[Q] Bricked phone ? - General Questions and Answers

Hi !
I'm sorry if I'm not posting in the right category, but I still not have the right to answer or post in the HTC Desire section.
My question is related to the downgrade tool. I have the same problem as a lot of people ... My Desire is stuck on a black with the white HTC logo and an exclamation mark in each corner of the screen (picture in attachment), and when I unplug the USB, it displays the second image of attachment.
To be able to execute your DownGrade tool, I have to enable USB debugging, but since my phone doesn't boot, it seems a bit difficult
Could someone tell me how can I enable USB debugging mode with the Windows or the Linux terminal ? Or another manipulation to get my phone working again ?
My phone is bricked for 3 days, and it's becoming embarrassing. I tried the solutions proposed by many tutorials (including one about the downgrade tool) but none of them helps me
Any proposal or idea for me?

I just found another topic where other people had the same problem. The symptoms are exactly the same as on my phone. Unfortunately, nobody has found a solution. If it helps ...

[Q] HTC Vision unmodded bricked? oO

Hi, looks like my unmodded HTC Vision bricked last week.
Code:
VISION PVT SHIP S-ON
HBOOT-0.85.0008
MICROP-0425
RADIO-26.04.02.17_M2
eMMC-boot
It just suddenly switched off and started to bootloop.
I can still reach Fastboot, but it starts to bootloop again as soon as I try to enter recovery. The SD-Card seems broken too (not recognized in other Android Phone/ cant partition even with Windows)
Main Problem is now:
This Phone was S-ON an unrooted, USB Debugging switched off. So I cant just root and install a custom ROM.
I tried to install several Stock Roms but none of them installed.
Really don't know what i could do now to get a working phone again.
TL;DR:
HTC Vision bootloop, fastboot works, recovery broken, USB Debug off -> no adb
Perhaps anyone got an idea how to unbrick this phone?
PS: fastboot oem boot log:

PPS: Still unsure if this is an hardware issue. If i plug phone in, after like 15 minutes it starts to bootloop. Even if I "Power Down" from fastboot it starts to bootloop after some time.
Hope this is allowed here:

Try flashing the roms kernel this will work i had a problem with bootloop because since it is not s off it is not properly flashed
Use this command
fastboot flash boot boot.img
kepp the boot.img of your kernel of your rom(it has to be the current rom).

My bootloader is "Unlocked" -> that's problem.
I run command:
Code:
fastboot oem lock
Its return: "lock success..." (with some error) but the bootloader still "unlocked", instead "relocked".

MotoG XT1032 device is locked (bootloader) for second time

Good Night, a pleasure
I have a problem with my motoG 2013 XT1032 unisim, the bootloader was blocked and I followed the steps to request the unlock key, using the commands fastboot oem get_unlock_data and then I went to the page of motorola and I got my email the key to unlocking, I introduced it after this command
fastboot oem unlock ......... (in the points goes the key)
Everything worked perfect I installed a rom 4.4.2 and the cell started without problems, then I made the biggest mistake that I got an update via ota and I gave him from that moment the phone was completely brickeo and I could save was with the blankflash , but from there the phone is in fastboot and tried to install the same flash but everything says denied permissions, when I check the screen well, I get device is LOCKED Status Code: 0. I understand that the bootloader is blocked again but when I try to perform The same steps of deblocking bootloader with this line tells me the following:
D: \ MotoG \ ADB Tools> fastboot oem get_unlock_data
...
(bootloader) Could not get unlock data!
OKAY [0.006s]
finished Total time: 0.011s
Then I thought it was because I already had the password, I entered the password and it says the following:
D: \ MotoG \ ADB Tools> fastboot oem unlock (CLAVE)
...
(bootloader) fastboot oem unlock disabled!
FAILED (remote failure)
finished Total time: 0.015s
Now when introducing
