This is an old thread but just FYI for anyone in the future when using z3x unlock by msl make sure on your phone that you have hit dialer code *#0*# before u hit msl unlock. It should then prompt for msl entry which according to vzw tech as of today's date is either 000000 or 123456 or 111111

I have the unlock code but I am not taken to the special unlock window after restarting with a different SIM. And also I tried the secret code 7465625. It also doesn't work. And the device unlock app says I am not eligible. Pls can someone help me use the code...

There's no way around it. T mobile will have to unlock it through their service, it's a push update for a reason.
If you bootloader unlock with sampwn to try some sim unlock workaround, or official unlock through t mobile, it will relock your bootloader forever.
So handle that sim unlock through tmobile first.
