just wanting to confirm this , my phone was going nutz with the sound bug and i noticed that everytime i tried using the talking tom app that the sound would go away and i would have to reboot , iwas getting them one after another and ever since i uninstalled the app my phone hasnt had the issue , i will update but it seems like to me theres something there
I too have sound problem ...and so does most of the people ... Some fix have been posted in this thread ... I heard talking Tom cat is a problem ... I heard try calling your voice mail ... And save your data and do a factory reset help as well... But look around this thread ...

yeah i did look but i was trying to tie it to something ,all iknow is every time i opened tom cat the prob came back ,i did all the fixes and it still existed till i uninstalled the app , just wanted to see if anybody else experienced this with the app
i also noticed if watch wont load then just kill it in the task manager and then re open it

I wouldn't call this a fix by any means. HTC needs to address this!

I have a friend who seem to experience a wierd thing. When he is hearing music, and recive a sms then all sound on the g1 stops untill a reboot have taken place! Anyone got any idea as to what might cause this issue ?

apparently he forgot to update the radio file to the newest one!
It's seems ever since I upgraded to 6.5 most of the time my text massages will say there sent but the other person never gets them. Or I never get their messages when they send them. Do You think it's a phone issue or was it the update?
Please help if you can.
I've i600, but menu should be same. Check if You have correct number in this option:
settings -> phone -> all calls -> call options -> text messages service center
The number is like it should be but im still having some issues

Where is the link you flash your i617 with becuase the ones they have here don't work. I want to flash and see if i get the same problem.
It's been a while since I flashed it so I don't have a link but where can I get one that works because I also have a issue with it freezing when my alarm is suppose to go off sometimes

Ok well someone finally sent me a link to flash it. My only problem im having is returning my original at&ts network settings.
ok the problem that i am having is that i met someone on craigslist that do the whole thing by swapping out windows to android on HTC phones and etc. well he did just that...the internet worked normally on the phone...texting...MMS it was moving smooth and cud even make calls from it and receive....but the problem that im having with the calls is if i was to call you i can hear you very clearly but on your end its very noisy and loud...like im in a storm...my callers cant hear me well at all...but i can hear them well...so i took it back to the dude that flash it and its still doing the samething when he re-flashed it over...and just to let you know he permanently erased windows off the phone then installed android on it...so now im stuck...so i wanna know would there be anyway that the whole procedure can be reversed back to factory setting by installing something else on it??????

how do i go about doing that??? can you explain?
sounds like you have the robo-voice bug that many builds have ... try disabling audible touch tones in sound settings and reboot and see if that fixes it.
The other thing to try is make a call, during the call enable the speaker and disable the speaker then hang up. All subsequent calls should work without robo-voice.

i just tried those procedures and none of the worked....can anyone else please help me????
I purchased my OPO two months ago and it was fine even in the call section. I love this phone but recently i have been facing a problem. When i place a call or recieve one then the person om the reciever's end is not able to hear my voice clearly. It's too low and sometimes my voice is also distorted. I have tried flashing various radio zip and also updated my phone to 05q, i came back to 44s and still i am having the same problem. I Googled it and i saw that some of the users are also having the same problem. When i reset my phone this problem gets solved but as soon as i download some apps.. I again start facing the same problem. It is quite frustrating.. Other than this.. This phone is too good. Please guys can u help me. Is there a way i can get rid of this?

hmm no replies. anyways i fixed this .. it seems it is really a big issue for oneplus one, they call it "robotic voice" and the fix is really simple. disable the "ok google" feature and delete your voice recording on it as well.

People tells they can't hear me , as if I was talking under water ...
If someones knows how to fix it.. tell me.
Two new updates came since this problem appeared, but they didn't fix it.

I had the same issue after the update.. But this solved my problem
Turn off the okay Google detection in the Google app by going into the settings of Google app.
This was the simple solution for me and it worked for me. May be it will also work for you..

Hello I am also facing this problem voice is not clear on phone calls but WhatsApp n other app works well for call. I really don't understand weather opo has done something to solve this problem. Can we get fix soon.
