The purpose of this thread is for those already on G+ to add other MT4G users.
There is an invite request thread in the Off Topic section.
Invite requests will be treated as spam and deleted.....
I was thinking that we could all make a new circle called "XDA: Glacier" or something like that and then join each others circles.
So you add me and I add you. Once we are in each others circles we can talk phone talk and only publish it to that circle, as to not bore our other friends/circles with our nerdy phone talk.
What do you guys think?

while your intentions are good. I would advise against posting your email online. You are only asking for spam. And there have been a couple of XDA threads closed over posting e-mails on here. I am not a mod, nor a admin. Just trying to keep a good idea from going to the weigh side. PMs are there for a reason.

I had my name unsearchable, didn't know that was affecting being able to be found in Google+. I thought the setting was for Google Search. My name should be in there now.
I got Darek, arif, and Gurpreet added.

I have 5 people in my Glacier circle, seems like this turned more into an ask for a Google+ invite thread, even though invites are closed. Really I would have like to have seen everyone that is in Google+ to post there username or e-mail so we can all add each other to our Glacier circles.

I got ya added, but you gotta add us too for this to work.
Also how does the easy invites work. Let me know so I can invite my friends. I have tried the post method and when they click on the links in the e-mail it just goes to a 404.
I just added a few of you to my Glacier circle, name is elias adrian. I haven't messed with this too much, but there's no way to have a public circle is there? It's just all of us have our own glacier circles, right?

That's what it looks like to me. Would be nice to have a public circle of some sort. But as far as I know we have to add each other into our own private "Glacier" circles.

I don't know how many of you browse the XDA Portal (the XDA Developers homepage) but they always have the newest and coolest things featured from teh forums there. I found this one submission and I thought I'd post it here to help him gain some more momentum. If anyone knows a Dev with some spare time or the know-how to get this project rolling, refer them to this thread here!

I created an XDA circle, and figured this would be a great place to post so we can hook up on G+. Im still not entirely familiar with how it works. Not sure if you search by name or email. If you dont know what google+ is, please dont ask here. Just google it!

i was wondering how you invite people, as i was invited and have the website up and running and my phone connected, but cant invite from my phone that i can find and invites from site are disabled for me.
I think they fixed the exploit. I really just started this thread for people that already have g+.
Keep in mind, technically its no longer open to invites.

Yea - I know several people have sent me invite (they said they did and I believe them) but nothing has shown up in my in box. I wonder if the loop hole got shut down at some point last night?

No no no, I got my mate to invite me on Tuesday night at about midnight and I didn't receive the invitation email until 3pm the next afternoon, 15 hours later...! Just give it some time! Beta is currently closed, but when you get your email, try and it'll let you know what the story is
I have made a G+ Account called "XDA Circle". If we can get all XDA members to search and add that account to a circle. It would more or less create a global group. I'm thinking it would be an easy way to keep our own XDA circles up-to-date. Simply search for the "XDA Circle" profile, dbl-click into it to view who has circled the "XDA Circle" account. Then you can easily find XDA Members that you have not added yet.
I have no plans to use or make posts from that profile. In theory, it should grow on its own as more XDA members get online with Google+.

This is a great idea. I see what you mean that it would allow us (the XDA community) to to stay in touch on a closer level then we can now.
To bad though a lot of us including myself will just have to wait intill google+ launches because we werent blessed with an invite :'( lol.

Click into the "Find People" box at the very top. Look for XDA Circle. You really should see it once you get xda typed in there

operation iron fist was the reason i actually stayed with xda. people were actually emailing me at 3am to help me with their phones. one actually texted me because they found me on fb and google+....
whenever you use my referral i see your email, you will then receive an invitation to my folders from me
