Lots.
HTC - Evo 4G
LG - Optimus 2X and Optimus 3D, Thrill 4G and Revolution
Motorola - Atrix, Photon, Triumph and the oft-rumoured Bionis
Nokia - N8 and E7
Sony Ericsson - all the current Xperia handsets (excluding the Play) have mini-HDMI ports
That's just phones, there are lots of tablets too but some of them use full-size HDMI ports.
And then there's the MHL-equipped handsets like the Samsung Galaxy S2 and the Sensation and Evo 3D from HTC, which can output video from the microUSB ports directly to an HDMI-equipped TV.

mini HDMI
am i right in thinking that the x10 mini pro has this feature?id luv to b able to hook it upto the telly, anno its not ND but itd save me sum discs !!

The X10 Mini/Mini Pro handsets do not have any sort of HDMI connection.
I don't think that even the new Xperia Mini/Mini Pro have HDMI connections.

All the phones you listed use Micro HDMI (Type D)
Not Mini-HDMI (Type C)
I have the USA version of the Optimus 2x ( LG G2x) and most of my friends have the HTC EVO 4g and they all use Micro HDMI (Type D)

The Asus eee Transformer, is a tablet with the mini-HDMI out ¨works like a charm!

Oh well.
If that's the case then the OP should stop being awkward and learn to live with what's on offer.

Seems to me it was really not worth all the trouble of designing mini hdmi / type c. Standard hdmi (a) and micro hdmi (d), complemented by the special car hdmi, suffice just fine.

[Q] Android-based device with HDMI and USB OTG. Which one to choose? :)

Hi everybody.
Already search the whole Web but didn't find any solution that could fit to me.
I'm using a Nokia N8 and i'm tired of this Symbian OS and its poor capabilities.
But i love the HDMI output, the USB OTG feature and the 12 mpx camera with Xenon flash. It's just the poor variety of customization and apps that makes me want to switch to Android.
I'm here to ask you if you know any device Android-based that has at least HDMI and USB OTG feature.
I found the Motorola XT720 which has HDMI and Xenon flash but its processor (720 mhz) makes the phone feel a bit laggy when using applications that involve lots of resource.
I also has a look at the Galaxy S II which has USB OTG but it doesn't have HDMI.
So do you know any device that fits my likes (HDMI and USB OTG)? I'm searching for any device that has Android on it, that it's ported (like the N900) or not, it doesn't mind.
Better if it has also a good processor so i can put some heavy applications to use while waiting at the hospital or something.
Thanks in advance, guys!
I've also seen the Nokia N9 specifications.
ARM Cortex-A8 OMAP3630 of 1 GHz with a GPU PowerVR SGX530.
It has almost same features (not sure about HDMI but sure USB OTG) on N8 but thinner.
But what it really convice me on waiting the release date and buy this device is that it has MeeGo!
As far as i can remember, the N900 had Maemo, which is the father of MeeGo, and the N900 could have been ported even to Android 2.3.
So the devices i have in mind are:
-Motorola Milestone XT720
-Samsung Galaxy S II
-Nokia N9
What do you think?

The Galaxy S2 has MHL, which allows you to stream video from the microUSB port.
All you need is an MHL-HDMI adapter and you're sorted.

Honeycomb VS external VGA?

anyone tried yet to plug a beamer with a USB to VGA adapter? for pesentations e.g. i'm really excited about the TF101 but not sure if it may replace a netbook!
Instead of USB to VGA, your mini HDMI port (to VGA) will be more promising. I just ordered an adapter over eBay. I'll let you know when I eventually get it from China. I plan to teach with my Tf, by annotating PDF files using ezpdf reader.
Usb to vga adapters require to install drivers, and then all the work is on the cpu. A friend has one, and while he enjoys it for internet, after a quick test he can't even watch videos as it's too slow. This on a core duo 2.
Also as already said, the Transformer has a mini HDMI built in: while it's limited to the same resolution of the screen, it does work very well.

what is the cheapest dual core android phone with HDMI out?

I was gonna buy a xperia sola. but ti doesn't have an HDMI out.
Maybe Xperia U
If you are willing to buy a MHL adapter , most 2012 will have HDMI , even some 2011 ( Xperia mini or mini pro for example )
As far as phones that have mini HDMI connector and come with a mini HDMI to HDMI cable in the box , you have the Xperia P and the Xperia S , there may be others also .
og atrix
hmmmm you could try micro usb to hdmi converter that might work for a cheap phone.
It should be the Xperia Neo V. Or the 7 month older Xperia Neo, if you can find.
Can also be the Xperia Arc S. Or the older Arc, if you can find.
Not sure for other brands though, I know Samsung Infuse 4G has HDMI out.
Err... I just realized the question is for "dual core". The ones I mentioned above are single core, and certainly low priced now.
For dual core, Xperia P and Xperia S, but these are certainly not cheap compared to the single core models above. Samsung Galaxy S2 has HDMI as well.

REAL HDMI app with Samsung Galaxy Tab?

Im not a programmer or anything but someone wrote an app called Real HDMI which unblocked the hdmi port on the Droid X. Could and hdmi driver be written into a rom and REAL HDMI be modified to work with the Galaxy Tab 2 to use the existing HDMI docks? Since both use TI chips it may be worth a shot?

[Q] Budget Phones with TV-OUT or MHL

Im looking for android phones that can output to a TV (direct HDMI or MHL being the only options I know). I have used this list as a reference http://meetmhl.com/DoIHaveMhl.aspx, but since there are various new asian models in the market that are not listed in MHL list I hope some of you could help me out with more models.
I don't need multiple processors or a fancy camera, just 1gb RAM and a price close to $200 (for example Huawei Ascend P1).
Anyone?
