Code:
$ su
# appinst

Note: The script takes the APKs from GINGERLOL directory on SD card - if you delete the directory, it will no longer work!

Install instructions:
- boot into recovery
If you have not partitioned your SD card yet:
- back up your SD card!!!
- partition your SD card. Create an ext partition on SD (512MB or more recommended), 0MB for swap, remaining space FAT32. Note: ext4 is supported (and default if you format via CWM; with AmonRA the default is ext2, you can convert to ext3/ext4 from AmonRA recovery.)
- Wipe data (factory reset), wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache
- Connect the phone to PC via cable, toggle MS-USB in recovery and copy the ZIP with the ROM to SD (you can also copy back the backup you have made at this point)
- Flash zip from recovery
- Reboot
Download GingerLOL 1.5: http://www.multiupload.com/B87NG4VK85
MD5: beab90aa66e6de2f9a3b2b0f498236b5
You can flash with both AmonRa and CWM recovery!
Addons:
Flash from recovery. Note: If you use AmonRa you need to disable the verification of signatures before the flash for these.
- GTalk 1.3 with video support: download here
- GingerBread keyboard with Italian, English, Spanish, German, French dictionaries: download here
- Remove FM Radio: download here. After flashing, FMradio is removed from /system/app and integrated in the appinst script for eventual re-install. Note: This will replace the translated English script with updated Italian one. (No, I will not translate it again nor provide a reverse patch - if you want to remove this, then remove it and reflash the translation. If you want FM Radio back, your problem.)
Themes (framework mods):
See this thread (Google Translate)
Bonus/translation:
- appinst/cpuclock scripts translated to English: flash signed_cpuclock-appinst-EN.zip attachment. (To revert to original Italian scripts, flash signed_cpuclock-appinst-IT.zip)

Q: How do I get those notification widgets shown on the second screen?
A: Install Quick System Info PRO from Market.
Q: My phone sucks goats nuts and it cannot boot - it keeps crashing because of overclocking. What now?!
A: Flash freq_originali.zip from recovery. Resets frequencies to 245/600/ondemand.

What all of us looking for. Thanks a ton.

As far as I can tell, you MUST flash the stock LG leaked ROM via the EXE first, otherwise - NO GSM. See http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1115487

Thanks for confirming. Will add to the instruction in the first post.

VERY IMPORTANT:Don't flash the rom's zip directly over your actual rom, because IT DOESN'T WORK. First, you MUST flash the original rom, by following the steps showed in the russian video. It is recommended to uncheck the recovery checkbox, so that you leave your modded recovery on your phone. Once installed the base rom, you can flash the GingerLOL over the former, via recovery as always

I don't find any reason to flash this GB, coz you will need to flash that russian exe and to choose ERASE EFS APPS for gsm etc which could be quite risky.
May be Andy could do some favor from this rom. I would suggest you guys to wait.

I don't get why people want to try this, you can't even overclock it and it's just LG rubbish.

Obviously I can't work any magic without sources, there are no kernel souces nor rom sources yet.

Yes u right, even LG Launcher is nice.

No way it can out-performs devoid+my kernel, not in a long shot. And without the sources nothing can be made. I loled at the 35 fps neocore from that rom lol

Well, it depends on what it is rubbish for you. If rubbish is something that doesn't score 1 zillion at quadrant, then ok it's rubbish. If we speak of its smoothness, its stability and its overall performance, well, then it is no rubbish at all. No arguing meant, just explaining my ideas.

Notes: *Read this part!!
The RCMixHD v3.0 D2WE uses melethrons data2whatever script, which need one ext partition, can be ext2/3 or ext4. Recommended 1-1.5GB ext3/4
The RCMixHD v3.0 D2EXT uses ownheres data2ext v8.5 script, recommended partition layout is (works without swap and with one ext partition too):
Fat + 1GB Ext4 + 0.3GB Ext4 + 0.1GB Swap (ext partitions will by formated as ext4 automaticly)
The first boot takes long time due the data2ext setup process, it stays on the first splash screen (why so serious or htc) for couple of minutes, stay calm
Nandroid backup isn't working with 2.0.0 or older Versions of Amon Ra. There is a newer Version available in this post. Clockwork does also work. Thanks melethron for that info. *New
If you are curious of what your phone is doing, if it has freezed or if it is still alive, connect your phone to usb and do adb logcat from terminal, then report what is going on...
In the begining the rom can feel laggy, it is caused by all your app beeing downloaded and synced
Overclock with SetCpu, overclock widget from market.
Be cautious when overclocking, do it always with small steps!
If you have problems installing the rom, try to repartition your sd card, make a full wipe and try to install it again.
Restoring a titanium backup may cause some FC, use with caution.
More FAQ and info in 2nd post, (working in progress there, hints appreciated )
Known bugs:
Everything should be fine!
Requirement:
Full wipe required due different structure of the rom.
A2SD version - Fat + Ext3/4, 0.5-1.5GB recommended.
D2WE version - Fat + Ext3/4, 1-1.5GB recommended.
D2EXT version - Fat + Ext4 + Ext4 + Swap (fat+1GB+0.3GB+0.1GB) recommended, but works without swap and with one ext partition too.
Check this post how to partition your sd-card
DATA++ version - Fat + Ext3/4 1-1.5GB recommended. (custom MTD needed)

Instructions and FAQ
Here will i put some instructions and FAQ it seems to be needed...
UNDER PROGRESS...Partitioning:
BEWARE THAT IF YOU ARE CREATING NEW PARTITIONS YOU CAN LOSE YOUR DATA ON YOUR SDCARD
MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR PICS/MUSIC/DOCUMENTS/BACKUPS (simply copy them over to your computer )...
I recommend partitioning using either Amons recovery or boot a GParted Live CD.
If you want to use Amons recovery. (If you dont have it on your phone, search a guide for how to flash it)
Turn off your phone.
Press and hold volume down button and turn on your phone holding the volume down button all the time, until you see a white screen with some info and a menu.
Scroll down and choose RECOVERY, you are scrolling with volume upp/down buttons and accepting with power button. (you maybe have to wait few seconds before be able to scroll)
Now your phone has rebooted to your recovery.
Scroll down to Partition sdcard (this time you are scrolling with D-Pad)
Choose Partition SD and confirm it, then choose those values.
Swap-size = 0MB
Ext2-size = 2048 (thats what i use, you can choose 1024 if you have small Sd-card)
rest will be FAT32 (for your storage)
Press D-Pad to confirm and wait.
Here is a part related to partitioning
Paxtons great movie, should work for all users
GParted live cd:
Here is a small how to by MasDroid, Thanks man.
MasDroid said:
You can use an Ubuntu live cd of GParted, or use it from within Ubuntu
1) Connect your phone to your computer (or use an SD Card adapter...., in this case skip to 4)
2) Pull down the notification bar and mount the phone
3) Start Gparted
4) Gparted will search available drives. (Your phone should show up as a USB drive, and will be something like /dev/sdb1 or /dev/sdc1, etc..)
Warning: double-check you've not selected a hdd by mistake!
5) In the upper right corner, select the correct USB device for your phone. (i.e. check to make sure it is correct size for your SD card)
6) Right click on each partition and select 'unmount'
7) Right click on each partition and select 'delete'
If you know what you are doing, you can re-size the partitions and add a new 2nd partition formatted as ext2/3/4
8) Right click on the big gray bar (should say unallocated x.xx gb) and click 'new'
9) Enter configurations
Free Space preceding = 0
Create as = Primary
New size = [don't touch]
File system = fat32
Free Space Following = 512 (or whatever you want)
10) Click add
11) Right click on the big gray bar (should say unallocated x.xx gb) and click 'new'
12) Enter configurations
Free Space preceding = 0
Create as = Primary
New size = [don't touch]
File system = ext2/3/4 (recommend ext4)
Free Space Following = 0 (or ~32 if you want swap)
Click add
13) Click edit, then 'Apply All Operations' to write changes to disk
14) Quit GParted
15) Unmount your SD Card
16) Reboot your phone

Data ++ version
RCMixHD v3.5 ++
S-OFF Only
Read more about the concept here
This is highly experimental, use at own responsibility, dont blame me for any brick.
Short info:
This is how i understand it hehe, so if it is wrong, please correct me
In deodexed roms, the apk it self is like a container for the app, when it installs it runs actually from dalvik-cache, so this rom is designed to, store the apks on ext and run the dalvik from internal phone memory (data partition)
When all apks are moved to ext, the rom it self is under 130MB big, so there is no need for a bigger system partition.
So what we need to do, is repartition the internal phone memory to fit the rom better.
Originally your internal space is divided like this:
250.0 MB - system
147.6 MB - userdata
40.0 MB - cache
What we need or want for the ++ rom is (in RCMixHD case):
130.0 MB - system
302.6 MB - userdata
5.0 MB - cache
I have maked a zip package to make the process easier, here i what i used, you can also read more about it. Thanks Firerat for that
Ofcourse to flash this you have to be S-OFF, dont think the patcher works on S-ON...
Here is what you need to flash this rom:
First of all little adb and fastboot knowledge, in case anything goes wrong.
It works on my phone, so here is little info about what i have/use,
the patch is patching the recovery, it should work with Clockwork 2.x, dont know about the 3.x, but it works for sure with the one i have, Ra recovery 2.0.1
My setup:
Recovery: RaRecovery 2.0.1
Hboot: S-OFF 0.93.1000
Radio:5.14.05.17
You need at least 1GB big ext partition.
Package to patch your MTD to proper sizes:
[*]Custom MTD sizes, 130MB system, 5MB cache, rest data, you dont need this, if you already have alpharev Bravo CM7 on your phone.
[*]Original MTD sizes, 250MB system, 40MB cache, rest data *You will still have the patched recovery, which is not recommended to flash radios with, to flash radio, you will have to flash original recovery before.removed until proper tested :/ sorry for that...
Or use Alpharev method and flash the Bravo CM7 hboot
You can use this tool to flash Alpharevs Hboot, should be easy, not tested myself tho.
The ++ roms:
RCMixHD 3.5++ Rotated or DeSensenized
Stepps to flash this rom:
Copy the MTD files and the rom to your sd-card
Reboot to recovery
Make a nandroid backup (optional)
Do a full wipe (to be sure)
Flash the Custom MTD zip and wait for the recovery to reboot
Do a full wipe again (to be sure)
Flash the rom and reboot
Now just wait, the phone will reboot twice more again, but dont worry, it is a step of the A2SD installation
To revert to non ++ rom, flash the Original MTD sizes patch, or if you are on Alpharev Bravo CM7, flash the Bravo Stock 1.8oo
Attention, if you after all get a no boot after flashing the rom, please repeat the steps from step 4.
How to flash batterymod from UOT kitchen:
Bake your battermod, download it and unzip it
take this ++ battery mod package (the same as in the first post)
open it with winrar
replace the framework-res.apk in the ++ package with the one you unzipped in step one
close winrar
turn off verification in recovery (not needed if you use clockwork, it is disabled by default)
flash and reboot

haven't tried it yet but it looks really impressive. Still some thinks I would change and will put back into this rom, because I think it is a little bit TOO slim, but this is everybody's own decision.
looks really nice and will be tested on the weekend.
looks promising.
a couple of questions; you've removed conversations.apk and messaging.apk. what sms app does your rom use?
i can see that you have removed talk.apk. isn't it needed to be on the phone to access the market?
Good job. Thanks for that tutorial on knocking off some cmg. Can you by any chance tell us how to make those boot only files that other mods put up. It really helps to downgrade that way. I will try this once I am back home from work.
cheers
Very clean Rom, at the moment all work for me, market work perfectly, i will test sms and this evening...

Maybe if you dont do a factory reset before installing the rom (rom does a reset before anyways). So if Talk is setup in the first place its required (I'm guessing), but so far without it works fine. Added screenshot above of market with paypal on screen.
Also tiggggr is right, the messaging apps where replaced with a stock MMS app.

If your talking about things like the Android 2.2.1 - 3.4.2-107 TMobile US modified bootloader. No idea, this flashing method I dicuss does not use/make a modified bootloader. Its just removing the Froyo bootloader and system partitions from the sbf.

Ya I have a notion that Stagefright being enabled for player streaming might be the cause. I'm looking into it.
No problem
Ok no problem, only modify the media.stagefright.enable-player=true to false or use this buil.prop
One thanks for me plz

Yup Stagefright being enabled for the youtube player was causing the issue. Flash the new version and should be all set.
coming from pays 3.3
I found pays 3.3 to be laggy when trying to close apps and the network connection quite slow and jumping between 3G and H a lot. I think the network issue is causing the lag.
coming from pays 3.3 on 3.4.2_145-003. I thought I'd wipe and factory reset before installing Lawnchair.zip
This left me with a clean ROM but with no home app and having wiped in clockwork recovery meant no debug for an ADB push. I didn't check for ADB connection but I found that voice commands would run and that allowed the selection of clockwork, so no need to reflash sbf.
Just a note if anyone sees this.
ROM has booted now and looks good, people shouldn't complain about what's missing, nothing's missing if you have ever used Titanium or Appmonster.

Ya the reason for re-flashing the sbf is because other rom's (and mine) do remove apps from the system folder. Something which a factory reset wont fix.
However, because my rom does include all stock system apps; yes this should work but like you said if your missing a Launcher in your system folder it will make it complicated.
Otherwise, glad to here its up and running.
thank you very much for the work. the downgrade method you just included are new to me. As long as i´m working on DefyFroyoSense Beta01 and cant fix the camera flash problem, i think your way to flash Froyo and keep downgradability will fix this issue. BTW you optimized rom is great for those who wanna have a personalized system running. Thanks again and keep it coming.

Ugh had it turned off, go for it now heh.
I really liked the rom, although what i did experience was a some random lagging occurring.. after switching on the screen the device seemed to hang completely then just as i was about to pull the battery it began working again. i hadnt installed any apps and i had followed all steps exactly.
I had to reflash an alternative rom in the end because of the freezing...
I am looking forward to trying new builds - cant think of any features needed really, it would just be nice to know if others had similar issue to me and if there was a fix for it.

2º Always sync manually Market, E-mail or contact (WhatsApp, messenger, etc does not care, are always active).
- Sync settings and accounts - (Off) Reference Data.
3° Off (default is active) GPS in the taskbar. (Where is the Bluetooth and Wifi.) Will make sure that security settings and location is only active Use wireless networks.
4º Inactive animations and screen brightness of the automatic.
5º I have the normal speed processor and 122Mhz minimum.
6º I use the Calibrator's Battery Market (following instructions) and the battery to 100%.
7° With these steps, I increase the battery life.

thank you. it works and will try it
Hi elitemovil,
thanks for providing another ROM. I highly appreciate your work here.
I'm just gonna test this new ROM and it feels smooth and fast.
2 things I recognized within my first steps:
Older Titanium Backup versions seem to have a problem to restore old backuped apps. An actual one works.
And I tried to use MyPhoneExplorer and for the USB Connection it needs the USB Debug Mode. I checked if I had a checkmark in the options-application-development and it was but I don't have an icon in the status bar for the debug mode and the synchronization via MyPhoneExplorer does not work: no USB connection. The normal activation of USB worked, I see a new disk in my explorer on the PC. Only the debug mode seems to fail.
Any hints?

Hello.
New optimized kernel 03_11_11 in first post.
Thanks.!
Super !
Hi elitemovil,
thanks for providing the new kernel.
I'm testing it for 24 hours now and I'm quite happy with it.
No Wifi issues anymore, really quick GPS fix (I was impressed), battery seems to last as long as e.g. Moldovan R5 does. It's stable, smooth (but I moved to ADW Ex because I personally don't like this vertical scrolling of the App Drawer in Launcher Pro). And the USB connection now works including Debugging mode. As a result MyPhoneExplorer is working now - super! I tried it with your configuration change you mentioned in your response to my question and this did not work for me. But the new kernel works like a charm.
So at the moment I'm quite happy with it.
I feel a bit sorry that you don't get this big feedback here because IMO Elite Blade_ROM s1.1 plays now in the same league as Moldovan and GSF (in the past).
One comment:
if you want to increase the positive reactions for your ROM I appreciate if you will build a release that includes the new kernel and (if still needed, I at least used it) the Wifi Fix. Otherwise as a hint for other users: store all 3 files on the SD card before doing the ROM flash. Otherwise you could get into trouble upload the fix and the new kernel to your phone because the USB connection does not work (at least for me it did not).
So I did it like this:
1. Copy ROM, Wifi fix and new kernel to your SD card
2. In Clockworkmode do a full wipe
3. Flash the ROM file
4. Flash fix and new kernel
5. Enjoy...
As a conclusion:
great work - great ROM, elitemovil. Thanks for sharing your work with us.

2. Put your phone in download mode (when off hold: vol -, home, power)
3. Start Odin, Choose AriesVE.ops file, check "One Package", choose: "broodROMRC5.tar.md5" > Click Start
4. Wait till the process is complete, now your phone will reboot and show you recovery mode, now choose reboot system now by pressing the menu button

broodROM RC4 FAQ
Q: I kinda like Apple, and I don't want an android pissing on an apple as bootlogo
A: Well.. this is only a custom boot logo, you can easily change it by reflashing the SkyHigh v1.4 Kernel
Q: I want to install a system accelerator like Thunderbolt or Adrenaline shot
A: Don't do that! The SkyHigh v1.4 kernel already includes an integrated Thunderbolt, adding more tweaks would simply bootloop your phone
Q: I saw the screenstate_scaling script in /system/etc/init.d, what's up with that?
A: screenstate_scaling is an addition to Thunderbolt, in this script the default awake & sleep governors are set, this script can function as an alternative to CPU Master. You will notice that CPU Master will give you a warning each time you boot your phone since the screenstate_scaling script will interfere with it.
Q: I noticed that you have set the sleep governor to ondemand, why is that?
A: I did that because I've experienced some alarm clock fails on 100Mhz, Of course you can try it out yourself, it might work just fine
Q: I want a better battery life for your rom! How can I achieve that?
A: You can perform the following steps to gain a better battery life: first thing is to lower the CPU Frequency, the default is 1.8GHz, but you can set it to 1.4Ghz (or so) with Antutu CPU Master. The second thing is that you can set the sleep governor to "powersafe" (can be found in screenstate_scaling script) this sets the phone in an even lower state and safes you battery (see the question above for the possible risks)
Q: I want to change my kernel, how do i do that?
A: I recommend you to not change your kernel since Skyhigh gives the best performance for broodROM RC4. Although you can download an alternative kernel and place it on your /sdcard, then reboot in recovery using the extended power menu and choose install zip from sdcard > install zip from internal sdcard > choose the zip file > install > reboot.
Q: My browser FC's all the time, how do I fix this?
A: Some people experience browser FC's, you can easily solve this by installing the broodROM_RC4_InetFixes.zip in recovery mode, don't forget to mount /system to be sure it installs correctly.
Q: My WiFi has constant drops, how do I solve this problem?
A: The first thing that you need to investigate is your "DHCP Lease Time" you can find this option in your router, if it's set to a low number please change it (mine is 604800). If this doesn't solve the problem you can try installing the KQ1 Modem using Odin (select AriesVE.ops from broodrom rc4 and choose the .md5 file as "Phone" package) and install the KQ1 Wifi Binaries using Recovery mode (also don't forget to mount /system) If you still encounter WiFi problems you will have to wait until the ICS Value pack release so i can permantely fix it.
Q: I saw the "Module Loader" app. what is this? and what can it do for me?
A: The module loader app is an app that allows you to run additional modules for your i9001. You can load several modules, I added the tun.ko module which is OpenVPN, the cifs.ko module which is Samba Shares Support (smb://) and the PPP Modules. If you are sure you will never use any of those you can delete the app by deleting "moduleloader.apk" file in /system/app
Q: I noticed that there are some bugs regarding the ICS Theme, some apps have gingerbread looks
A: You can solve this problem by downloading the newest ICS Theme and extract "framework-res.apk" and "twframework-res.apk" from the archive, then copy them from your sdcard to /system/framework and overwrite the current files, set the permissions to RW-R-R and reboot.
Q: I want to change the bootanimation, how can I do that?
A: I've chosen to keep the sanim.zip layout instead of bootanimation.zip which is default for SkyHigh v1.4. So you can place your bootanimation (named sanim.zip) in /system/media, set permissions to RW-R-R and reboot
Q: Is your Configurator BETA 4 compatible with broodROM RC4?
A: Yes and no, you cannot flash themes or mods, but you can use things such as changing boot animation, changing dns, updating hosts and so on (all things that include theme files are not compatible with broodROM RC4)
Q: I cannot buy apps from the store. how can i solve this?
A: Wipe the play store cache by going to settings > Applications > Manage apps > All > Play store > clear cache (thanks to nail16)
If this doesn't work, download an older version of the market here and delete /system/app/Google_Play_3.5.1.5.apk then place the market apk in /system/app and reboot (set permissions to RW-R-R) The market will now automatically update to the latest version.
Q: I cannot change the background of my lockscreen, why is that? I want to change it!
A: The lockscreen from KQ7 is a beta and does not support custom wallpapers yet. Although you can change the lockscreen by looking in the framework-res.apk file with Winrar, look for "framework-res.apk\res\drawable-hdpi" then you will find the "zzzzzzzz_default_lockscreenw.jpg" file at the bottom, You can replace that file by dragging your custom 480x800 lockscreen in there. set the compression level to "store" and put the framework-res.apk file on your /sdcard, copy it to /system/framework and overwrite the file. Don't forget to set the permissions to RW-R-R
(this also seems to work on the default way of changing the lockscreen background )
Q: I get random reboots, help?
A: Because all i9001 devices are not actually exactly the same, some devices could cause errors when using a support OC/UV kernels, you can flash the SkyHigh v1.3 kernel or Feacore 1.4 NonOC to prevent this problem.
Q: I have sdcard fails, how can I solve this?
A: the developer of the SkyHigh kernel is currently working on a fix, you can read about it here
Q: Where can I get additional information about the kernel?
A: You can find it in the SkyHigh Kernel Thread

2., Copy 2.3.6_H1N1v1.0.zip to SDcard
3., Download this CWM_ICS package (if you have ICS bootloader) or this CWM_GB package (if you have GB bootloader), extract it then turn on phone in fastboot mode - power on+volume down + connect USB cable to phone and run "fastboot load.bat"
4., MAKE BACKUP if needed, all partitions will be wiped. (excl. SD card)
5., Install zip from sd card menu then select 2.3.6_H1N1v1.0.zip and follow instructions
Recommendations- If ROM cant boot after installation or stop at bootlogo, double check your actual bootloader then select correct
- If animations are "lagging", disable it from menu (settings/screen settings/animations)

Kudos guys. I don't like Alcatel firmware cause I always have issues with it, but YOU guys are frigging great. I'm using mrcheeses tweaked version of your rom at the moment. Its great. Keep up the good work. I think for most users you guys are needed.

Hello Comicmav.

I have recently installed the GB H1N1 v0.9 Rom and i realized that it is consume the battery very fast. For example in 7 hours without any use, the phone is all this period in deep sleep, hat the battery 20% decreased. Is this normal with GB or could i anything make for longer lasting battery?
Also wifi tethering seems not to work so good... i get no internet connection in my Laptop, when i use the OT-995, but it works good when i use an other mobile phone.
Thanks!!
i will always prefer a 5.3 instead of a 5.2+fix
V5.3 is nice guys.. if i can help or assist u with anything just let me know
btw if hot boot in reboot menu doesnt work u need to symlink pkill to busybox
i'm just curious... icons are alcatel's or you changed it?
currently i'm on pac rom and i'm satisfied with it but all the nice feedback for H1N1 V5 tempts me to flash it
Greetings,

is this an official release from the H1N1 group?
Just can't seem to flash it correctly I used the CWM provided in the OP post and also tried touch cwm and 6.0 but every time it keeps stuck at the splash screen. Doesn't matter which Bootloader/batter/animation/(the video improvment thingy) i try...

My CWM and the 5504 one should work with this ROM.
i've installed it with my linked /custpack touch version and it worked fine.
It may very well be a hickup on the cache, have you wiped everything before installing? I have absolutely no idea why it would matter but for some reason /cache is messing with installation scripts based on Aroma. Now the need for an Aroma installer is not there for me so i just wiped it out and used the updater to install it without wiping data.

I wiped everything. Also it seemed that my GPU overheated on the PAC rom so I wanted to go back to a ICS rom just incase.
However it seems like I can't flash a ICS rom. Older version of H1N1 don't seem to work and the ICS+ from mistercheese also fails to boot....
(PAC still boots flashes)
Also after some inspection it seems like the Aroma installer takes a bit long on the Boot Partition or something.

I'd restore that one before i attempted a new install, just use OTU to restore it to factory and then fastboot flash recovery cwm-yaydyaydyd.img and flash the ROM from there.
You can also try to flash the boot.img with fastboot or just boot the boot.img with fastboot boot yayayay.img
You didn't dd anything after i told you i successfully used dd, did you? because that may be the cause and you really shouldn't do that.
Actually, never dd anything EVER unless it's in my multiboot script or i'm asking you to do it.
