can anybady tell me how to root my phone (Galaxy Ace) 2.2.1 new firmware. i want to root it to get SGS2 weather widget & Tocuhwiz 4.0 .
i have 2 questions
1- if i replace touchwiz 3.0 to 4.0 will 4.0 will heavy for my phone ?
2- if GB update release how i can update it . directly or 1st i have to unroot it & then ?

you can use a launcher, they are better dan touchwiz 4.0.
Like go launcher or launcher pro.
Atm touchwiz is not for Galaxy Gio, Ace ect.
I hope that samsung Update this because the music player is much better

I just tried flashing the live wallpapers ripped from the samsung galaxy s, they worked great on every 2.1 rom i used, they are not working on 2.2 though. is it possible to patch them to work on 2.2 or do we have to wait for the galaxy s to have a 2.2 update then rip the wallpapers again?
they are in the market for free , find them and download them from there... working great for me
Hi, i currently have the android 2.3.2 Stock ROM for the Galaxy s spesifically by SAMSUNG. I want the original ROM the one thats on the Nexus S because I dont like the TouchWiz UI. Yes i am aware of launcher pro. but i was wondering if i can get the Stock Android 2.3.2 that will work with the Galaxy s i9000

hello guys i liked the features of lmt launcher but i cant use it on my rooted galaxy ace plus .....how to correctly install n use it on my device help me
yup, u can use it on ur ace plus.
just need to flash cm10 for it coz it require atleast ics android device.
Lmt launcher is for 4.0+ so u need to upgrade it to 4.0 or
4.1.2 as there is no ics for GT-S7500
