine I'd be screwing him... Or just post in his let him know my intent is to not compete but be equal so that they can both go. Thought it was the more mature approach. However it's always easy to see maturity doesn't go far on xda.

I honestly don't mind lol if people think you're giving them a better deal then that's their opinion and there's nothing I can do about it. Also if mine doesn't sell over here it'll sell on ebay or craigslist so I'm really not that worried about it

Just thought I'd share this link with anyone in the market for a white battery cover. I believe this is the cover of the Sensation XE with the Beats logo and it's the cheapest I've seen online since Jan-Feb. Didn't find one in Canada.

I don't mind waiting a couple weeks for the price I paid. I did pay a couple bucks extra though so I can get it shipped with a tracking number and to have it delivered a little sooner than the free economic shipping.

These covers are compatible with both sensation and xe right? Anyone tested on a sensation? Any problems with 3g,wifi,gps signals etc.? And how's the quality of the material?

I just got mines a few days ago.. Not saying i don't like it.. I mean, it looks lovely and all, but still..for some reason the feeling of premiere quality product is just gone..I mean, its basically plastic with paint on it.. It fell one time and basically just cracked..>.<

Just ordered the one from Amazon, it's fulfiled by Amazon so it should get here quick. If it's cheap quality like Leemur89 said, then I'll probably return it.

Can anyone once and for all provide links to one or more store that sells genuine HTC parts which they can vouch for? Does that even exist? Preferably a EU store or at least one that ships worldwide at not-so-prohibitive shipping rates.
There are a lot of sites out there and a lot thrown around in these forums but there always seems to be some bad experience with them or some people that are skeptical about the "genuinity" of even the advertised pictures. (I wish there could be an "HTC General" forum with sticky for reliable parts resellers)
In my case I just need a genuine digitizer for my Sensation whose touchscreen I've shattered the hell out off, to the point that some tiny bits are falling off, leaving the LCD exposed
