This is just a basic rom for the user that wants that stock feel but wants some power out of it. There will be more to come from this rom series, it’s only the beginning.

Ill give it a whirl and Ill also buy you a mt dew to get you started. I would like to request that you deox this as well as the normal range of mods like Move devik to cache partition align all zips and apks etc etc.
If you dont deox no one can use the cool themes and thats important at least for me lol.
What are your plans for this rom?

Thanks for the advice and about the broken link (its working now). I plan to have a deox by this weekend.
My plans are to make this a stock feel rom but make it faster. Im working on getting a working Wifi tether that doesn't mess with the camera. Thanks again for using my rom, you wont be disappointed

WiFi tether that works with HTC kernel without messing with the camera,
Theres a new version that came out earlier today 2.0.5 pre7, it can be found on their project-home site

The Boss Rom, I like the sound of that! Make the boot sound have some Hustlin from Rick Ross and add some spinners on the graphics
Everyone loves screenshots, even if is stock, it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside

First thing that came to mind (and I'm 40 years old), is the "Like a Boss" song from Lonely Island...

[ROM] I Can't Believe Its Not Gingerbread [Public Alpha] (29-Apr-2011)

The point of this ROM is to be as close to an AOSP gingerbread rom but still be 2.2. I just didnt feel like waiting for 2.3 or the source to be released Absolutely NO t-mobile apps or games included.

Ok guys. This STILL NEEDS HEAVY WORK and I need some help here. I just wanted to get the ball rolling because someone had to. Consider this an open ALPHA build and Im just showing this as a preview. It is completely built off the Eagles Blood ROM all credit goes to doniqcc for giving me something to work with. DO NOT FLASH if you do not have CWM NVFlash version. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Things that need work.
-Some text needs to be changed to white
-Some notifications icons need to be reworked and notification text on bar needs to be turned white
-Stupid T-Mobile shutdown annimation removed. (I cannot figure out where it is).
-Gingerbread Keyboard Force Closes. Will remove for next release (can download off market). https://market.android.com/details?id=com.moo.android.inputmethod.latin.free&feature=search_result
If anyone feels like helping out I am now making this public.

I MAY need some help changing the colors on some text. Right now i have some black on black text and dont know which files to edit. Im gonna get all the png's and .9 pngs set up and then maybe send the ROM your way if you want. BTW, I learned this is NOT stock froyo at all. More like a froyo themed Optimus X2 ROM lol. Not all the framework follows AOSP so it looks like they reversed the X2 ROM for t-mobile.

Wrong!
Eaglesblood is stock room, built from stock. I can assure you try to unpack framework from x2 and G2x stock rom and then you will see what I'm talking about they're almost identical.

No I think I may have said this wrong. What I mean the origional G2X straight from factory ROM is not built like a standard AOSP or Nexus rom. it may look it but some things have been added and there is a whole LG set of framework just like sense and touchwiz although Im not sure where it is used yet. Yes, your ROM is stock, I guess i just misworded it.

Trust me... I know what you mean. Building a ROM from source is one thing but building a gingerbread ROM from a Froyo source is a whole nother beast. Im coming from the vibrant as well. Loved the phone but it just never took off in the development the way I had hoped. I would have thought an international phone on ever carrier would have a ton more support but I guess it was just too difficult a task.

Pics of this rom and pics of cm7 are practically pointless as I'm sure almost everyone themes them up... That's why lots of people use those two roms, cause you can change out the look so easily. Pretty much look up miui and you will get a very different result in most images lol. And the fact that you can add your own launcher of choice to make it look "less iPhoneish"

I understand what you just wrote, im just asking him to post pictures of his rom so people can know that it is infact working T_T and because he said he put in new features it would be nice to display. I know it looks rather the same, but he should still put it up. thats my opinion.

Nah, its not a scam. I didn't realize that BOX made you create an account to download the file. I created a MediaFire account for the download so it should be easier now.

I've always recommended Multiupload.com since it mirrors out to mediafire and about 6 or 8 other sites so that there are multiple copies. Plus it often allows direct download from multiupload so that folks don't have to deal with captchas on a tiny android screen.

I have been a fan of MultiUpload for a while. It's very nice. I have to admit it's the only one I've used because I also have private hosting, but I've never had a problem. I love that it gives multiple options so that if one site doesn't work with a particular browser another one probably will.
EDIT: On topic, I was hoping to use a MIUI.us build rather than an MIUIANDROID build, but I might just try out your build. Other than the 4-way reboot which you've bundled in yourself, do you know of any other significant differences in the MIUI.us versions as opposed to MIUIANDROID?

From my understanding, the only difference is some of the English translation verbiage that is used. But, there might be more behind the scenes things that I just don't know about. I have used them both and find them all to be reliable.

I like to see screen caps just because some devs change colors of there brews. either CM or Miui... I know Miui is easy to theme via the themes online. But still. Always nice to see before hand.

Is anyone else interested in this? It would be a pretty cool thing to have if any developers want to take it up! I know you all have a lot on your plates and i appreciate that but if you guys could port HTC Sense, the forum (Or just me) would love you guys!

Sense uses A LOT of resources, you would have little room left of internal storage and available ram would probably never be above 50mb (if lucky). having sense on our device would probably look cool but I'm pretty sure it would be laggy.

Spoken like a true college student.

Been there done that i actually had sense ported to the device but it was such a resource and memory hog there was about 20 mb of free memory running so ya wasn't very useable hence why most of there devices have large amounts of memory and actually not fail storage space.
After that i scraped it it wasn't viable even tho it looks damn nice.

Depends on what the Drop Box people have to say about it. Might be more serious than we know.

I'm sure most everyone has already acquired the 50gb of storage from Seans prior releases.. no going back now!

Well technically dropbox is free but to get 50gigs you will need to pay. Most of the US carriers opted out of it anyway as you only get to use it for 2 years. I could see it being a big deal but I don't think its that serious unless dropbox is going crazy over it. Its like the whole touchpad thing where you could get more space by just logging in with your touchpad.

Yes there was a new base and update posted when I logged on the morning.

what a mess over dropbox... i hope he's gonna go forward with the updates and final ver. his rom ROCKS

I was fortunate enough to get the latest base and update before the links were removed. It is smoother than ever with his latest base. I'll tell you what, if Sean is forced to leave, I'll leave.
